      Went into a ******** store to apply to the new customer they quickly screwed the order up and I was without a phone for 2 days and then when I went in for a refund instead of using them as a phone career they said I had to go online or call the number to get my refund I called customer care and went through two hour phone call supposed to be taken care of and we get my refund and that was the end of it several months later I realized that ******** was still taking money out of my account I contacted them requesting the refund and they said my services were still on and then tried to sell me another phone and and they will not take no for an answer and towards the end will not give me any kind of information or would not give me a refund the following day I called corporate got corporate customer care and basically got the same treatment but then also refuse to refund and then accuse me of not returning the phone to our phone call with the ruse and the most arrogant customer service I've ever come across my life

      That mislead their customers and lie, I never seen such a unprofessional kind of business that think of their customers as none inportant they don't hold or their warranty on their phones I don't how metro is still I business...I guess from false advertising also

      I paid off my bill in August and by mid September the had dropped another $700 on my account. They mislead and arent honest about anything at that company. The billing is ridiculous and I wouldnt trust ******** for anything

      Every time Metro "upgrades a tower" my hot spot does not work. They cannot troubleshoot the problem over the phone. What is the purpose of upgrading a tower if it results in the phone not working?The service is awful.

      ******** 5k is terrible. Slow, gives inaccurate locations to your devices and goes out of service I pay my bill hold your end of the bargain. 5k should be an upgrade not a headache

      Ordered a phone on line for an upgrade ,paid without any problems,have not received product and no one ,after multiple calls with different representatives are/were able to help !

      *** ****** promised a 20 percent discount and we are paying too much. The store # ****, at ***********************************************************************, Now, the store does not remember the phone service was bought online. and we are be changed an extra 40 *****

      9/1/2022-I went into a Metro store for help with my ******* phone because it locked and wouldn't let me do anything. The store rep ****** tried to unlock it but said he couldn't and told me my phone was too old and I needed an upgrade to a newer model. He said that I needed a newer phone and that the Galaxy A03 is the cheapest upgrade I could get and that I would be pleased because it is a great phone. I later learned he added $10 per month to my bill for insurance that I did not ask for. I really didn't have the money for a new phone but believing that I had no other choice and needing a phone I took his word and purchased the phone. That evening when attempting to setup the phone it was very slow and when uploading the Yahoo App, the phone went from my login info to "reauthorizing". This took at least ************************************* back to the login screen. I did this several times to no avail. When my son came home from work, he took my ******* phone and got it up and running.9/2/2022-I return to the Metro store where I bought the Galaxy A03 to return it and get a refund but was rejected because the rep ****** said that they don't give refunds for upgraded phones, but had I paid regular price for the phone I could get a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. I then ask for the number to the **************** and the number he have me **************) is no longer in service. He called his supervisor and put me on the phone with her and she ended up hanging up on me.... how rude.... I think this rep used my unfortunate situation to get a sale and that he could have gotten my ******* to work just like my son did. I am currently living on a fixed budget and need Metro to refund my money of $103.76, especially since the salesman mislead me to sell me a phone I really don't need. Since Metro only cares about the number of sales they make more that they care about the customer, I've been with ********************** since **** but now going to one of their competitors. Thanks

      ******** is a terrible company to get anything from. The service is horrible. I could not get service in my area at all. And they are terrible liars. Every time I called about poor service, I always got the same lie. They are working on the towers in my area. What, in 7 months the service still has not gotten any better and the towers still have not been worked on. WTF? The other issue was being told when I canceled service with tmobile that I would not be charged for the phones, 4 phones because they were promotional. So I canceled service in June and I talked to someone from tmobile yesterday and they told me auto pay was supposed to be turned off when you cancel service. So with no warning, e mails, text, mail, nothing, on August 25th they graciously withdrawal $696.67 from my checking account. I told them I would pay them in amounts I could afford. They told me over the phone yesterday there was a final bill sent in the mail. I never received anything from tmobile after I canceled service with them. Do yourselves a favor, do not get any services through *********
