      My wife and I purchased 2 ****** Pixel 6 phones from T-Mobile Store in *******, ** on May 5, 2022. About a month later received notification on the phones that there was an automatic update that would be occurring. After the phones updated, a small green dot appeared in the upper right hand corner of the display. We were not certain what this meant as far as phone functionality so we called T-Mobile **************** Line. No one in customer service could provide a legitimate explanation of what the small green dot meant or what its impact on the functionality of the phone. They attempted to indicate that they were unaware of the functional impact on the phones. Of course, this was unacceptable. We also called Best Buy and spoke to an independent mobile phone consultant who stated that this was a new technology which enhances communications between apps on the phone - i.e., the apps could now share data and information about us allowing each app access to our personal information. This consultant stated that the only way to remove the green dot would be to go into each app and disable the technology. However, when I attempted to go in and perform these disablements, it caused a significant loss of performance quality (i.e, we could no longer dial out or receive incoming calls. Naturally, I had to go back in and restore the technology in order to continue operating the phones. This technology implementation was not explained to us at the time of purchase of the phones. We believe this technology to be a significant invasion of our privacy. We explained this to ******* in T-Mobile **************** on August 3, 2022 and requested that we simply exchange the phones for phones that do not have this technology. He stated that T-Mobile would not allow this. Accordingly, we now request that we be able to return these phones to T-Mobile and terminate our account as well with no further obligation. Thank you!

      I cannot believe that I got into this mess. These people have done nothing but lied to me. I left **** after 25 years because my bill kept getting higher. I joined 55+ plan & was told $70.00 a month. Needless to say that isn't happening. Next months bill is showing $179.00. The clerk at the store added extra warranties that I said NO to. I was told my phones would be free. I am paying for them even after trade in. Last month I was told I could get a free watch because there has been so many problems. Dont fall for it. They lie and cheat. Its called ************** I am warning you, DONT fall for it. They say no contracts. They have other ways for them to rope you in. I am now stuck. I feel its my job to keep other people free from T mobile. Their reps are terrible. They are sweet as can be until you need their help. Might as well be talking to a wall. They dont care or want to help. Do yourself a favor and stay away from T mobile, nothing but trouble.

      I was a big fan of T-Mobile but now since they join forces to scam people that is not as wealthy as they are I am planing on leaving them. My Uncle died in ******** and I booked a rental from the travel tmobile discount I got the airports wrong and put pick up location for Norwalk not realizing it was in New Jersey I reach out to the travel team and was told to fill out a form I did all of that then call the number they tell me they can't help and they can't give me the info to get help. now they took my $202 and until now no assistant just thrown around in circle. stay away please.

      T-Mobile does not honor there deals. I was supposed to get the $800 credit when you buy a phone add anew line and trade in an old phone. I having been calling since July to get this corrected. I want what I asked for but the cannot seem to deliver.

      The online sales associate promised me specific promotions to gain my business. As it turns out, now that I'm a paying customer, I can't have what I was promised. I was clearly lied to in order to get my business. I have proof of what I was promised (printed chat transcripts), and they won't honor it.

      These guys have regularly offered the most abysmal serviceI have ever seen. The level of incompetence and lack of real concern about the issues they foist upon their customers is just astounding. I've been with these jokers for over 8 years and for the most part, they couldn't find their backsides with a map. Now, after using my account and managing it onlineand n the App for over 8 years, all of a sudden they tell me I don't have an online account, and then proceed to put me through several hours of hold (listing to music that is so loud that I have to turn the phone down and then can't hear the agenton another continent when they finally do get on the line. First their excuse was "gee, just wait 24 hours and it should all be ok - but we'll call you back tomorrow just to follow up", a call that never came. Can't speakto a representative in the USA - nope, I get to speak to someone in a foreign country who claims to "understand my frustration". These jerks have wasted my time over and over - hours at a time trying to fix their s**** **** and they have the nerve to say "Sir, we don't tolerate that language".Let me tell you something: You've earned ire of every one of the customers you've angered by the level of incompetence you routinely bring to the table. They don't even have the courage to respond to reviews. These guys are absolutely the worst and not worth the angst and aggravationI routinely receive from them.Why does it take a customer asking to escalate the issue? Why do they train their low level employees to obstruct their customers requests and prevent them from speaking to someone who may potentially BE competent? This is not the way to do business, and these guys routinely impede my ability to service MY customers because I am on the phone with them for hours. Over 6 hours on the phone and no resolutions to this issue at all. Lots of platitudes. No action.

      I upgraded on a phone for the second line on my plan. I was told my payment wouldnt go thru. I called with another way to pay I was told that payment wouldnt go thru. I couldnt understand why I had money on both cards. Here all along they wouldnt put it thru because the bill was due. The bill I paid faithfully for 4 years. Im done as soon as I get these phones paid Im going with another carrier or wait to see if another carrier offers a buy out

      I bought a plan with t mobile almost 2 years ago, still as of today since I have started this plan they have yet to email me with a resolution my phone data has not worked since I purchased the plan. *** spent countless hours with tech support, managers ect. They have also tried to make me the problem by having me delete all data including photos videos ect. Turns out they set up my line incorrectly, everytime I call they tell me **** business days I should receive a resolution by email it has been over 6 months now and they owe me over $1000 of services I have been paying every month but not receiving. Tech support even provided me proof of how my data isnt running as it should be. If this does not get their attention I will have to be taking them to small claims court.

      Switched to t-mobile from ***** big mistake! Signed up for a plan i chose was told it came with free phone just pay activation. So i did, but few months into my services am being told that the plan i chose doesn't qualify for a free phone and id need to upgrade to a service plan that does. After experiencing my displeasure instead of being offered a resolution i was asked to leave the store as according to ******* he found me being rude, imagine that you're being screwed but yet you should just take it like it or not. I left the store and called t mobile only to speak to yet another imbecile that talked about a different plan to qualify for free phone. Why is it the customers responsible to take on the errors made whether intentionally or not by employees who represent t mobile? Half-assed service with an even worse customer service! I highly do not recommend t mobile do to terrible customer service. Stay away and go with a different carrier

      I placed an order for a new line to be transferred from ******** so i waited 2 days before checking on the status of the ordered phone. Turns out it was shipped to a completely different state! T-Mobile claims they can not get me a new phone that I have to wait for it to be shipped back to the warehouse, and I have to wait another so many WEEKS! before i can get a new phone... Explain to me why i would proceed to switch services?? And now i just got sent to the main menu, with no answers.. They refuse to refund my money even after acknowledged the mistake.. I have to wait for the phone to show back up in the warehouse. What if i never does! This is the worst customer service i've ever dealt with.
