      On April 7, I lost my phone in ******************. Went to the ******** store in ******** on April 8 around 10 am. My brother-in-law came with me. I was told if I didnt like my phone, I could return it to any * Moble store within 7 days. *he clerk and I discussed that I was on vacation from ******** and would be returning shortly. Normally, have a IPhone, the android was hard to get used to, so I went to a ******** store in ***** **, two days later, to return it. *he * Moble store in ***** refused to take the phone back. I called the store with a 3 way including the district manager. *he district manager apologized and said the clerk in ******** was new and had made a mistake by telling me I could return my phone in ***** (that is not my problem, it is yours). I have already made a complaint on that issue. *he lady in ******** CHANGED my plan AF*ER I told her I did NO* want to change plan. My $25 plan went to $60. I did not authorize her to do that. I went to the ******** in ***** and told them to change it back to my original plan. I was told this would cost me $3.01. I am NO* paying for your clerk to be a *****. *his should not have happened to me.

      Traveled international and before I left i talked to a representative. He said outgoing call were .25 but incoming calls were free. Now I am being charged for outgoing calls and they will not refund the money.

      *******, el gerente, y ******, un asociado, son trabajadores de mala vida, deseara poder decir trabajadores poco profesionales, pero eso les dara ***** gracia por sus acciones. te mentirn en la cara *********** para vender accesorios (fraudulentos). No saben cmo funciona una portabilidad (sin informacin). Intentar descalificar su negocio sin razn aparente (posiblemente prejuicio). No proporcionar ninguna informacin de contacto para presentar una queja, me dijo que lo averiguara yo mismo cuando rechazaron mi servicio. Entr, en casual de negocios no gentuza. Cuando me iba se empezaron a rer, les dije que se callaran por ser groseros, y me respondieron diciendo algo sobre mi mam. Si yo fuera propietario de un negocio, no tolerara que mis empleados actuaran como basura. No trabajes con esta tienda, sers estafado o estafado. Actuaron como tontos con otros 5 clientes esperando en **** para ser ayudados. Verdaderamente lo ms bajo de lo bajo.


      Translation: ******* the manager and ****** an associate are low life workers, I wish I could say unprofessional workers but that would be giving them to much ***** for their actions. they will lie to your face (perjury), to sell accessories(fraudulent). They dont know how a port-in works(uninformed). Will try to disqualify your business for no apparent reason(possibly prejudice). Will not provide any contact information to file a complaint, told me to figure it out myself when they refused my service. I came in, in business casual not riff ****. When I was I leaving they started laughing, I said shut up for being rude, and they answered by saying something about my mom. If I was a business owner I would not tolerate my employees acting like trash. Do not work with this store, you will be ripped off or scammed. They acted like fools with 5 other customers waiting in line to be helped. Truly the lowest of the low.

      They steal people money after they are not satisfied and try to credit your account to make you be a customer with ********************** ********* Don't purchase anything from them if you do pray before you do because they are going to lie and manipulate things to keep your money this is day 8 of arguing about my refund they keep promising me that I don't have nor the device I ordered worst "I understand your frustrations" customer service I ever experienced. I wish I can take them to court for this I know I'm not the only one.

      Do not trust what the store reps tell you. Customer service is just as bad. I retired in August 2022 and told the store clerk I needed to cut down on all my bills. She asked me if I wanted an upgrade to a iPhone 13 and I told her no because I needed the lowest bill. She looked at my phone and told me she would credit me $800 for my phone and sell the 13 for $800. I asked her 3 times if trading in my phone would be a complete wash for the 13 and she said yes. I received my first two bills and there were charges for the phone. A store rep and the manager said that it would be billed for the first 2 months and then it would stop being billed and I would receive credit. This did not happen so I called customer service and they told me that I was credited only $110, not $800. She put me on hold and talked to her manager. He authorized changing my bill from $153.34 to $135.34 and this deal would last as long as I remained a customer. She changed it that month. The next month she called me and told me she would manually change it and try to get it done automatically in the future. The next billing she told me that they couldn't get it set up auto and could not do it manually anymore. There is no honesty at any level with *********

      ******** do not treat there customers like humans. They argue. If one agent gets where they dont want to help you they send you to someone else who ask the same questions. Im just not happy. I dont recommend tmoblr to anyone

      I've been a customer with ******** since 2019, and for the past 6 months, I have had 2 issues with them charging me 2x. The first occurrence was last year, which I let it go. Now they charged me 2x again. I have automatic payments set up, and I often pay ahead and never had any issues up until last year. I've been calling since last Friday for a refund, and I'm getting the run around. I do not want credit. I want my money back. This is ridiculous and bad service from ******** finance department. My phone is paid off. I will be switching to a better phone provider. The company needs to be ashamed of themselves for losing a valued customer.

      ******** has caused me many problems. From incorrect pricing to my cellphone service up to misinformation. My cellphone has been hacked several times. I've had to replace all my credit cards including my debit card. Very dissatisfied
