They should get zero stars if that was an option. This company has declined every year. Hold times are longer and longer while all you hear is a repetitive message stating 'Each T-mobile customer has a dedicated team of experts" or my favorite "T-Mobile customers are the happiest in wireless because we put you, our customers, first" I called today to resolve an issue and and was on hold for 1:01:31... I am small business owner and on no level is this acceptable hold time for a company the size of T-Mobile. There needs to be a legitimate reason given to the customer on what is taking so long to get service. I will officially begin looking for a new provider and STRONGLY recommend any potential customer looking to join this dumpster fire company to STAY AWAY!

Tmobile keeps billing me after switching number to Mint. Tmobile rep told me I would have to actually go to one of their stores to sort this out. A local Tmobile store has more info available to them than one of their online "experts"???????????

I had planned to switch my phone service from ***** so I called to inquire about their keep and switch program. They offered me a plan for $50 w/ autopay enabled, and I'd be reimbursed for the amount I paid to pay off my phone. The agent couldn't complete the offer, because it didn't allow her to select the promotion. I was transferred to a supervisor, he said he would be able to do it. I made sure to confirm with him that I would get the offer, before completing the transaction. He confirmed it, and the I was charged $35 for a *** card. I then called **** to pay off my phone.A couple days later, I sign in to pay my home internet bill, which is provided by T-Mobile, and saw that I had been signed up for a plan that was $20 more than what I agreed to. I contacted them and they said that the only other plan compatible with the keep and switch offer was for $60. Well, that's not what I was promised. After letting them know that they blatantly lied to get me to switch, I said I wanted to cancel the line and be refunded for the *** card. The person said they would attempt to have the plan I was originally promised honored, and that they would call me back within 48 hours. They never did.The next night I see that they added the charge for the phone service to my internet bill. A service I have never used, because I didn't agree to it and still haven't even received the *** card. I called them back to tell them no more trying to honor the plan, they needed to cancel it and refund the cost of the ***. They tell me I'd have to pay the full amount, and wait to be credited the next month. What?!? So, of course, I say no to that. Again, this person tells me they are going to call me back, this time in two hours to see about having it removed. 3 hours later, I had to call them back myself. Of course. I was told the same thing. So now, not only will I never deal with them for my cellular service, I am shopping around for a new internet provider. A horrid company.

They literally scammed me all those years when Ive been told to add additional line to the family package and they just told me after all this years that Ive never have a free line with them, keep in mind they already have this promotion on their website if you buy 2 lines you will get the third one for free and Ive had 6 lines with them no one of them was for free since 2006 and they told me when I added the 4th line it will be free with no charge

For years, we have a customers with T-Mobile and since that time, we purchased the protection plan and paid monthly. My daughter's phone screen was damaged and she called them. She requested to start a claim. They told her she needs an authorized user to contact. I called them a couple weeks later and they called Asurant in a three way call. I was told that we needed to produce receipts for the ******* Galaxy 8 phone she was using that was transferred over to the plan when we first came to T-Mobile years ago. We then spoke with what I was told was a manager that I could send an email with the **** number and they would start the claim. That was over a month ago. This whole thing started in June. I cancelled the protection because they're not honoring their word or the fact that we have paid for protection for years. They are dishonorable and we are a Veteran family where they say they care. I just hate that we wasted so much money paying for protection and they will not honor their contracts. Thinking about switching to ******* but they do give you a discount on ********

I transferred company to T-MOBILE because of the family deals they were promoting as soon I left my phone wouldnt allow me to use data or message anyone. I could only call. I spent HOURS with customer care and tech support and no one was able to fix the issue, each representative I spoke with would just reboot it. Finally told be your get a refund but I had to go to the store I originally activated it at. I did and they told me to call care when I did they told me I had to go to the store. Neither could get me a refund. I regret changing company. I definitely to do not recommend this company.

Horrible customer service and they don't do the buyers remorse, like they say they do. I've been trying and trying to resolve this issue NOPE. Our phones NEVER WORKED here. Technician said that yes I'll get my money back. NOPE this has been going on since July 5,2022. Assistant manager ***** promised me that if the phones didn't work I'd get my money back. ******* ******** store is a joke. Now I'm having to file a small claims against TMOBILE. On top of all this they suspended my service because of my outstanding account over due. Help.

The T-Mobile ***** services that their advertisements purport as "No changes" etc. ($50 a month, cancel anytime, etc) is a misappropriation of practice and a blatant lie. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with the T-Mobile customer service department to solve a simple 2-week trial period and not wanting the services. First of all, be aware that you will have to send back the device on your own and they do not accept it at T-Mobile store without payment. That is what I was told at the local store here in **********, **. Also, be aware that when you ship the device back your account will still not be cancelled. I was billed for services that I have had to call to cancel (no button on a website, etc) four times. This experience has ruined any brand positivity I had for T-Mobile and I never want to deal with this business in any capacity again.

I have been having many problems just trying to return a product. I was told that I could get a free tracker device for my phone. I asked 3 times if there was a fee because I was on someones account and did not want to add any more charges to the account. I was told there was no fee. Now I find out theres an extra cost and I have been given different answers when I want to return the device. I still havent been able to resolve this issue.
