Start off with me getting two phones back in 2019. I reported one has stolen in ********************************************************** that I had to continue paying on it even with it being stolen I already made a claim and they denied it then when I went to go trade in my phone after I paid it off, they only wanted to give me $300 and then they screwed me over and lied to me saying that it was a promotion that I would get a watch free, even though I had to pay for it not really a promotion and then went into the store *** said that he can cancel my account and was unprofessional about it basically did it and retaliation for me leaving so I had to pay as if my lines were still active and havent used it for 2 to 3 months on top of that they couldnt put that towards the watch had to pay 600 something in one month for watch qnd phone was never late they told me because it was based on my plan my trade in was low Refering to ***************************************************************

My experience has been a nightmare. I have not seen one bill and just found out I am paying for things I didn't agree to. I have been on the phone for hours over the last few months trying to get this resolved and today was told to contact appeal box that may take 20 days to get back to me.

T-Mobile promised us 5G internet, but that was a lie. We only received one bar. They also had a promotion to pay off our one unpaid phone, which was only $264. Then, they charged an extra watch line, and charged for that extra phone line they never paid. This it still had that T-Mobile number remaining. After a little over 40 days with NO assistance, we switched to *******. They are still billing me and refuse to assist me, other than saying this is our policy. We are now forced to file a claim with the *** and our *******************************. What a way to treat their customers! Never again!

I have been a Customer of ********************** for over 15 years. I lost a hot spot and it has been and absolutely nightmare to get a replacement. I spent over 4 hours on the phone between them and Assurant. I was told that Assurant does not cover the hot spot under the '360 plan' per the Customer Svc *** and her Supervisor. Below is directly from their website, which clearly states that 'hot spots' are covered. What devices are eligible for device protection?Almost everything. Smartphones, feature phones, Bring Your Own Devices, tablets, wearables, hot spots, routers, and modems are all ************ do I enroll? You may enroll while making a qualified T-Mobile device activation, purchase, lease, or finance. If youd like to enroll afterward, or if youre bringing your own device, the device will need to pass an inspection. Enrollment is optional, may be canceled at any time, and isnt required to activate, purchase, lease, or finance the device or obtain ********************************************* services. Please remember to send or receive a call, send a text, or access data on the device (not using Wi-Fi) to verify that your device is active on the T-Mobile network.

I was out right mislead when we signed up with ***. We were supposed to receive (2) $250 *********** cards as a part of the promo when we signed up. 4 months later, I was informed that this was not going to happen. I even have notes on the promo application #s etc for these gift cards. Buyers beware of *** sales fraud!

They will promise one price and then switch it. You call to complain and after 2 days of working to the top they bring it back down to the agreed price only for it to last one cycle before shooting back up again. Now I will need to call corporate for the 10th time now.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever done business with, in the beginning they told me my 6 lines and 1 tablet would be a certain price only to have it be $100 more a month. I went to the store, they lowered it back and it went up again the next pay cycle, I went to the store 5 times doing the same thing...they over charge and I guess people like me eventually give up or switch to a different provider. There telephone customer service is horrible while trying to cancel a free my lines up I've had to call 4 times so far, they would tell me they are unlocked and they wouldn't I still have two phones that are on there network because they are holding them hostage...they claim I didn't buy them from them, untrue then they said they see that one phone is bought from them and paid off, they still have unlocked it...now they are saying the other line is from sprint...I bought both lines from the same store and the line they claim is from sprint I bought after the other one... I've never wrote a review as you can probably tell....

I lost my iPhone while traveling overseas on 4/12 and immediately called T-Mobile to disable it. I was unable to get a police report at the time due to travel constraints but needed documentation from T-Mobile to support my insurance claim. When I returned, I called on 5/13 and requested an email confirming I had reported the phone as lost. After significant back and forth, a representative promised I would receive the email by 5/20. When I followed up today (5/23), I was again told I'd get the email by the end of the business day.But at around 5 PM, a supervisor finally called and said they couldn't provide anything due to "security reasons."If T-Mobile can't provide a simple confirmation or support documentation, that's one thing but stringing me along for over a week with false promises is unacceptable. I lost valuable time and now risk a denied insurance claim because T-Mobile gave me misleading assurances.I expected better support and accountability from a major carrier.
