      I just made a transaction on Coinstar bitcoin machine they took my money and they agreed the transaction was completed after sending me transaction log but they never printed my voucher I have tried everything possible to reach them but they aint available Like how would they do that to me

      1. Contact Coinme through their website at www.coinme.com and select the chat option. When you connect with Coinme, they can provide you with your redemption code. 

      2. Contact Coinstar customer service at ************** - our teams can provide you with your pin number. 

      Once you have the two set of numbers, you would have no problem adding the details to your Coinme wallet.

      I received a gift card receipt from depositing coins in a Coinstar machine that is, for the most part, completely illegible. The code which I required to redeem the eGift card with Amazon was legible except for three characters. I called Coinstar a was able to give them as much information as I could from the receipt. I had the Machine number and the transaction number and the exact time of the transaction. I could not remember the exact total for the receipt and that amount was totally missing from the receipt. I believe the total to be around $ 15.00.I asked to speak with a Supervisor, but waited un-served for an extended period of time.This is the second time a receipt has been printed that was illegible.Additional information:Coinstar transaction date- 6'13'2023 ("6" was not visible, but I believe this to be the month)Machine number-***** Transaction number- ***** ("4" was barely visible, could be an error)Time of transaction- 3:00:49 I'm sorry to have had to use this route to resolve this issue.

      Sold $2900 worth of bitcoin to cover bills and the transaction failed. To my surprise the money and bitcoin also disappeared from my account. I reached out to customer support and all they can say is we will be in touch with you. $2900 is a lot of money just to disappear especially when the only reason you sold it was to cover bills that you can no longer cover. If this issue is not resolved today were looking at serious fees that will be passed on to Coinme from my lawyer. I need someone at coinme.com to call me ASAP and get this worked out today.

      I am rejecting this response because: I've reached out to help page/live chat 4 times since the incident. All im told is you need more time but quite frankly I ran out of time this morning. I only sold the bitcoin to cover the cost of bills. Once the transaction failed and the $2900 disappeared from my account I was left high and dry. My account is now overdrawn and still no updates from the 10 emails ive sent not a single response. I need this money back in my account today.  I've attached screen shots of the fail as well as the transaction ID. you cannot simply take $2900 from someone without providing an explanation of when the funds will be returned.

      6/12/2023. $399 in litecoin was sent to my litecoin address from coinstar/Coinme and was never credited spoke to customer service sent all proof of blocks completed still nothing

      Deposited coins at coin star. The receipt/voucher wasnt accepted at the ******* cashier. We were given a costumer service number to call coinstar. We have called several times, waited on hold over an hour with no answer from coinstar. We dont know what else to do.

      Went to Coinstar Kiosk in ********************* on 6/13/23. I am due $50.99. Went to cash out at ******* and cashier said it was coming up invalid? They tried calling customer service at ******************** and were on holdnobody ever answered. I took my ticket home and have been calling and just sit on hold for hours. This is absolutely crazynow all my change is gone and I have received nothing for it and I am unable to talk to anyone. I

      I deposited about $270 of change into machine and received a cashout voucher for $243.63 (okay, 12% counting fee so sure)...But when I attempted to redeem the cash voucher at the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market in **********, **, it wouldn't scan.The employee tried multiple times - it still would not scan. Both store employee and myself tried calling BOTH Coinstar support numbers to no avail. All we got was either being put on hold for *************************************************************************** a busy line tone.So, I tried calling all day, still no dice. No news of outages or shortage of service ANYWHERE.I'd understand if there was a planned outage for service updates or something - but there is literally ZERO information about what's going on and I really need this money asap.

      My child used this machine it took ***** was going to give her ***** and gave her nothing no one will help us. The phone number does not work. There is no way to get ahold of this company they are horrible. How is my child stoped to cash it in when ******* is saying it was done and it has not been done.,I can give the transaction number if someone ever gets ahold of me or if I can get ahold of any one.

      I deposited $33.22 worth of coins in a Coinstar machine at ******* in *******, **. I received my voucher for the $29.02 net amount after transaction fee. The customer service agent at ******* to completion the transaction but received a message saying the voucher was invalid. I was told I had to call Coinstar to get a another voucher number. I called the customer service number *************) (automated), was on hold for 20 minutes, then was told (automated) that no one was available and i would have to leave a message. Next was told the voicemail box was full and "goodbye". No way to leave a message, no email address to contact through.
