  This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life. I’m a disabled veteran currently under a VA loan. My AC unit went out in May/June of last summer and I had to pay a huge deductible to have it replaced. I contacted Loancare LLC the following month to request some assistance. I’d never requested any assistance or been late on a payment prior to the request. I was told at that time that I would have to be no less than two months late before they would be able to assist me. They said I could still fill out a hardship application but it would make no difference. I told them that I didn’t want my credit impacted so I would make a way. I struggled every month but was able to make a payment until December. We had death in the family so I contact Loancare LLC again and explained that I’m imminent default and would have to get some type of assistance. The representative that I spoke to when I called told me exact what I would need to do and that I would only get one negative mark on my credit If I made one payment in that day I called back as explained. I didn’t want that but at the moment I had no choice. I called back exact when I was told to and got on the repayment plan. The operator explained it but was going extremely fast. She said that she would also send docs explaining more in depth what we talked about. Not twelve days later I was told I owed another payment with had an additional $*** added on. I explained to her that this hardship was not explained correctly before and that just paying a payment would make it difficult to turn around 12 days later and make another. I requested to speak to a supervisor that explained the hardship the way it should have been explained up front. It’s a total rip off and an insult to anyone with over a 3rd grade education. Basically the put your money in a trust (savings) account until there is enough to pay the payment you missed. The whole time your are being reported 30 days late EVERY MONTH! RIP OFF

  Worst experience with a mortgage company ever!!! The insurance department is so unprofessional and uneducated. Made changes to my insurance and they refused to acknowledge these changes or make the changes on my escrow account. They refused to remove a wind policy even after 2 weeks I cancelled it. They continued to charge me an extra $***/mth for a policy that has been cancelled! I’m diligently working on getting rid of this company altogether. They are money hungry and fraudulent!

  I have been with Loan Care or ******** Loan Servicing LLC. since May 4, 2021 and I have never been 30 days late with this mortgage company. One month I decided to make a payment online because I was reviewing my account details. When I made my payment online and selected the account number from which to process my payment and selected "Submit" something happened in the process. I kept checking my bank account and the payment was not processed. When I called Loan Care they informed me that my check was returned. I told them that my bank does not show they attempted to process the payment. After speaking to several representatives and Supervisors, one person on the escalation team confirmed that Loan Care does have a glitch in their system and advised me to remove any unused account numbers from my profile. However, Loan Care refuses to accept responsibility for their error and now it is causing me adverse affect with my other creditors. Not to mention, 2 months later they sent me a letter and indicated that they experienced a data breach and my information has been compromised. Loan Care should not be allowed to service loans.

  This has to be the worst mortgage company around.
  If you can, cut your ties now!!! These snakes will cut you off at the knees every chance they get!!!

  This is the worst decision I have ever made. The company has taken money claiming to have paid my taxes, I am disabled and I no longer have to pay taxes. Yet money is continuously being withdrawn from my account, I went to the tax assessor's office to find out why I'm paying taxes if I am submitting my paperwork for the exemptions and they go to the computer and show me where the money is being sent back to the company, but I HAVE SEEN ANY OF THAT MONEY NOR HAVE I seen proof of it in my escrow account. I asked for an audit on my account and not one representative has an answer on what the status on any of these situation. I wish I could go with another finance company, I'm starting to feel like this company is a band of thieves.

  How is it possible for this company to have *** rating of A+ with all the negative reviews? LoanCare is run by incompetent clowns who can't produce acorrect Form ***** They misreported my property tax payment and incorrectly calculated my escrow payments. They need to be investigated and shut down.

  We have had multiple complaints we have voiced to this company but also to the State we live in. We are seeking a refinance and they will not give us a payoff. There have been multiple requests for payoff from the Title Co and from ourselves.

  Worst Loan company I have ever dealt with related to paying taxes and getting them paid on time. No one will address your call keep putting you off saying still open ticket. This is crazy had to pay my own home taxes last year due to incompetence staff in the tax office. also called over 10 days and no one answered the phone 2 months ago.
