      I was the victim if identity theft and someone set up an account in my name with T-mobile and T-mobile ended up turning it over to their collection agency. I have made over ********************************************************************* the same promise that I will receive an e-mail or letter in **** days clearing my name and the fraudulent account. Three time I have have had the T-mobile store photograph and send in my police report, a copy of the T-mobile form reporting the fraudulent account. After 3months of being told the same lie T-mobile has not acted. This a criminal act on the part of T-mobile.

      I am a T-Mobile at home customer. The service is very unstable and slow. When trying to cancel, it became a nightmare. Endless wait on the phone. I tried messaging them and the agent finally told me he could not cancel and dropped the chat. Never again.

      Right from the beginning Ive had trouble with T-Mobile , long story short first of all they told me one price and got charged another price much higher, call customer service A few times, one time the girl told me that she will call me back in four days of course she never did . In the middle of August 2022 I decided to drop T-Mobile and switch to consumer cellular thinking I was done with T-Mobile , in September T-Mobile charge me for another month of service on auto pay $85 so I called T-Mobile , they told me that couldnt open my Account because I didnt remember my passcode and theres nothing they can do ,I told him you could take my money but you cant find my account. I called my credit card company and put a hold on t-Mobile charge. Stay away from T-Mobile they are the worst !

      T-Mobile is a trash company run by trash people with sub-trash service. A generous (to T-Mobile) estimate would be that about 70% of the time, I can access their data. Conversely, around 30% of the time, I get no data or service at all. This applies to SMS messaging, social media apps, internet browsers, Spotify, and anything else I may try to access on their service. I genuinely feel scammed by them and I cannot believe that their are allowed to remain in business, given that their product is essentially useless. I know that their Magenta *** plan is alluring, being $85/mo, unlimited data and free ******** but, if you have the funds and are able to get a cellular line on literally any other service, I implore you to do so! Do not give T-Mobile your money! You will regret it!

      I ported services from T Mobile to a different provider on 2 March of this year. I called T Mobile and advised them of this, I had too. As I recall, the young lady I spoke with asked me why I was leaving, because I had been a customer for a long period. She offered me a different package to convince me to stay. I politely declined and PAID the amount I was informed I owed, understood that my service was being turned off and moved to my new provider. I later started receiving notices from the company, T Mobile, that I ported services from, that I owed them a bill. Long story short, after responding to messages of I owe you money for a service I understood to be turned off, I ended up paying a nice bill to a collection agency. I'll give the ZERO, my money or my credit rating when I told you I was moving TURN OFF THE SERVICE.

      I would give no stars if possible. T-Mobile has the worst cell service on the planet! My family and I had to use our home Wi-Fi for the phones to work. Once we left our home we had slow to no connection. My husband couldnt call or text for over 30 minutes no service on the 5G T-Mobile plan. Calls would drop, calls and texts never received. We family and I would sit next to each other and call each other phones nothing no ring, nothing! Every time we called to complain they were working on the towers. Youve been working on these towers for 5 years!! No more T-Mobile we switched to a new carrier.

      Run fast from Tmobile! They have you spend hours troubleshooting with non-technical people before they send you to a technical person who still can not fix your problem. I can not access my voice mail since upgrading to the flip 4. Spent 1 hour on the phone with a customer service rep who tried to troubleshoot my problem. It was way over her head. I finally asked her to escalate the call. Then I spent another 1 1/2 hours with a tech support and they couldn't get it to work.They said my Sim card doesn't allow voicemail and they don't know how to fix it. I pay for voice mail but I have no access to it. I am not a happy customer now that they are ********************. I was with Sprint for over 10 years. I've always had a good experience with Sprint. Me and my 8 devices is going to a new carrier because I've had problems ever since they merged with Tmobile. Tmobile *****.

      The T-Mobile Nightmare 1)Had 5 months of horrible cellular service with T-Mobile:a.Loads of dropped calls.b.Calls were I had cellular signal bars, but the other person couldnt hear me. Would have to call back once or twice until they eventually hear me.c.Tech support called me twice in a row one time while I had good signal. The first time it didnt even ring and went straight to voicemail. 3 minutes later they called again and their own tech support number came up on my phone as a Potential Spam caller!d.Often I would try and dial someones number and my phone wouldnt ring for couple of minutes, just silence. Sometimes it would finally ring if I waited long enough and other times it would just beep and automatically hang up. This happen a few times at my own house while trying to call someone else on our plan in the house, while we both had a good cell signal!This was happening to not just to me but to 3 other lines on the same plan!2)The T-Mobile business rep tried to reach out to someone he knew in the T-Mobile engineering department to see if he knew of any reason why this would be happening. I was told to hang in there that they had a cell tower in my area that they were making repairs on. After they supposedly repaired the tower, I was told to reset my phone and everything would be fixed. I did, and nothing changed.3)I went back and forth with my rep and tech support on for several months, where I was told to hang in there that they were working on a resolution, but Im felt like I was being given the run around and the goal was to get me to hang on as a customer for a specific length of time so the rep would get a bonus or commission after a certain. I say this because when I finally told him that this was effecting my business and I had to move to another carrier he said, can you hang in there for just another 30 days for me? This would have made it 6 months.4)I reach out to tech support on my own and this was bad experience also:a.Fi

      Worst company ever they hook and bait u the lies are unbelievable they told me 35 a month when really it was 90 so I'm returning in and getting my money back bad phone bad service

      I came to T-Mobile because I was a cricket customer for 14 years and was starting to have a lot of c*** service! So I had an appointment today with TMobile to get service with a new carrier. The kid ran my card 3 times because he said it declined the first two. I went to the *** at the store before doing my shopping and my acct was $400.00 short. Went to my bank and discovered they charged me 3 times! My daughters wedding reception is tomorrow and now I can't buy her and my son in law a gift! TMobile wouldn't credit MY money back to me and it is 45 days to get my money back after filing a claim!
