      Ive had multiple terrible experiences with T-Mobile, and it honestly feels like theyve tried to scam me several times.First, they charged me for almost a year for an internet service I never used! It didnt even show up clearly on my billonly after I specifically asked an agent did they admit my bill included this service.Second, I bought a phone from them that didnt work properly. When I returned it for a replacement, they charged me for a new phone instead! Dont buy phones from T-Mobiletheyll find a way to overcharge you.Third, they tried to double-charge me for a month Id already paid for. I checked my account, saw the payment had been made, yet they insisted on charging me again.Finally, when I decided to leave T-Mobile, I asked to cancel all my lines, including the "free" lines they had added, which I never used. They didnt close those lines and started charging me for them! Now Im stuck making more calls to resolve this.Every call with T-Mobile takes at least 2 hours, and despite being a loyal and patient customer, theyve shown no appreciation. Ive had to call them every two weeks, and when they promise to call back? They dont.Terrible service, untrustworthy practices, and nothing but frustration. I would never recommend T-Mobile to anyone. Scammers!

      Terrible company to work with! Moved phone service to metro due to price, trying to move away due to very poor coverage, The phone number has been moved to the new service but the sim is still locked by metro. I have called metro support many times over the last 24 hours with no help. I have a support ticket opened with metros second level support for over 12 hours without any return communication. It looks like I will need to buy a iPhone SE to replace my one year old phone due to metro's incompetence. Please learn my my mistake, run from Metro, do not repeat my mistake.

      I have a better signal than I did with cricket, but the phone they sold me is a piece of s***. If they think I'm going to pay for another month's service they're out of their f****** minds. Send me a replacement, and I will return your defective piece of s***. The battery drains at an alarming rate, and the battery usage details are blank. How am I supposed to determine what app is using the battery so quickly, if I can't view the battery usage details?

      I wouldn't even give a star, Metro PCs is horrible I went to my **********************************. The man sold me a broke phone. I brought it back after 2 days they told me they had no more in stock. Which I found out was a lie. Then Told me my phone would take 2 days to get back. We are on day 6 never received a update. Nothing I called back and the coworkers had no idea what I was talking about. So I ate 300$ I'll never go to Metro ever again

      Absolutly terrible , I have been contact to customer service to stop Robbit calls every 15 minutes every day not stop multiple times. One times said : #***# it will be stop. But it not. So contunie few months every day from 6 am until 7 pm. I did asked ti change my phone number, I have ti pay $15.00. I'm doing call change because of not stop marjet robbot calls few month. Crazy calls. **************** not helping. Why I have to pay when I already complain multiple times. So Philippines robbots customer service bogging calls and j believe Metro PCS customer service from *********** too. They are helping to each other to destroyed Americans people life. Terrible customer service, not care

      Beware of these Pakistani dealers they use ported number instead of new number from metro but-mobile system they dont give receipts so u dont see what they really charge you for like speakers and accessories they dont give u they have unlocked phone that have issue they sell under the table undocumented immigrants working so they dont pay workers ************* metro by t-mobile need to be investigated

      We left ******* more than 4 moths ago on a promotion to get lower bills with T-Mobil. We were told to pay off the phone we had with ******* which we did. Drove hours to prove we paid off ******* and 4 months later getting the total run around trying to be reimbursed. We feel totally scammed have spent hours on the phone. They always have a new task to try to get reimbursed. Weeks more wait to see if it worked. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!1

      Terrible phone service quality. I'm in ******** ****. The capital of ****, and largest city in ****. I've had Metro for 4 years now. Over the last month and a half. Phone reception has gone down drastically. Calls dropped, GPS doesn't work. Messaging is delayed. I bought a brand new phone a couple weeks ago from these scammers. The new phone or old will not connect to any wifi, it just says searching. So fed up today, I decided to call and complain to Metro. Thank goodness I screenshot all the messages. But customer service got an attitude with me , like they ain't selling borrowed tower service. Come to find out, Metro doesn't own cell towers. They only piggy back off bigger carriers like T-Mobile. I'm done with Metro PCs forever. They are sad scammers similar to TracFone, and a lesser grade than boost mobile. Just be warned, if you continually drop calls, and your cell reception is bad. Don't plan on taking a road trip using your phone GPS. You'll be stuck, stranded!

      I don't see y I can't file against metro T-Mobile when their operations are hideous and thoses agent are unprofessional and scaffolding idiots.And get into personal phone information and delete features at their will.Because they are foreign agents which tht is completely ********
