The team from Sono Bello did an excellent job with my liposuction procedure! I just returned for my 3 month follow-up appointment with ***, and am completely satisfied with the results achieved. The ******* *** and all the staff of Sono Bello all do great work. I recommend them highly!

I am extremely disappointed. I paid $15,000 for upper and lower abs, waistline and also skin removal. I was assured by every nurse that I would be taken care of. During follow up appointments I expressed my concern over my upper abs, which did not seem to change. First they told me it was swelling. Now at the 6 months post-op, I still have fat in my upper abs and it is lopsidded. I also have horrible wrinkles above my belly button.I met with **************** and he told me I was "barrel chested", that is why my upper abs stayed the same. He tried to tell me it was muscle, not fat. Believe me, it is not muscle. I told him that I barely went down a size and he told me he did not care about sizes. He said it would be too painful because of scar tissue to go back in. I am not afraid of pain and I am very dissatisfied. He took out my before pictures and told me to look at how bad I looked and he felt I looked great now He did not care about how I felt. He quickly got up and left the room leaving me upset. I want this to be rectified. I did not get a tighter, flatter tummy as advertised. I give the outcome of my surgery a "0" rating.***************************Sono Bello

Excellent quality patient care; very efficient process; amazing experience; extremely thorough from start to finish; ********** has great bedside manner, answered all my questions, explained what to expect throughout the procedure, very light hand; ******* was very attentive, thorough, warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience with Sono Bello *********. The staff were wonderful and nurse *** is the best. My tummy has never looked so good and my self confidence is through the roof. They keep in contact with you thoughout the first 6 months and are there for any questions. Would definately recommend!Sono Bello

The office is modern and well-kept.So far, Im pleased with my results - no regrets. I will continue to follow Dr. ******** instructions for the best long-term results. I had a great experience. They staff is so on with everything. They have really good communication and I have never had to wait very long for an answer to a question. I had to have a small revision and that went great as well. Same level of customer service. Everyone is super polite and friendly.Sono Bello

1 star************** On March 28 2024 my wife went to Sono ***** in ********** Al. and paid $12,800 for the procedure. She found out that she had a bit of a heart problem before the actual procedure was to be done. She canceled on April 11 2024. Called the ***************** and canceled it and ******* sent her the paperwork via internet for her to sign. Little did we know that they will not refund the entire amount because when you sign up for the procedure it is highlighted in the forms you sign but was not told about it when signing that if you cancel they keep part of the money, very deceptive. As of May 10 2024 we have not received a refund yet after they told us it would take 7 to 14 days to get the refund minus $2,495 out of $12,800. My wife has called the ***************** on several occasions and still no refund, she has also called the corporate office several times and got no answer to why we have not received a refund. Tomorrow will be 30 days since she canceled and still no refund. It is a sham that they will not refund the whole amount when it is canceled and when you sign up they rush you through the paper work and dont see that and they do not tell you that. She wished she would have read the reviews on Sono ***** And saw how bad they are.Review fromGaby C

Hello my name is *************************. My journey with Sonobello was wonderful and smoother this second time nurse ******* was nice and put up with my jokes (I talk a lot when I am nervous) and laughed at them lol there was another girl on training too was super sweet. ********* was amazing too honestly I wish he had done my 1rst stage I felt super comfortable with him and he was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience. He heard me and went above and beyond. This is my 1rst day post op and I cant wait to see my final results. I have a good feeling about it. I will definitely recommend Sonobello and to choose ********* to all of my friends.Thank youSono Bello
