Id give them negative if I could. The internet is constantly going out. It takes them centuries to fix problems. Theyre the only internet in my area unfortunately. And their automated system is the most annoying frustrating system ever. Whoever decided on it shouldnt be allowed to procreate.Astound Broadband powered by Wave

This company is our only choice for broadband in my neighborhood. The have provided terrible service and continue to raise prices for services which are not justifiable. My entire neighborhood is disgusted by service and price and would switch immediately to Zipply or xfinity if available. I have a federal discount of $30 which I applied for. At the time I was being charged $102/mo for just internet. Now I am being charged $100/mo. so I am questioning the use of the federal discount as well as the cost for standard service. I have tried many ways to reduce my cost by choosing a lower bandwidth but they say it will cost more to do so. I want them investigated for their business practices.Astound Broadband powered by Wave

The service is spotty. It's hard to work from home because there are so many outages.We pay way too much for the lack of reliable service. I goes down for a whole day and they don't credit the affected customers. There aren't many choices available in our rural area and they know it. Im new to streaming , and have the best Astound has to offer . My internet keeps cutting out in the middle of programs , Im willing to give broadband a chance , but so far its not working for me . I had Dish satellite and I was very satisfied , but couldnt get ******* , thats why I ordered broadband . So far I have to say , Im not a happy camper .Astound Broadband powered by Wave

If you cancel your internet make sure you confirm it's canceled because I was charged after I told them to cancel it, they closed the live chat on me saying it would be canceled but then charged me the month after because I didn't "confirm it" if I could link the screenshots in the review I would absolute scammers do not trust themAstound Broadband powered by Wave

For starters, just to get a human on the phone is impossible, I was able to connect quicker to an online agent who proceeded to argue with me about a Modem and a computer. Told me I didnt unplug the modem when I did (hes not even here to watch me, I actually unplugged EVERYTHING and waited 60 seconds and plugged it all back in a dozen times for him to tell me no you didnt, I dont see it on my end are you kidding me???! Youre on a computer sitting on your a** and not here physically. Anyways, I have never had such bad experience with a company in my life. He then proceeded to tell me he never mentioned a computer, good thing I screen shot every conversation I have with companies, because the service was ****, offensive, and just plain annoying. If I had a choice in my area these guys would go bankrupt again and not come back. Just stop!Astound Broadband powered by Wave

Cost is too high for service provided. Both internet service and customer service. my bill increases by 40%. I call in and am offered a discount that I accept. Am told that it will show up on the next bill. Then the next bill comes and it is the same high cost that I paid last month. I call back in and there is no record of that conversation at all. They offer me another promotion that is going to cause my bill to be more than what was originally offered. Of course I take it. Now I always chat in so I can copy the conversation and have proof. However you have to wait in the chat line FOREVER more than once because once you do finally get to someone they end the chat mid conversation. That offer I spoke about above was to be 12 months (of course there is no record of that) 5 months later, and my bill goes up. When I ask why it is because the promo ended and there is nothing that can be done at 1st. After a few moments she can lower it by $10 a month. Again, this chat was ended by the agent mid conversation so now I am in the que AGAIN. I use to have minor complaints about Wave, but nothing like this. Astound is HORRIBLE and we need wave back!!!Also to note - I live in an area that is monopolized by astound. There is not another provider here and without wifi there is no cell service. So I ether use these guys or have nothing.Astound Broadband powered by Wave
