      I have ordered I phone 15 and 2 tablets unfortunately I was not at home the 3 times that they attempted to deliver and I ended up getting from the store and they collected another money from me and thay said it will be refunded within 7 days and is over a month and still chasing my money every day I call they saying next week so please family and friends stay away from t mobile dont make the same mistake that I made

      On November I sent a mobile dedvice back to t mobile that wasnt even opened. And the package got lost in transit to t mobile *** lost the package and they are still trying to charge me this phone on my account I have talked to over 15 agents on this seven months and no one has been able to fix this matter or remove this mobile dedvice from my account. I keep talking to agents and trying to get help they always they they will call me back and no one ever does. At this point I dont even want to be in business with t mobile anymore.

      Worst experience ever. Would never recommend t mobile. They charged me $300 for a service that was never started. The phone was sent back to the warehouse because no one was home to sign for the package. I was told everything was canceled and that I would get a refund. They kept making promises that I would have a total refund. They are also extremely over priced compared to more customer friendly companies.

      *****. Provider. Ever. I wish we didnt get caught in this scam. Unfortunately, my wife and I signed a contract and are regretting it. I have maybe 5 dropped calls a day. Internet at the house is wayyy below par. This company shouldnt exist. Definitely not getting our moneys worth. Freaking horrible service.

      I am a 10 year Tmobile customer that is considering changing providers.I have had my personal account for 10 years but this last year decided to use tmobile for my business's internet. I signed up with a promotion that was supposed to give me a $200 **** gift card which I never got. I should have received the promotion in December 2024 so I called in January 2025 and started realizing that there was a problem. Apparently when I signed up for my business account, they allowed me to use the same phone number as my personal account which has caused SO MANY problems. I have not been able to sign in to my personal account since starting the business account since they both use the same phone number as a login. When I call Tmobile, they can never pull me up or locate the correct account, the phone system automatically transfers me to business/personal side of costumer care at random. I decided I no longer needed my business internet but I wanted to get my $200 promo. I was told that my initial promo never went through because they system tried to apply it to my personal account which wasn't eligible. Instead of correcting this issue, they submitted a new request for the promo which I was told would take 4 weeks to process. I was also told that if I cancelled my service, I would no longer be eligible for the promo. So, I kept the service and a month later, I was told it would be an additional 10 weeks to process my promo. It is now April and I just received an email saying my rebate is ready but I keep getting an error when I try to redeem it. I tried to call Tmobile about it but they couldn't find my account. I am very tired of wasting hours on hold, being transferred back and forth, promised callbacks that never happen, speaking to managers that don't offer any help. At this point, it feels like theft on tmobile's part. I just want the promotion that was promised to me last year and I don't want to keep paying for a service I'm not using while Tmobile keeps me dangling

      Terrible company. If I could leave coal instead of zero stars I would. We switched to **** after being with T-mobile, since the early 2000s. When we switched, there was an old number on the account that was never used, so much so, that we completely forgot about it until 2 payments from T-mobile was withdrawn from our account, after we had made the switch to ****. When we realized that we were being charged, we called customer service, they didnt know how to help so they told us to go to a store. We would go to the store and they would say we can't do anything cause the account in closed, call customer service. This went on for several times until someone sent us to a Corporate store where we finally spoke to someone who knew what we needed to do but still could not fix the issue. Then we finally got a bill from T-mobile stating we needed to pay them a final payment. At this point they received 2 payments from us and were expecting a 3rd. We called customer service, spoke to an agent named *** she couldn't help. Then I was transferred to her supervisor named ********. Not only did ******** not help, he even said he wasn't going to help and he didn't want to. Trying to not be drained from a total of $390.00 for service that was not being used and for many years at that, I told them that they could at least waive this last payment especially when we tried to address this months ago. He still said no and I said I wasn't going to pay for this last payment he said "Well it will just go to collections". I said you already received $260.00 from us and there was no service used, you can't waive this, he said "No and I don't want to!". He refused to transfer me to another supervisor and claimed he was the only supervisor and that was T-mobiles policy. This company did nothing to deserve these payments, there was no service being utilized, no phone calls, no data, nothing. Now we have to make this final payment so as not to ruin our credit. Terrible and ruthless company !!!

      Ive been waiting weeks for my T-Mobile promotion products. I signed up for internet with them In January or February and still havent received my Amazon fire TV . I havent even been sent a reward code. I signed up and switched from ******* to T-Mobile in March and submitted the claim for the $200 gift card. I havent received that either When I speak to the promotion department they just say its still processing. Its pretty frustrating and disappointing.

      I was a victim of T-Mobiles underhanded sales tactics and was conned into thinking I was getting an upgraded iPhone 16 for just initial start up costs and that the phone would be free. Come to find out that I was financing the FULL PRICE of the phone! After weeks of complaining and going back to the store where I received the phone I spoke with a manager in their *************** named ****** ID#*******. He was extremely condescending and unsympathetic siding with the last representative who was rude enough to tell me that it was my fault for not reading what I signed and that it was not their problem anymore. After listening to excuses for their deceptive sales tactics and going to their retail store multiple times with an appointment only to have the store manager constantly avoiding me and not being there to help I decided to switch to ***** Good riddance T-Mobile!

      DO NOT EVEN TRY TO USE THESE PEOPLE. I have paid over 700 dollars on a prepaid service they couldnt set up right . You cannot even understand their rude agents. They will continue to hound you YEARS later. **** ******* the CEO is no help

      Horrible service coverage, I work in LA county and live in *************.. phone constantly searches for service, calls constantly dropped. In SoCAL I cant even make calls.Their international service plans are a waste, as you will never get service to make calls or text messages, or look up anything. Worst service coverage of all the carriers.And customer service, just refers you to tech support who never answers ??
