      Robbers, I cancelled my account and they said I had one line opened. Was charged $170 for a line they claimed was opened even though I cancelled my account. Had to pay to avoid this going on my credit. T no bile

      Sprint was great! However after closing my account (since they merged under T-Mobile), I did not remember my pin.I went into the store to verify myself as I was owed a 15$ credit after closing my line. The store verified, called the number, and said that I can call back and tell them to check the account notes to bypass the pin as the store verified me.So after all of this happened in front of me at the store (store reps were great), the T-Mobile rep told me over the phone that there are no notes and that she cannot do anything since she can't get into the closed account unless the store calls them to verify me...So adding insult to injury, I told her to keep the 15$ and hung up as this is the 4th month I've tried to resolve this which comes out to (if I was being paid for doing this) $0.13 a day (=$15&change/4/30). It's not even worth the hassle anymore.Clearly T-Mobile needs the money more than I do... It's just too bad they'll waste the donation on sending me paper statements until the end of time! LOL what a joke... (negative stars, if I could).

      Today is September 19,2022, I've dealing with the terrible service of TMOBILE for the last 3 days.On my work me and my peers who also have this company we don't have signal at all we cannot make calls or use the internet. I called on Saturday they had me on the line for 2 hours and at the end the agent who helped me told me that I was going to be without service for 4 days, once I get out of the building I have all the service but not while at work (I use my cellphone at work to work). I called today Monday again since the issue hasn't been resolved yet, the agent who helped me today told me that the problem is that since I have an Iphone 11 I have to make an update to have access to 5g, which is not true since when I get out from work I have all the function having an Iphone 11 he was trying to sold me something and not resolve my problem.I was with Sprint for many years after my contract is done I will change from company.

      Absolute worst experience of our lives. We had a great experience with sprint. Then we went to T-Mobile and they added two lines to our account without authorization. we signed up for a promo where we send in our iPhone 11 plus and get an $800 credit for the iPhone 13 Pro which is a $1000 phone. Well the idiot working for them assigned those credits to the two lines we never asked for and didnt tell anyone. The first month we get our bill and see four lines. We call in and they remove those two lines. We send in our phones, and never see a credit. We tracked them and they got there! We have proof of all of this. We spoke to many MANY MANY individuals through the chat and on the phone and they always acknowledged T-Mobile made a mistake and they need to escalate it and will call us back. ITS BEEN A YEAR. They never call back every single time. This time we said we would stay on the line and the woman applied a random promotion that is NOT what we wanted and also forces us to stay in for longer. We always ask to go higher and she refused. This company is horrific. They stole $1600 from us and do not care. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE. We may pursue legal action against them.

      T mobile is absolutely horrible after 1 full week of them attempting to fix the phone still has the same problem extremely slow from website to website emails take in least a few minutes to go through if not longer The customer services reps are not knowledgeable every time I call I get a different answer. This is the 2nd phone they replaced nothing changed.I can go on and on. But if your looking for a carrier t mobile would not be a good choice

      Actually 0 stars!!!! I hate this company!!! The absolute worst customer service anywhere!! Out and out liars!! Hours and hours wasted waiting for customer service and only to get disconnected!!!!!! So many things wrong, I don't even have enough room to write it all down!!! Going back to Metro or ******** ????????

      When I switched to T-Mobile, they were ok. Then I later switched to another carrier. I had a T-Mobile credit after switching. It was less than $50, but they will not return my money. I have called 5 times over 9 months and gone into their local company store ( where they said they told me I must call support for help ). Each call was long, but I always got a pleasant support person who apologizes for the error snd promises they will make sure the problem is fixed. Each time I wait for the next statement snd find it was not fixed. ****** learned. T-Mobile is happy to take my money but refuses to return your money. When they owe it back to me.

      I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and just recently and found out that I had a data breach with my social security number and information through T-Mobile I tried to look up ways to resolve this because I'm having is***s with people hacking into my phone they probably seen my personal pictures and everything there are people following me around and everything so I don't know what else to do but to put this complaint on here and try to find a way to *** them so I do not recommend this company and their Android phones are not reliable and they're faulty

      Today is September 14th, 2022. I have been dealing with ************* at ********************** since June 4th, 2022 attempting to get my $400 rebate for buying an iPhone 13 ProMax. I traded in an iPhone XR in order to get the rebate. I spoke to them on 6/4 after not seeing the rebate offer entered onto my account nor my emailed receipt. I was told they would call me on 6/11 to give the rebate a few days to appear. They never called me back.... I called them again on 6/12, they promised me it was now resolved and that I would see a 24 month bill credit on my bill. July 4th, called them back explaining that I still did not see the credit on my recent bill. They wanted me to go back to the retail store have them redo the transaction. I refused because that store was 20 miles from my home, and they can see the transaction in the corporate system. I explained to rep * ********, that I wanted to speak to a manager as it was now a month after purchase and no reflection on MyTmobile account or bill. After being placed on call for a very long time. The rep explained the manager was too busy and they would call me back. Later that day the same rep called me back said the mgr approved the rebate and I would see it on the next bill cycle. I did not see the rebate on my August bill. I called back today 9/14 and the rep * ******* admitted the credit had not been applied. He said he would need mgr approval before they could apply the $400 credit I explained that it was approved on 7/4. He said he would have to have them approve it again, and he would call me back on Friday 9/16. I have been with TMobile almost 20 years, and this has been the first time I have ever had any issues with ************* not handling my concerns to my satisfaction. As a customer I should not have to be tracking down my rebate with a technology company that should have rebates automated, for crying out loud are we not in 21st century! I need BBB assistance in resolving this matter.
