I have been with T mobile for 8 years. I have never had any issues. I have been loyal and honestly have not even questioned my bill even if it increased for whatever reason. Recently I was scammed where it made it look like payments that I had made in the past were never made. Now they have suspended my services and I have to repay all the reversed charges. I asked could it be spread out over time because its almost 800 dollars and nobody has that laying around. I was told no. They told me that we have let you set up payment arrangements in the past. I said yes and I have made those arrangements when extra money was added to my bill outside of the original balance. So I said all this to say no matter how loyal you are to this company all they will offer you is a subscription to *******. I even asked for it to be spread out over the next few bills and was told no. I am a victim of a scam and they have not a care in the world.

On Sat morning 5/10/25 I stopped receiving texts. I didn't realize it for a couple of days as I was able to send texts but not receive them. On Mon 5/12 my broker messaged me on ** stating that a buyer had tried messaging me on Sat because he wanted to submit an offer on a home that he was waiting for. By this time, it had become pending. My buyer isn't interested in any other home and is extremely upset and wants to leave me bad reviews because of it and no longer wants me as an agent. I immediately called Tmobile and was on the phone with them and they had me do all sorts of things and nothing was working, so they directed me to *******. ******* then took over my phone and did all sorts of things as well and they couldn't figure it out. I was left being told it was the other companies fault. I ended up contacting tmobile chat and they told me to go into a store. So I went into the store in ********, **. They told me that I could pay $100 to make an insurance claim and get a new phone. I told them I didn't have the money to pay for that, and they said that was the only resort. So I left there and called tmobile customer care. They told me they would warranty my phone as they couldn't figure out what had happened. They told me they would send a new one to the Hastings store and I could pick it up in 2 days!! Even after I told them I needed a phone where I could receive texts and they just said they were sorry. On Wednesday 5/14/25 I went into the store to get my warranty phone and they refused to give it to me because my screen had a crack in it. They said I would have to pay them $100 to get a replacement insurance phone and that I would have to come back the next day to get the insurance phone. Next day I came in and they told me the phone was being sent to my home and to come back with the phone. I went 5 days without texts, lost deals, lost $9k, paid $100, made 4 long trips for nothing, and all I got was a sorry there was nothing they could do.

In the past T Mobile serves me fairly well as I traveled the country camping all over. Most recently instead of treating the "Senior Citizen" correctly this company sends me a notice that they have to go up $5 from $65 to $70. Yet the night before I saw an add on TV offering service for $40 or $45! Many maybe most companies just don't care about ethics or customers anymore. "Screw the stupid Senior" is the motto. Obviously I've left the company. Cell phone service at $ $70 these days is way to expensive and way to easy to find cheaper if all you do is use your phone as a phone. Bye Bye T-Mobile!

I looked up T-Mobile cuz I was really interested in the perks they were offering for a certain package. I purchased the package in February and set everything up. But I have never received an email for a $200 prepaid card and I can't even get free Hulu. When I talk to someone they are untrained and know nothing about what I'm talking about. They have no clue about the packages or the perks that come with them. I really wished I would have looked at the reviews before I picked this service. I also have always been a week early on my bill but this month I had to wait until I got paid. So I was 7 days late and they just suspended my service! On top of that added a $20 fee on top of my bill for being 7 days late!?

T-Mobile Internet Is Horrible. *********, I have been a customer of ********************** for over 30 years, and I'm telling you the Internet is the Absolute Worst! Its completely unreliable, and the service agents working outside of the *** are exhausting. Trying to communicate and get through the language barriers is frustrating. These agents use a bunch of words to say absolutely nothing and have absolutely no ability to help resolve a problem in real time. *********, tho *** isn't the best, but it's Way Better than T-Mobile

this is a very terrible phone company to go towards, I was 18 years old looking to start fresh on my own with everything so I went to T-Mobile and at first it was really nice to work with them. It was very easy and then I started telling people how much my phone bill was and they were very questionable about why because I was only having one phone on the plan and my phone bill was over $200 a month, so I eventually went to out on another line to get an iPad and I paid that off within the first year and they gave me an early payoff fee that was $35 because I paid it off too early which I really dont get and I went to go take the phone line off of the iPad and it took me three months to get this phone line to be off of my plan because they were not willing to take the phone line off and if I did, I would have to pay a $65 fee of a cancellation of a line so at the end of all of it I paid the $65 to cancel the iPad and after that I had to look at my phone bill each month in depth because they would overall keep charging me for the iPad until I called and I had to get several reimbursements because they were charging me too much for my phone and the iPad and now I have a debt collector calling me saying that I never settled the balance with T-Mobile when I just paid off my phone not even a month ago with my taxes and I made sure I paid off the phone and paid my bill at the same time and I have the receipts for it but at this point it just seems like theyre selling information to these debt collectors because they knew the last four of my social and they knew where my street address was with my phone number was and to call me from the area code that I am from because usually debt collectors call out of state so I do not answer those, but now they have it to where they are calling from an in-state code that I am associated with , T-Mobile is a very poor network, and I would never recommend it to anyone

My phone is not working will not charge says it has water in it. I tried signing onto my account so that I could possibly buy a new phone, but I cannot do that because it says it's texting me a code to my phone which again is dead. When I call, they tell me I have to provide them with a 6-digit pin which I do not know what that is because it's probably something I created 6 years ago. So there answer to this is for me to go to a store which is a half an hour away from me and I do not have the time for that Is T-Mobile going to reimburse me my time off from work. I work full time and go to school full time and I'm a single mom full time. To me this is crazy that I cannot get help over the phone because I do not recall a 6-digit number that I created 6 years ago. I also think it's crazy that T-Mobile can't come up with a better plan for verification seeing as how when most people call it's probably because they have something wrong with their phone, but I bet if I was calling to make a payment there would be no problem whatsoever. I have been a customer of ********************** for ** years before it was even called t mobile. well, that's about to change and I will spread the word far and wide to ever person I can T-Mobile *****.

We have tried TMobile 3 times over a few years. We were assured that their problems were fixed. Well not so much! We have a tower in our area (Hyrum ****) that has a lot if issues and TMobile tells us that they are aware of the issues but they have no plans to correct them. 2 stars for lack of customer support.
