      I was a loyal consumer for at least 10 years and forced to cancel my line due to their lack of customer service. They made it nearly impossible to apply my work discount, not to mention how I was over charged for over a year on a service I was not receiving. The way they handled both scenario's was just awful. Glad to have moved on. I would not recommend.

      T-Mobile won't unlock my phone. I have paid faithfully for months to get my phone unlocked and after repeated assurances that they would permanently unlock my phone, unlock failed once again. I am at the end of my rope. Urgently in need of resolution.

      I have been with T-Mobile for 20 years I pay insurance on my phone's I never upgrade I'm not a techie person I could care less recently my four-year-old phone started to fall apart then I dropped it in the sink the two phones are initially replace my phone with didn't have any storage won't even hold my contact was also too skinny for me with my disabled Hands when they sent me the next one it was the same c*** too skinny didn't have much storage oh yes and they changed *** Chargers so they sent me a phone without a compatible charger so how am I supposed to use this new phone if I can't charge it they change the plug to some funky little plug that my brand new car doesn't even have so what a waste and I don't have a charger to charge the phone and they want me to pay for a new one replacement phone still sitting in my drawer and I'm putting up with my broken phone normally when I have insurance on my phone they replace it with a better phone but not this time I got nothing but the runaround for three days straight promised they'd give me a better phone than I could have physically hold in my hands were supposed to send me an OtterBox for the s**** phone that was too skinny for me to hold but they never did I basically had a woman tell me to go to the store take the phone that I couldn't use and they would exchange it I drove ************************************************************** there was no such thing they told me that to get me off the phone I've never been so mistreated or disgusted with T-Mobile I sat in the parking lot for an hour trying to straighten it out before I left the store hoping to get a phone I could actually use but no I was so upset at that point I cry when I get mad I think if I walk back in they're store I would have punched the snotty kid in the face I will never go to the Rockaway store again I've never dealt with such a snotty little jerk I hope he likes working for T-Mobile because with his attitude he's never going to go anywhere I am thoroughly disgusted I am looking for a new carrier after 20 years of being with T-Mobile I have never been treated so poorly in my life lied to put on hold for hours charge for things I don't have three trips to ***** because I returned things to them and they sent them right back to me I hate T-Mobile I hate to use that word I hate your company and I hope you go under the way you've been treating people and the way your customers services in the stores the kid was not only rude to me I saw him rude to another customer keep up with you rude untrained customer service people you're going to go under it's just a matter of time

      Terrible service and coverage. There has been an outage for over a month and it still hasnt been fixed. They cant even give an answer to why or when it will be fixed. I pretty much have Wi-Fi only. I call in for an update as to when it will be resolved or if any progress has been made and they tell me no progress. No estimated fix time. Just to wait. They are a multi BILLION dollar company and are just taking money from their customers and not even providing a service they claim to be the best in the nation to provide. And then cant fix it for OVER A MONTH. Replace the whole tower then.

      TMobile experts are a bunch of scammers. Stole $35 from me. Keep promising to refund my account since June 23, 2022. Today is Friday July 15, 2022 and still no refund as promised. Had to deactivate my ATM card for concern over possible theft after TMobile so called expert had put me on auto pay without my authorization. Have tried to contact TMobile customer service with no school success. Fair warning to all. Do not trust so called TMobile **************** or ********************** management since they won't help either.

      Worst and disaster experience i ever got I called 6 times to release my account from my uncle account and they called him 6 times to get the authorization and the last call was the worst everyone telling me your account is released I heard it 6 times at the last call and nothing been resolved i stayed from 7 pl to 1 am going work very tired and cant focus and iam working time also without service and issue is not solveed Worst experience in my life

      this company doesn't even deserve one start, zero is more accurate. It is the worst company ever, no just for the bad connection and internet service, it is because they try to steal money from their customers and harass us until the point they ruin your life and health. I tried to cancel one of my lines on oct-2021 and they told me They going to stop charging me but they are liars, they keep charging me every month, I was tired of the charges, bad service and bad signal and decided to cancel all the my lines on March 2022. they never stop charging me, they never cancel my accounts and they keep leaving my bank in red numbers until I have to request stop payment, once They took all my rent money from my bank account, I had to pay bank fees every time the put my account on red and I also have to paid the stop payment fee. They submit a collection just when I was trying to buy a house and they almost gave me a heart attack, the have been harassing me and threating me to damage my credit and all that harassment sent me to the hospital. I call every week to their customer service number and the agents keep doing promises they can not fulfill and keep telling lies about to cancel my account, they just repeat as robots the script but They never help me, sometimes I ask for the reference number of my call and some of them don't even know what that mean. They keep searching excuses to charge more money. They submit a collection for more than 5 times I used to paid and I never was late on my payment I used to have direct deposit reason they keep stealing money from my bank account. This company not just owe me the money, they owe me interests on my money, all the damage you did to my family and health, and all my life, peace and health they stole from me and my family.

      I spoke with James ***** with customer service today for my hotspot, and he was more than helpful! He was so very kind, and helped me right away in getting my account set up, and making sure my hotspot would be shipped, and delivered in a timely manner. I appreciate him, and how patient he was with me! If you need help ask for *****, hes the best!

      T-Mobile is by far the worst cell phone service I have ever had. Their website says that my city is fully covered by 5G and LTE network. However, I cannot get a single connection anywhere in my city. Multiple times it will say I have two bars of LTE or one bar of 5G, or even full connection, and I still cant call anyone I still cant search the web or load any apps. Every time I try and reach out to customer service they always say im sorry but there are cell towers being worked on in your area I have called for three years in a row. Im on my parents plan and would rather not pay for my own cell plan so I guess this is what I get. If Im stranded I cant get anywhere because I cant load anything. Also lets put it this way, if somebody put a gun to my head and told me to make one phone call and all they had to do was pick up or they were going to shoot me I would probably die. I would rather go to mint mobile #goryanreynolds.

      Electronic pymnt processed after pymnt date was updated by rep resulting in huge bank fees. Reps extremely dishonest! Now must wait to see if refund is actually processed. In the mean time bank fees accumulate. SECOND TIME similar situation.
