    This company is a scam, I bought their leads ($500 per month) and they provide 40 leads a month but theyre not real leads. 80% of them are not interested in buying or selling real estate. And they only allow you to do a contracts you cannot cancel this at any time. They lied to me. I supposed to receive inquiries for certain areas and I dont receive them. This company is a SCAM. I wish I was able to see reviews before purchasing but there so many negative things about them. You will not close any deals youll pay them $3k for NOTHING! These are not quality leads at all its horrible.

    Id put zero stars if I could. Fake leads. I was covering for an agent in the same market while she was on mat leave- we were getting the same fake leads. When I cancelled my platform almost 2 months in advance payments kept coming out claiming I didnt cancel properly. Leads rarely came in with a phone number, just email addresses.. its all fake.

    RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORSET in the market. Market Leader should be named as MARKET WORSET LEADER. Please BBB take some action against this fraudulent company. Fellow Realtors, please read this and don't spend your hard earned money. They promised me in agreement that they will provide quality buyer and seller leads for the area i preferred. Two months after signing up, never got a single buyer or seller lead. All i am getting is Rental leads and our of my area. When I spoke to the customer ********************, the response was that they CANNOT guarantee the buyer or seller lead within my area, you signed up for 6 months, you are stuck with it. They will not cancel the service even when they are not providing the service that they said the will provide. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!

    Lead subscription services are from consumers who proactively provide their contact information for access to MLS listings in your designated area and are responding to a specific listing for possible more information. Market Leader creates ads specifically designed for the customer on social media platforms,consumers who click on the ad have the option to submit their auto populated contact information from the social media platform. Consumers who submit their contact information for more information about a property and/or opportunity to view all homes on the market become a lead and are routed to the customers contact management system.

    All consumers who become leads are real people who proactively submitted their contact information from their social medial platform.

    We are paying close to $700 a month- in a 6 month contract- promised high quality leads that have been awful!! We get mostly leads with no phone number. The ones with emails have never responded. In 5 months weve spoken to one person on the phone. Weve been in real estate 18 years and know how to nurture and convert leads. But when given terrible leads- theres not much to do. One of the leads is now harassing us about bitcoin block chain nonsense.

    Market Leader provides a lead guarantee which enables real estate professionals the opportunity to add a predictable number of consumers to their real estate network. Lead subscription services are from consumers who proactively create an account and register on agent's website from Market Leader's search engine marketing on ****** and Bing. Market Leader uses thousands of real estate specific terms and geography specific locations to attract consumers to customer's website. When a consumer clicks on the advertisement, they are driven to a results page on the agent's real estate website. After viewing a second property, the consumer has the option to register and create an account to receive daily/weekly/monthly listing alerts. A consumer who creates an account is a lead, funneled into agents contact management system and is available for the agent to engage using the Market Leader contact management system tools.?

    Market Leader guarantees working contact information (working phone number and/or working email address) and if email address is not deliverable, customer can return that lead.

    Omg this is the worst company!!! The leads are bogus!!! I signed up for 6 months and not a single business!!! I cancelled my accounts twice, followed the steps and they still charged my CC!!!Can the *** do something about this cancellation!!!

    Per the terms and conditions, the initial term is six months and month to month thereafter. Per the terms and conditions, ML requires submission of the cancellation/change request form as written documentation 30 days in advance of cancellation date.

    Customer's account was cancelled on August 31st, 2023.

    Absolutely the WORST **************** I have ever dealt with ! I was guaranteed a service of which they are NOT providing, and they disregard my emails with ridiculous responses, that are sometimes insulting and very unprofessional. I will never use them again, and NEVER recommend anyone to pay for their services that they can not deliver.

    The reviews are right. They ask you what cities you would like to subscribe to and check to see if there is availability. Then send you c*** leads in areas that are 2 hours away for mobile homes and rental properties.

    HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!! THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF- They own homes.com and people go there to see what the value is on their home.. they funnel these leads to Market leader and then charge us $300/mo - I have had no return on investment and tried to get out of contract since I got in and they won't let me out. Someone needs to sue ********* it just may be me. ***************************** execs have been notified and that connection may shortly run out. ******************* is the Account Manager but seems to be trying make all the rules. His leaders have been notified and will be getting communication from execs at *****************************. They are not operating in the fashion that ********************* created and maintains his presence in the business world. Shame on you ******************* - It is beyond our conversation now. I've spoken to at beginning of my subscription asking to cancel - this is not serving me. You did not even try to listen to me - all you said is you couldn't cancel because you all have adspend on my account.. WRONG!!! .I spoke to you AGAIN today 07.14.23asking nicely to cancel and explaining I have had NO return...it is a rip..Now, I've taken it to next level because you are not being a business professional. Since you won't take my cancellation over the phone, I expect my subscription cancelled immediately and refunded for remaining term. RUN PEOPLE..RUN!!!!

House Values lead subscription services are from consumers who proactively visit housevalues.com to receive an automated valuation of their home and a market analysis of their home from a real estate professional.Market Leader guarantees the number of leads associated with the subscription and only one real estate professional can own a zip code, so leads and zip code is exclusive to one agent. A consumer who registers their contact information and home details are funneled into agents contact management system and is available for the agent to engage using the Market Leader contact management system tools.

    Stay away from Market Leader at all costs. Ive been trying to cancel my account since May, its now mid July. They have continued to give me the run around. Multiple agents in the company have guaranteed a call back with answers and I have yet to receive one call back. I finally put a bank stop on all payments to this company and they are threatening collections now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

    Listen to everyone's reviews. This company is horrible. It sounded **** on the phone, but you definitely don't get what you were promised. They DO make you a website, but you have no control over it. You DO get the amount of leads promised each month, but they are worthless and have no phone numbers. You CAN request a refund for bad leads, but they will not honor. Your rep doesn't contact you at all after you sign up, so there's no learning process or check-in for questions. At the end of the day it's really just a drip campaign.. Which wouldn't be that bad, if every lead didn't opt out of your subscription. They will not cancel. If you have this service, transfer the balance on your card somewhere else and shut that account down. Now let's wait for their generic response to justify this review..
