      I used the coinstar machine at the ******* ******************************************************. 6/13/2023 at 1:03:01 pm I put in $42.04 worth of change. After the processing fee took out $5.25 I should of received *****. when ******* scanned the receipt it says invalid coinstar voucher. After calling the coinstar number I was put on hold for over 15 minutes without getting to speak to a representative. After a while the number told me their were no representatives available to leave a voicemail with my name number and issue. When it went to the voicemail it told me voicemail was full then hung up. After calling again I received the same results.

      6/13/23 I have a voucher for $38, 72 that I got from a Coinstar machine at *****************************************************The cashier said the voucher won't scan and to contact Coinstar. The problem is Coinstar does not answer the phone, ever!

      I used the coinstar machine in the ****************** location. I tried to cash out the $38.00 at the customer service desk and was told it was not showing in their machine. I have tried and tried to call customer service ********************** with no help. I get no answer. I want my money!!!!

      I was completely broke and took all of my change to a coin star machine down the road and it accepted it printed a voucher and I took it up to the register. For some reason it said it wasnt valid. I called two different numbers listed for coinstar and the phone just rang and went to busy signal. Needless to say Im even broker than I was before!

      I am rejecting this response because: it says my voucher is invalid. I would like to have my money sent to me at the address listed below. My voucher was a total of $32.67. Also, I advise you to change the phone number listed on your vouchers and internet. There are 2 different numbers and neither one of the phone numbers are not working. I was highly upset when I used your machine to exchange the only money, I had to feed my family last night and was unable to cash the voucher in!!! I'm sure you don't ever have to worry about something like that, but it is an awful feeling not having anything at all to feed your family and you take everything you have and put it in one of your machines only for it to NOT work so your family goes to bed hungry!

      Used a machine which jammed up and ripped me off 20 to 30 dollars. Didnt get a cent back. Store manager gave me this telephone # ************** no one will answer. What a joke. A good business to be in when they keep all your change. 100% profit margin.

      I recently tried to cash in a coin star voucher for cash at a ******* store, and was told they were not able to cash in the voucher because I didnt cash it in the same day that I got the voucher.I have tried to reach Coinstar customer service multiple times via the phone number listed on their website (every time, I have been disconnected after an extensive hold time, without ever having been able to speak to anyone). I also sent an email regarding this issue to ******************************* on May 23rd, in an attempt to reach someone who could help me resolve the issue. I never received a response from that email either.I have attached a copy of the email sent 5/23, for your reference.

      Coinstar machine at **** ************ ***** improperly counts coins, routinely fails and defaults to cash-out which incurs a significant fee. I have complained to the store manager and he says it's a kiosk from a 3rd party. Issues must go through the 3rd party. Operator has failed to maintain the machine for more than 3 months.

      Amount of your transaction $6.75 in all quarters. I counted each as I dropped in the machine because I suspected it wasn't working correctly.  I was right.

      Amount felt shorted.$6.16.  The machine recognized $1.25 before stopping and rejecting any more change.  Because it was under $5.00, I was charged a fee for cash-out.  I was given $0.59.  I gave the voucher to the homeless guy outside the store.

      On May 2nd at approximately 12:55 I deposited change into the machine located at ********************************* inside the ******* store. I had precounted $40 in quarters and the machine registered $32 in quarters. As I didn't count all of the change I deposited I have no idea just exactly how much money in total that I was shorted. But for sure I was shorted more than $8 in quarters because I had counted out $40 from one jar and had a bag of coins that included quarters and other coins.

      After further review, we were able to locate the ******* store at *************************************************************. We were able to locate your transaction in which you received $44.91. After a review of this transaction, we do see that there were 2 coins rejected however there was no error during the transaction and/or after. In addition, a count of coin was completed, and no deviation was found. To ensure our kiosks are functioning we have field technicians' complete checks often. Overall, after our thorough review of your transaction, we found it processed with no issue.

      January 2023 $170 lost in machine They said Three weeks ago they were expediting the check them the next week they said the check had been cashed in march. I have never received a check, They are trying to rip me off of $170. I have a reference number ******.
