      Dropped my cell phone service and internet service to get with T-Mobile the lady told me that the phone was free pay the taxes I did a few days later I look at my online bill she lied to me they want $600 for the phone at monthly payments of $30 that is not what we agreed on so now I got to go through everything all over again because I was lied to cost me more money and more time spent an hour on the phone they refuse to stand by their word I am disabled I cannot afford to be used and abused like this

      Horrible experience. I have been a ******** of ********************** for over 7 years with 4 open accounts and paid my bills on time. I have always had insurance to protect my phones and account. My phone broke on 12/24/24 and I went to the store. They said they could not do anything and go to the insurance. We called the insurance and they sent a new phone. I was on a call to transfer the information from the old phone to the new one for more than 3 hours and TMobile could not do it. They blamed the new phone and ordered a new one to be shipped to the store. They said it would take them about 15 minutes to transfer the information. I was just at the store and TMoblie put the wrong information on the phones and I could not get it transferred. I spent another 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out at the store and the only thing can do is order me another phone that will take another 4 days to arrive. I will be without a phone for more than a week and all TMobile wants to do is to give me a free cheap phone or to upgrade and pay more for a new phone. The supervisor on the phone did nothing but blame the store or the first ******** service representative and did not provide a solution. After 7 years I will bring my business elsewhere since TMobile does not care. It is all about the money to them.

      I recently purchased a phone from this store, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was in a hurry at the time, and as I quickly made my way through the purchase, the young lady who assisted me assured me that I was being enrolled in the $55 plan. It wasn't until I returned home and took a closer look at my receipt that I discovered she had actually signed me up for the $70 plan ********** make matters worse, she had also claimed that the tempered glass protector was included with the phone purchase, but in reality, she charged me an additional $26 for it. This deception really struck me, as its clear that she was not being honest during our interaction. At the moment of purchase, I wasnt meticulously counting all the fees; I just wanted to get out quickly. However, reviewing my receipt later revealed what I now consider to be a blatant act of theft and dishonesty. I feel compelled to seek a refund for these discrepancies, as her actions reflect a lack of integrity and fairness.I intend to pursue a refund, and if I don't receive it, I will have no choice but to report her actions to the authorities. To me, this situation is quite serious. Misrepresenting the costs and terms of a sale is not only unethical but illegal, and I believe that it should not be overlooked. I want my money back, and I expect to rectify this situation promptly. Keep an eye on your money and the charges they try to sneak and pile on.

      This is a horrible company to do business with they are saying that it is okay to charge people for services that they are not offering. Under the law they are committing multiple crimes. That could be pursed after for, like false advertising, violation of contract, improper business practice, and negligence. All are very serious. And leaves me in debate if I should sue over 40$/month but with a little proof or evidence that its being stolen or not recharged.

I CALLED THEM (2) DAYS AGO WITH VALIDATED PROOF AS WELL AS (2) WITNESSES AND UPON CALLING THEM ABOUT THEIR CONSTANT INTENTIONAL SYSTEM GLITCH AND THEN CONTINUE TO ASK FOR FULL PAYMENT AMOUNT OF SERVICE *AS CONTRACTED* BUT, THE METROPCS HAS BEEN *BREACHED CONTRACT* LONG TIME AGO. ******** NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING TO BENEFIT US AS EXISTING AND VALUED ELITE CONSUMERS WITH COMPLAINTS OF THEIR PARTNERED (LITTLE BROTHER) COMPANY WHICH IS OWNED BY T-MOBILE, BEFORE CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS ARE MADE TO ******** AS WELL WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION, FEDERALLY BECAUSE THEY ARE PARTNERS WHO BAILED OUT METROPCS PRIOR AND ALSO MORE IMPORTANTLY, KNOWS OF THE ISSUES WITH THEIR FELLOW COMPANY AND HAVE CHOSEN TO JUST BLATANTLY IGNORE THEM TO ALLOW ISSUES TO INCREASE WHICH IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO US AS CITIZEN, TAX PAYERS, HUMANS FOR THE MOST PART ALSO, THE **** THAT WE AS CITIZENS ARE CHARGED AS "ALLIES, CO-CONSPIRATOR" AND GETS CHARGED EACH AND EVERY TIME SO, CONSTITUTIONALLY, THESE (2) COMPANIES NEED TO BE CHARGED **** IF THIS MATTER IS NOT FULLY FIXED AND ACCOMMODATING THE PRIMARY NEEDS OF NOT JUST THE ACTIVE FILED/COMPLAINED PLAINTIFFS BUT FOR THOSE WHO ARE ACTIVE CLIENTS AS WELL AND HAVE NOT SPOKEN UP YET &/OR FUTURE CLIENTS TO THIS OR ANY BUSINESS WHETHER COMMUNICATION PLATFORM OR ANYTHING ELSE

      I am a Metro PCS customer and wanted to rate my recent experience with Metro PCS at Avenue H IN Rosenberg. I when there 12/7/24 to buy a new phone and the Employee Mohammad Q, was working that afternoon there. I asked him about the iPhone 13 and price and activation. He said he was going to give me a deal because i have been a loyal customer, he quoted $656.00 for the new phone. Price on phone is displayed at about $626. I didn't pay much attention to the phone because a i had paid for a new phone. Next day after looking at it closely, I realized Mohmmad Q, had sold me a used phone. Next day when back to the store and District Manager Abdul Fahan was there and he wasn't of much help. I retuned on Saturday and asked for print out my receipt and received the surprise of my life. In the Ticket Mohammad has sold me a phone for $221.91, a headphone for $64.94, Two screen protectors for $70, three phone chargers for $48.70 per piece and two bluetooth speaker, one priced at $75.76 and the other at $37.88, and I only received the phone, one screen protector and one charger. He sold me a used phone and started adding all those items so the price could be close to the one he had said he was going to sell me a new phone for. If you have been to this Metro PCS location recently i encourage you look into what you got and what you paid for. I am sure this is not the first time this location had scammed a customer and always ask for a receipt. Mohammad you are a ripped off, and Fahan you have poor employee management and poor customer service, you'll fail to give me what i paid for, which was a new iPhone 13.

      T-Mobile is redicullus, I am in the process of transferring to ******* and T-Mobile provided me with a pin number which I gave to *******. ******* made the transfer and now I have no phone service at all because T-Mobile locked my phone. Because I don't remember my pin number with T-mobile there is no way I can have my service restored unless I visit the local store to give them my ID. I am sick and cannot go to the store so now I don't have service at all, I spoke with the customer service where I would have been able to access my account online, which they closed and I cannot even get into that, as well as calling the corperate headquarters. I asked both if there was other information social security number or something like that and they insisted that the pin is the only number they will accept. I called the local store asking them if they would allow me to email my drivers license to them to identify myself and they said I need to go in person they cannot accept that either. The reason I was told my phone is locked is because I have a current balance and it needs to be paid prior to unlocking my phone. I have never been late with payments as I do autopay and they are totally being rediculus. I appreciate privacy and the use of pin numbers but it is awful that there is no other way to verify who I am besides this pin number! I cannot pay my balance because they locked me out of my account. What is one supposed to do...ugh

      They have the worst service. **** are not knowledgeable. I have been a 10 year customer and switched. For two months, my calls were dropped after a couple of minutes. They said it was because my lime was not locked to the tower. After spending 10 hours on this issue and not having it resolved, I switched.
