      Yes, ***** cut my left ****** off during a chest liposuction, and now its just a dead lump of skin on my body, no sensitivity anymore! Very very disappointed, such an extremely novice mistake!!! I have a ****** and a nub and Im pissed!!! I at least want a refund, maybe press charges!

      I agree with others. It's a scam. I took out a loan for 8 ******. I'm not wealthy. I had procedures for wrinkles on neck & around mouth. Also a procedure to get rid of fat on *************** No results. It's been probably a year now. Even when they measured before & after they saw no difference & had no answers. Their commercials are misleading for sure. No way do you get rid of fat after I visit like they claim. I had multiple visits with no luck. I've been really upset with still paying on my loan when there is no difference in how i look

      Its not about consultation its about the doctor **** going to butcher you and destroy your body taking $7k almost for no any result when you going back to follow up and tell them that youre not achieving what had been said! The doctor turned nasty attitude and changed his demeanor from I would do this and that to what I can do for you? Youre done and I am happy with my job i think I did a good result!!!! Are you kidding me . I didnt received any results its scam and I will file lawsuit against this doctor **** butcher half of my stomach and left the other part who appear as deformed. Why I have to go through this whole process painful and most important he got paid to ruin me. It took me 4 straight months to get rid of pain and I am still hurting after the Bruise is gone I still suffer from the tissue damage and tearing up my tissue inside.

      I posted a review here (that I cant see anymore! I have no idea what happened to it because now I cant even find the account I used to post it and I had my user and password saved on my phone) After a few days of doing it, I received a call from Sonobello. They said that if I didnt like my results I could go back for a revision but my experience was the most horrible experience of my life. So painful beyond comprehension and beyond what my body and mind could handle, that I wasnt going to go back to go through the same pain. I told them I wanted my money back because I had to go somewhere else to make corrections but they didnt want to even consider giving me part of what I paid.

      I went for a consultation in **********, AL and was told I was a good candidate for the liposuction even though I have had cancer in the past. I was reluctant to pay until I spoke with the doctor who would be performing the procedure. I was then told I could go for a meet and greet with the doctor. I drove 2 hours to meet with the doctor and was given the ok and was told I could have my pre op that day if I could wait another hour. Due to the hour and time it would take me to get home, I scheduled it for 2 days later. Since I didnt have my checkbook with me, I was told to go next day in ********** and pay for the procedure. I wrote the check on May 1, 2024 and procedure was scheduled for May 22nd. I went back to the *********, TN office for the pre op and was then told by the doctor (same one I had met with previously) that they were not sure I could have the procedure because I had cancer in the past. This was after meeting with consultant and doctor and driving to ********* twice. They said they would let me know in 2 days. I waited a week and did not hear anything so I called. No one could tell me anything. I kept calling everyday until it was 2 days before my scheduled surgery and was then told they could not do procedure. I have ask for my refund and have not received it yet and it has been over a month. I continue to call and no one seems to have an answer. I guess my next option is an attorney.

      I went to Sono Bello to get liposuction surgery. Went through consultation and met with doctor. I saw my primary care physician and after a physical he advised me not to get surgery due to high blood pressure. I notified them 3 days before surgery to tell them I couldn't go through with due to the high blood pressure. I had paid the $7,910.00 already and now they refuse to refund me. I can't take the risk of having this surgery. I expect to get a full refund. They have been very dismissive of me so far. They will be able to keep the $2,495 consultation fee.

      This review is not about the procedure, but about the unprofessional pre-op experience. I went to the free consultation at the *** location where general information was provided by ******. I had lots of questions which she wasn't able to respond to. She said that I should have an initial consultation with the doctor who would be assigned to me if I go ahead with the procedure. I was told that to hold the appointment I would need to leave a deposit in the event I didn't show. The deposit would be returned if I cancelled prior to the consultation. A few days later I had serious concerns and didn't think I could go through with it so I called ****** to cancel. ****** had told me that whenever I needed to contact her to email first because she was very busy,but that she'd always get back to me. I had to email and call several times before I got a response. She said that she understood I was nervous which is why I should go ahead with the consultation because the doctor could provide answers to my concerns. I gave it a few more days but finally decided this wasn't for me. I emailed ****** my reasons and asked her to cancel the consultation and the procedure. I didn't hear back from her so I emailed again and also left a message for her at the *** office. I never got a response so I called the ********** and asked them to cancel and confirm, which they did by a very simple email with no details stating it was cancelled. I called ****** several times after that to inquire about my refund. No answer. The ********** said ****** was the one who had to finalize that. ****** then states that she would have to review the terms for refunding my deposit. That was in early May. I'm still waiting and I never heard from ****** again. Shame on me for not realizing I'd been scammed. Shame on Sonobello for scamming me!

      After posting this review, someone from the ********** called and promptly took the steps to process a refund. The kindness and professionalism during this call was very appreciated. Had i received this response previously I would not have posted my initial review.

      On 4/25/24 I met with ********************* sales consultant for Sonibella in ********** Al for a consultation. We went over all problems areas and decided I needed upper ab, Abex, pubic area, lower ab, upper back, arms, waist and chin. My surgery date was scheduled for May 1, 2024. When I arrived I was advised by the doctor that she would not do all these areas because she is not a robot. To my knowledge.. I only received upper ab, abex, pubic area, lower. No other surgery was performed on me.. this was the worse experience of my life. I was awake throughout the entire process and felt like I paid money to be butchered I am still experiencing extreme pain 5 week out. I have made several complaints and was advised to send a pictures to a general txt thread. After I expressed my displeasure I was provided an email to send pictures and they were reviewed and I was advised this was normal procedure. My week 5 post op appointment was scheduled for 6/6/24, I met with a nurse. I expressed my concern that my stomach was too big at the top and was advised that it was just swelling. My stomach was not this big after surgery and I dont understand why it is getting bigger and not smaller. I feel if I paid this much money for a procedure I need to see a doctor and not a nurse. This company is all about money and does not care about the patient. I have asked for a refund on the procedures that were not completed since 5/1/24 and have been told there would not be a refund issued, and constantly trying to persuade me to have the remainder of the service. On 6/4/24 I received a phone call offering me 500 to have the surgery next day. I am not interested at all in being tortured while awake. It is inhumane.. this company need to be shut down!! Per your financial agreement After our surgeon has validated your candidacy at your pre-operative appointment any cancellations will result in 100% forfeiture of your procedure cost. I did not cancel the procedure.. I did not cancel.
