      Do NOT use Metro at any cost, the few dollars you save is not worth the headache.The first time I was a Metro customer and tried to switch carriers I noticed I couldn't unlock my phones no matter how much I tried, the unlock app was of no use on any of my phones and it took me several phone calls over the course of a week to finally get the phones unlocked. In the end I was eventually able to change carriers and I just figured "eh it was a one-time thing".I have since gone back to Metro (so foolish of me), stayed with Metro for 3 years and now I'm trying to leave again and it's literally impossible to leave Metro, I'm not exaggerating. The mobile unlock app provided by Metro doesn't work, it never has and never will. When calling Metro you can easily get ahold of a customer service rep if you say you need anything but the second you say "I need to unlock my phone(s)" you are on hold forever before they answer. Today's telephone calls after all 3 phones failing to unlock via mobile app.PHONE CALL #1 = ******** service agent said they unlocked all 3 phones in literally under 5 seconds so I knew they were lying, I had to hang up to test and see if I could switch carriers on my "unlocked" phone and low & behold the phone was still locked.PHONE CALL #2 = I called Metro again, the next service rep was nice until I mentioned the needed to "unlock" then they literally just stopped talking to me but wouldn't hang up. After 5+ "hello's" and a few "please help me, PLEASE" I had to hang up.PHONE CALL #3 = The 3rd service rep was telling me to select menu options that don't exist. Even the name of the menu option doesn't exist (network phone unlock) and it sounds so fake you can tell the menu option is made up. The agent wanted an excuse to put me on hold and she never came back.I should not have these issues, all 3 phones were unlocked when I last left Metro for Xfinity and they were relocked. You will never be able to leave Metro.

      I had got charged $110 for a ******** internet box, I have never used it when it was sent to me. I returned the internet box through *** and it was received but I still got charged 3 days later. So I had to call customer service and they tell me to go to ******** store and I keep getting the run around because they cant access my account because I didnt set up a PIN number nor have a done it with the person over the phone and I wouldnt use something I cant remember. So they now tell me if they cant gain access to the account I cant get my refund of $110 from ********. I made another call and was told to contact the better Business Bureau for a dispute for my refund.

      **************** is not good interns of having the Ability to resolve customer issues. I was on the phone for an Hr and manage who the call was expedited to was unable to resolve anything. To say you understand my issue but not have the ability to resolve it is frustrating.

      i bought a ***** x100 smart phone from metro pcs in ************************************, sometime in june or july of 2022 i was impressed with the service at the store, they were awesome, how ever on the 24th of august the ***** x100 stopped charging , so i went back to the metro pcs store that i bought it , the they checked it and told me that the charge port was not working , and that since i have insurance on the phone, it would be covered , they gave me a phone number to call in witch i did,on the other end of the line i explained that the *****x100 smart phone is not charging ,they said that they would send me a link to get a phone overnight once i filled out the appropriate forms , then they proceeded to ask some more question such as how long have i had the phone ,i told them a few months they then told me that the phone is covered since its still brand new ,so then they transferred me to metro pcs customer specialist who is supposed to set up shipment of a new phone with a $5,oo charge , when the other customer service person came on the line she asked all the necessary questions, she told me that am to go back to the store that i bought the phone , and that i should get a new phone from the store, i told her that the person at the store is the same person that had sold the phone to me ,and that she is the same one that gave me the number to call for my claim , she told me that the phone is still under warranty and that the store should give me a new phone , any way i went back to the store only for them to tell me i have to get the replacement phone by calling the number that they gave me, so now I'm getting the run around and i don't have use of my phone .

      I responded to an add from ********* sounded good so I signed up, took about to 6 weeks to resolve my issues with un-named previous provider. Went into a local store with new SIM cards sent by ********* wanted to make sure there were no issues. All seemed fine except ****** with his ball cap turned backwards (1st sign) did not enter the correct acct. number from previous provider he said may take up to 72 hrs for numbers to change we all know 8 hrs is more than enough, when I called tech support they gave me the run around when I Insisted to speak with US tech support I got **** with a heavy foreign accent..sure.After much time with **** and again demanding US tech support ***************** up on me. I am asking for my over ****** already paid and a replacement of my Moto 5g uw ace device. If not I will file a small claims suit.

      Their customer service is horrible and hung up on me twice and didnt give any helpful information. Talked to 3 different reps and they just kept reading from what seems like a script

      I was enrolled in autopay with ********* When you are signed up for autopay they text you when and why they are going to charge your card. I cancelled all goods and services with them on 1/31/22.5/29/22 ******** charged the card I have on autopay $5.29. There was no text, email, call, or physical piece of mail sent to me. 6/8/22 ******** charged the card I have on autopay $29.30. No text, email, call, or physical piece of mail explains to me why they are charging my card. I contacted ******** and was told it was payment I owed from before. This is confusing to me as I was on autopay and you clearly have my credit card. I was assured it was the last charge so I dropped the matter.7/8/22, ********* charges the card I have on autopay $29.30. No text, email, call, or physical piece of mail. I contact ******** and after waiting 20 minutes for a manager decided it was ridiculous and filed a dispute with my bank.I spoke with US Bank on Tuesday and was advised to go into my ******** account to see if I could locate what the charges are for and to remove my credit card. I attempt to login and my account is locked, so I contact chat. I had the most unprofessional chat. They refused to send a transcript, allow access to my account, to have a manager call me, to review what I am saying, refused any help whatsoever unless I had a pin # (mind you from an account that I cancelled on 1/31/22). Now I had to go to a ********* store to gain access to an account that I cancelled and ******** continues to charge my card without notification or my authorization. Thats fraud.I found my pin # and was told I never cancelled my Timex watch. Why wasnt I charged then on 3/8, 4/8 & why no text?********* fraudulently started charging my card, without my consent, provided no documentation, rendered 0 goods and services, and then locked me out of my account and wanted me to go to the store to resolve. I am reporting them for fraud and poor business practices.

      I was told by the store representative that they had a bundle promotion and I would be getting a phone case, screen protector, charger, and earbuds free with the phone purchase. We'll I got home and looked at the receipt to see not only was I was charge for all of it but at marked up prices. I went back to the store to return the stuff that I never asked for and they WOULD NOT give me a refund but only kept trying to fast talk me into believing I got a great deal. They get paid commission for what they sell so he did pretty good that day. Don't bother calling customer service because they are of no help.

      ******** is a communist socialist ripoff carrier im going to *** them in court for fake charges and **** discrimination towards me, I highly recommend not using this rip off carrier
