T-Mobile Business has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. No matter what the issue is (and they have many) you get passed around to several different agents, none of whom speak or understand English very well. Each agent begins with the exact same script " So sorry Mr. ******* that it is taking us so long to correct the issue..." Each agent has to "verify" that you are indeed a customer by sending a code to your device or email. Each agent spends most of the time "helping" you by placing you on hold. After 45 minutes of this, you just give up and start again on a different day. Nothing ever seems to get resolved, and they do not care. I really need to find a different company to provide the internet service that I need to run my small business.

I have been a T-Mobile user for about 5 years. They contacted me with a deal to upgrade my existing phone WITH OUT any additional costs. Seemed like a no-brainer to me. After a long conversation with the sales **** and several re-assurances that there would be no additional costs to me, I agreed to the deal. The *** stated that after the delivery of the phone and the return of my existing phone, T-Mobile would charge me for the new phone BUT then would reverse all the additional charges by giving me credits equaling my charges for the new phone. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. T-Mobile has been charging me EXTRA for the new phone on a monthly basis. Well, life happends...after 4 month in a foot cast AND battling with breast cancer, I finally called T-Mobile questioning/complaining about the charge. They said they couldn't do anything AND that the conversation that had been recorded, was no longer available. Therefore, I SOL (shit out of luck) and have to pay for this ******* that I really don't even like. VERY BAD customer service and VERY BAD company. Now I am stuck paying for a phone I dont even like.

I was with ****** for 15 years before the T-Mobile merger. In the last year T-Mobile has raised the price of my service 3 times without explanation. The last time was the final straw, and I switched providers. T-Mobile charged me for a full month's service despite the fact that I canceled 3 weeks prior. When I called to ask about getting my money back the agent said, "We don't prorate service. If you cancel in the billing cycle, we charge for a full month." I don't know how that is legal, but I will NEVER back to T-Mobile. I'll send a carrier pigeon to communicate if T-Mobile was the last cell provider on earth. As a side note, their service was terrible-constant dropped calls or no signal. Buyers stay away!

I called TMobile after damaging my iphone. I asked them to recommend an approved Iphone provider in a city that I was Visiting.I used the provider they recommended-the repair I received was faulty. The TMobile recommended provider will jot give me a refund. Turns out the recommended vendor is not an approved ***** provider-T Mobile accepts no responsibility

I was told about a keep and switch program with T-Mobile. I switched 3 business phone lines. 3 months ago, they state they will pay the buyout from ******* nicely when youre switching over. Yet, when I switched I was without a phone line for 2 weeks because they incorrectly ported the **** I was without a business line for 2 almost 3 weeks due to their error. I then, was NEVER given a discount on the bill itself. I was charged for the bill 3 days after they fixed it. Then, I filed claim for all 3 phone lines for my previous balance charges by ******** they will give you the run around, the bill only shows 2 lines when clearly it shows 3, the bill was not received, it takes 4-6 weeks, we need to transfer you, we need this and we need that and here I am 3 months later in collections with ******* with my credit being impacted because they refuse to basically help. They are ******** and the deal has felt like nothing but a scam. Ive take 3 days off work to correct the **** issue, I have spent over 15 hours trying to resolve the bill which was supposed to be $150 and they sent it at $190. I dont even know why I switched over. It has been NOTHING but a headache and the customer agents are almost LOST!

Today in *************** i experienced a rude so called manager along with discrimination action that i witnessed and dont agree with. First i been to T Mobile 48 hours ago and was handled with ease by a black manager that was helpful. But today after going back to the same store . This manager for one call me a liar about how i signed uo for the phone line , that pist me off. But he was correct that i wasnt an authorized user on the computer on his end even tho my phone said something different. But my problem is , why you over ride a non black customer 15 min later while i was waiting for my wife, when he had no ID and the female *** told you .? But meanwhile i was on the phone with my wife , i didnt get the same type of response. Secondly, i told this gentleman that that its notes on our account according to customer service that asks him to ***lace our equipment and set it up in store. He tells me his gonna reset up the same box and sim card . Why ? We went through this 3 times already. Than third , this ***** ( misspelled) so called manager tells me . I need to just discontinue there internet service. Because he is with Spectrum. Nooooo! I just left ******** and came here for a one stop shop. Do your job and lets troubleshoot the problem. I need someone from corporate office to call me because this gentleman shouldnt be a manager.

This company is vile and commits constitutional rights violations against its employees and then goes to absurd lengths to cover and protect the individuals that commit these crimes. A T-Mobile manager in ******************* ****** Colorado has been engaging in retaliation en masse, has slandered his employees names without proof and has gone out of his way to attack and deny accommodations for military service members, religious individuals, and individuals with prior arrangements for schooling that he personally took away when he started the job. **** ********* and ***** **** are evil individuals that this company is protecting who have tried to ruin their employees lives for no reason other than personal vendetta against a previous manager

I have been a Tmobile customer for over 15 years. The company has gone down. ******** customer service and their billing system is a rip off. Had to call several times for services that were suppose to be cancelled. They literally charged me for services for more than a year that I did not use. Super expensive and no more accountability. Run while you can!!!!!
