I was charged 3 months for service I was unable to use during to not being able to create an account. Found out that this could have been due to T-Mobile creating an "internet phone number" for me without my knowledge which I learned after months of confusion. My confirmation codes were not coming to me, but to this fake phone number. The customer service agent offered to get this corrected so I could use their service. They already got 3 months of payment from me for nothing, so I declined. When I asked about being refunded, I was told, "No, that money is lost." I don't know what kind of scam they are running but I don't recommend them and would never go back.

I decided to upgrade my lines online with T-Mobile after seeing an advertisement stating that the connection fee would be waived for a limited time. Despite this, I was still charged the fee and had to spend nearly an hour with customer service to get it resolved. When I was upgrading, the offer showed $105/month plus $15 for each device. That pricing was the main reason I chose to upgrade. However, I later found out the actual cost would be $140/montheven though the screenshot clearly shows $105 for all lines included.I reached out to customer service again, but no one was able to help. This feels like false advertising. Because of the unexpected pricing and my budget, I had to cancel the order. I ended up spending nearly three hours trying to fix something that should have been clear upfront.Unless T-Mobile is willing to honor the pricing that was advertised, Ill be switching to another carrier. Please review the attached screenshots and contact me directly.

I signed up and paid foe a supposed free trial internet sevice on March 20th.I took home the equipment and there was not a Tmobile signal to operate the device. Placed item back into the box.Returned to the store 5 days later. I kept tryi g different areas of the home in order to attain a signal, to no avail. Upon arrival to the store, I was informed that I could not get a receipt for my return, but that they would credit my card and not to worry. Well, ***** came, I received an additional charge for $60.00. This was supposed to be a flat rate of $47.00 per month mind you. I contacted Tmobil via land line, after a whole bunch of gibberish, I was told that this was a mistake, and the refund would show up shortly. Well, May's bill showed up, they did issue credit for the original $47.00, but not the additional $60.00. Back on the land line to Tmobil, more B.S. sorry for the mistake, credit on the way! BLA, BLA, BLA! WELL, June bill just showed up, They did credit me back another $47.00, but not the $60.00. June bill states that they will be crediting me the additional $17.17 on June 12th! What a bunch of nonsense, 3 months and I still do not have my complete refund. This is completely unacceptable to me.If it were free, I'd NEVER try it again!

I was with tmobile for 10 years. We moved to ** and service wasnt as good so we switched to *******. After 3 years with ******* we switched back to tmobile to get new 16 pro max. It was supposed to be $830 or so credit with a trade in. I got 10 lines but only 8 phones and we traded in iPhone 13/14 pro maxs for all of them. Than the sales representative told me I have to pay about $7000 as a deposit that will be reimbursed to me each month for 24 months. I agreed thinking I will have a smaller bill each month. Its been 7 months and I still dont see the credit for the $7000. I called tmobile was on the phone for over an hour. Manager didnt want to get on the line, but was telling the representative Cali that the charges are accurate and theres no credit or reimbursement of the $7000. At this point all I can say is F**K tmobile and their s***** service. ******* was expensive but at least I never had any issues with their phone service. Extremely ****** and annoyed at their lies and representatives not willing to help. I kept telling her I made the order over the phone on a recorded line you can listen to it and see what I was told but she kept saying theres no credit for the money you paid. I told her why did I trade my phones in and paid the $7000 it wouldve been cheaper to get the phones from *****

Some of the worst support out there. I tried to upgrade a phone to a larger screen - TMobile's promo kept being all weird and asking for a down payment twice what I was supposed to owe in total. They tried to push me to a store, I decided not to upgrade and just switch over to a large screen android I already had. When I went to transfer the **** - their stupid AI assistant told me I just needed to delete the eSIM on the iphone and I'd be able to set up the *******. I specifically asked if I needed to call in or do something - and it said no. So I followed this catastrophically stupid instruction and ended up with two phones with no service. And because T-Mobile is ridiculous and puts all the burden of security on their customers now, I'm stuck for the next several hours with no service because I have to wait for one of their stores that doesn't open until 10 to be available and go in so they can see my face? I guess? To transfer the eSIM between two phones I'm holding IN MY HANDS. Considering the fact that they're charging everyone $35 for the privilege of paying for one of the most expensive services out there now, you'd think they'd be advanced enough to let me do myself the thing i used to be able to do with a paperclip. DO NOT mess with TMobile unless you're prepared to go to the store to fix anything when there's an issues because their support is absolutely garbge.

Beware! I was a T-mobilecustomer for years and was very happy with them and their ***************** Recently, I moved my ******************** service to another carrier for better pricing. I tried to log on to T-Mobile and was not able to do so unless I paid a huge bill that I was disputing without being able to TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Apparently, when you change your service, you no longer have access to a talking representative, Text only. I was very surprised to learn that I could not verbally discuss my account and that ********************** would not try to end our relationship on a good note. They didnt even attempt to keep me as a customer, now or in the future.

Start off with me getting two phones back in 2019. I reported one has stolen in ********************************************************** that I had to continue paying on it even with it being stolen I already made a claim and they denied it then when I went to go trade in my phone after I paid it off, they only wanted to give me $300 and then they screwed me over and lied to me saying that it was a promotion that I would get a watch free, even though I had to pay for it not really a promotion and then went into the store *** said that he can cancel my account and was unprofessional about it basically did it and retaliation for me leaving so I had to pay as if my lines were still active and havent used it for 2 to 3 months on top of that they couldnt put that towards the watch had to pay 600 something in one month for watch qnd phone was never late they told me because it was based on my plan my trade in was low Refering to ***************************************************************
