Signed up for service mid Jan2025. Got 3 emails none included a PIN number. When I tried to set up internet and phone service I was asked for a PIN. Asked them to provide a pin to me and they said that without a PIN number they would not provide a new pin. Never got any service connected. They charged me $209 never sent a bill to my residence. Turned in equipment to local brick/moter store and they told me a phone number to call to cancel my account. Nope no pin no service. Ask for a PIN get denied service again because I have no pin. These people are so stupid that did't see the problem or a method to solve my problem. Took 17 phone calls and a 2 hour visit to the brick store to get the matter solved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TMOBILE THE COMPANY ARE EXTORTIONISTS, FRAUDS and LIARS. Policies are trash and so is the method they use to train their employees.

Beware of T-Mobile!! I asked a customer *** on/about Sept 26 to discontinue my account. I paid the balance due the day after. In December I start getting bills for my suspended account thats past due. Ive called multiple times to clear this up, getting the run-around each time. I was finally told in March that they would go back to the October audio of the call and if I asked him to discontinue, then they would zero-out my bill. (Found out today that did not happen. ) Now its been turned over to collections and theres nothing T Mobile can do to assist me. As Ive investigated, there are lots of people who have had issues with this company. Next step: file a complaint with BBB.

I am dispute an incorrect charge on my recent T-Mobile bill. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer and have always valued the services provided. However, I believe there has been an error in my recent billing statement. From January 25 to February 1, 2025, I was on a cruise during which I purchased a Wi-Fi package directly from the cruise company. I exclusively used this ************* for calling via WhatsApp. Additionally, I made calls from ******, which are included in my T-Mobile plan.Despite this, I was charged $189.32 for services, whereas I expected the charge to be $110.00 based on my actual usage. It appears I have been incorrectly billed an extra $79.32 for services I did not utilize.I kindly request that you review my account and adjust my bill accordingly to reflect the accurate charges. I trust in T-Mobile's commitment to customer satisfaction and believe this issue can be resolved promptly. Please confirm receipt of this email and inform me about the next steps regarding this matter.Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I've been with them for over 20 years, but that's about to change. I had an issue with my phone because of an insurance issue, and they said on 4/4 my service would be back in 48 hours. Still nothing. I contacted them through the website this morning, and they couldn't help either. It is now five days since I have had service, can't check my messages, get calls, get texts or anything. I am moving to a new carrier. Tmobile, get with it!

Worst experience ever. Would never recommend t mobile. They charged me $300 for a service that was never started. The phone was sent back to the warehouse because no one was home to sign for the package. I was told everything was canceled and that I would get a refund. They kept making promises that I would have a total refund. They are also extremely over priced compared to more customer friendly companies.

*****. Provider. Ever. I wish we didnt get caught in this scam. Unfortunately, my wife and I signed a contract and are regretting it. I have maybe 5 dropped calls a day. Internet at the house is wayyy below par. This company shouldnt exist. Definitely not getting our moneys worth. Freaking horrible service.

I am a 10 year Tmobile customer that is considering changing providers.I have had my personal account for 10 years but this last year decided to use tmobile for my business's internet. I signed up with a promotion that was supposed to give me a $200 **** gift card which I never got. I should have received the promotion in December 2024 so I called in January 2025 and started realizing that there was a problem. Apparently when I signed up for my business account, they allowed me to use the same phone number as my personal account which has caused SO MANY problems. I have not been able to sign in to my personal account since starting the business account since they both use the same phone number as a login. When I call Tmobile, they can never pull me up or locate the correct account, the phone system automatically transfers me to business/personal side of costumer care at random. I decided I no longer needed my business internet but I wanted to get my $200 promo. I was told that my initial promo never went through because they system tried to apply it to my personal account which wasn't eligible. Instead of correcting this issue, they submitted a new request for the promo which I was told would take 4 weeks to process. I was also told that if I cancelled my service, I would no longer be eligible for the promo. So, I kept the service and a month later, I was told it would be an additional 10 weeks to process my promo. It is now April and I just received an email saying my rebate is ready but I keep getting an error when I try to redeem it. I tried to call Tmobile about it but they couldn't find my account. I am very tired of wasting hours on hold, being transferred back and forth, promised callbacks that never happen, speaking to managers that don't offer any help. At this point, it feels like theft on tmobile's part. I just want the promotion that was promised to me last year and I don't want to keep paying for a service I'm not using while Tmobile keeps me dangling
