    The sales rep ******************************* told me I would get 40 leads a month. They had a stepping stone pay scale. The first month was $199, second was $399, the rest until six months is $599. He also said that Id get refunded if the leads that came in were bogus. So leads started trickling in and they were sales ***** ***** at market leader, or supposed buyers that only left their email address. He also said that the buyers would have to answer a few questions and their information would be captured as they look on the website. All false. He said 40 a month, I only get 10 a month. I have to wait three months in order to get my money back on the bogus leads. Literally everything that he said during the sales call was fictitious. Extremely disappointing

Customer received the prorate month of May for $0 cost with the first invoice scheduled for May 1st, 2023,and a discount on their June invoice.

    Thank you for your thoughts and review. The leads business is tricky and hard to please everyone,but we will continue to work to improve and provide opportunity. Most Market Leader customers that follow or implement lead management and follow up systems love our leads products and rave about how much better they are than other lead services. But that is not to say, it is not for everyone and like most leads businesses, there are some unhappy customers. Market Leader has ******+ lead subscription customers, majority are happy about the opportunity to add consumers to their real estate network. There are customers who are unhappy as their approach does not align with today's consumer.

    The company, regardless to their response, sold me something over the phone and delivered something completely different. The only thing they provided was a website. everything else they stated over the phone, to which the call wasn't recorded, as their outbound sales calls aren't recorded. Thus, leaving the sales person can say anything over the phone, too which they fictitiously did.

    This conpany is a scam. I was told that I would receive a certain number of "verified" leads per month. When reaching out to the customer, have discovered they never authorized their information to be released, do not want to be contacted, or did not request further information for me as a Realtor to receive. I was promised it would be multiple listing appointments per month, not one call back from the people provided to me. 98% have removed themselves from receiving contact. I have called to cancel and the account managers refuse to end the contract. Do not use their services. Their **************, and customer service are terrible and below a 1 rating. All they care about is sales not the putcome of what was promised/overpromised to the agent.

    I was told that I can end or cancel my agreement if I'm not satisfied and they are refusing to cancel the agreement. They are over charging me and the leads are **** poor quality. The majority of them font come with phone numbers! This is infuriating! And if you don't pay BECAUSE YOU CANT PAY they threaten to put this on your credit. I will NEVER do business with this scam company again.

    I wish I could pick 0 stars. I was assured it was only a 6 month contract. I was very careful to make sure it was only 6 months and was never told that I had to go online and fill out a form by X date to make sure it would not continue to charge me after 6 months. I asked to confirm my last date was May 1 and was told it was and then was continued to be charged. I am now being told I will still be charged for July. I should have been told I need to cancel before April if I really was going to have a 6 month contract. I have been charged 8 times now and today they are telling me they are going to charge my a 9th time. It is $439 each charge. The service and leads have been horrible and waste of time and energy to sort. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Market Leader is truly a horrible service and I DO NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL!!! I had this service for 4 months and NOT 1 lead was reachable and never had phone numbers to call and if it did still UNREACHABLE. The price per month is extremely high for not only a new agent getting started but in general when nothing is coming out of it. I've repeatedly sent cancellation emails and gave phone calls. No refund has been given to me either. This is truly a scam!!! They're taking money out of my account and providing horrible leads/service. PLEASE STAY AWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, and MONEY!!! If I could select ZERO stars I would.......

    Fake leads If you got scam from market leader just call the credit card on unauthorized chargers say you never did business with them the credit card will return your money and close the card so they can't charge it no more.This is the only way you can get your money back and the only way to stop market leader from scams Realtors

    I looked into this thinking it would help me build my client base for real estate. It has not provided me any actual clients. Some random names pop up as "leads" that looked at my website but may I add they are the most random names that don't even seem like real people. I have not had any success especially for the price I'm paying each month. It is pretty ridiculous we pay TONS of money and don't get the clients we were promised. I would give them negative stars if I could!!!

    No real leads for 5 months from Market Leader, only contacts of people who is browsing the website. Completely cold leads, looks like a scam. I requested a cancelation, BUT it's not allowed by company's policy, now they are threatening with third party collection agency. See below the email from Market Leader:"If the billing issue is not resolved immediately, your account may be cancelled for non-payment and you will be responsible for any remaining months in contract, as well as, all past due amounts. Any outstanding balances and any unpaid remaining months could be forwarded to a 3rd party collection agency"Agents, BE CAREFUL!!! Protects your money from scam.

    The only reason they are getting a one star review is because I couldn't give them less. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars and cannot get them to follow through on the cancellation and refund from the past 3 months.First and foremost, the leads I received from Market Leader were nothing short of terrible. Despite their promises of delivering high-quality prospects, the leads I obtained were either irrelevant or of extremely poor quality. Many of them did not meet the criteria I specified, and some were even outdated or non-responsive. As a result, I wasted a significant amount of time and resources pursuing dead-end leads that offered no potential for business growth.Moreover, the customer service provided by ********************** was abysmal. When I attempted to address my concerns and inquire about the poor lead quality, I encountered a frustrating lack of responsiveness. Their support team was unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the issues I faced. It became apparent that they were more interested in making sales than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability only added to my disappointment and frustration.Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise you to exercise caution before considering any business dealings with Market Leader. The promises they make about providing top-tier leads and exceptional customer service appear to be nothing more than empty marketing claims. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, especially when their services are advertised with such lofty claims.I urge you to explore alternative options when it comes to lead generation and customer relationship management. There are reputable companies out there that prioritize customer success and deliver on their promises. Take the time to thoroughly research and vet potential partners to avoid falling victim to deceptive practices.

    Market Leader does not deserve 1 star.I did not listen to the warnings about doing business with market leader so this is my warning DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARKET LEADER!!Stayed with the company 2 years and the leads are not good at all. Most leads are fake or regenerated from Realtors who have cancelled.November and December 2022 was charging me for 25 leads and only giving me 10 so I cancelled being on a month to month because contract had expired after 6 months. Market Leader would not cancel me.Disputed with Discover and after 6 months of constantly having to dispute again, and although all the documentation showed that Market Leader where not giving me the amount of leads I was paying for, and would not cancel my account, Discover decided to give Market Leader favor. I stopped payment on Market Leader and will no longer give Discover my business. Discover can do business with Market Leader.I truly wished I had listened to the warnings about doing business with Market Leader. This is the only reason I write this review so hopefully others will listen to my warning. Hopefully others will not make the same mistake I made and do business with Market Leader. Blessings!!??Please pay atrention to alll the responses from Market Leader. They are so generalized. That is a huge red flag.I would truly love to contact others and get together to file a class action lawsuit against Market Leader. I have education in law and would offer my services pro **** but would need other Realtors to be involved to fight the Market Leader evil because Market Leader is able to continue ripping off Realtors. If Realtors are not able to unite against the Market Leader evil then unfortunately Market Leader will continue to rip off Realtors especially new Realtors. I was not a new Realtor and I did not listen to the warnings.?????
