This is my second review of Sonobello. As I stated a year ago, the doctors and staff at the Tyson’s location are simply outstanding. Surgeon Dr Dawson, Annalise (lead nurse), Emma and Christine (nurses), Angie L. (PM), Lane (PCC) and last, but not least, Abby and Brian (front desk), all delivered unparalleled service and patient care. Dr Dawson pays attention to detail and it’s obvious he takes pride in his work—he is truly an artist. The entire staffs’ knowledge, high standards, compassion and attention to your needs will undoubtedly leave a lasting positive impression as it has with me. Thank you so much everyone. You have a customer for life!

SB ********* location, I had Abex, bra **************** cosmetic ,also laser liposuction, loose skin removal 9/28/23, went to all my followup visits, including 6 month review without any good results, I'm very disappointed with this doctor who was suppose to give me a flat stomach, ************* wasted my time n $13,000 ?? I suffered in severe pain for days n was bleeding from my naval area first day, I was cut hip to hip without being put to sleep only received local anesthesia, I seriously doubt I will receive any type of refund from this place but I'm going to try my best to make sure I explain my story to an attorney who will listen n help me with my situation, my body looks worse than before other than the muffin top is gone ?? ??????????Sono Bello

1 starToday I have a apt and it is snowing and raining I have to come from ****** to ********** and I tried to reschedule and they want to charge me $50 or I have to risk my life on the highway driving a hrs issue 1. Issue 2 when I went to my 3 week apt the nurse told me to push as hard as I can stand it on any hard spots and she did not tell me I had 3 ***** **** that came with my over all payment she just scheduled me for 3 month apt and told me she was only familiar with how her surgeon does the procedure because I was sent to ************ for my procedure because I was told to get the price and to go to ********** for follow up because it was closer no mention of the 3 ***** treatments included then I was told it would be 4000 for the lipo and find out it is 8000 I'm paying 2 people monthly and I asked how much she said 4000 because of the special when I called they told me it was in the information. Issue 3 it don't seem like they took all the fat out when I asked the Dr how long he had been doing the procedure he didn't answer the question and started getting irritatedReview fromStacey M

I had my procedure on my abdomen on 9/21/23. I recently had my 6 month appointment and I am so upset and disappointed with my results. I was told the very prevalent roll on my upper abdomen was there prior to the procedure and the procedure would not address this abnormality. I asked why that was not stated prior to the procedure and the doctor said it may have been overlooked but should have been. My doctor did not believe a revise would help with this and would not recommend doing so. He said this problem would have to be addressed by a plastic surgeon and they could do a reverse tummy tuck to fix this. I think the staff should have addressed this prior to taking our money and/or attempting to fix something they knew wouldnt resolve my issue. I would like a total revision or a refund for my dissatisfaction.Sono Bello

SB *************, ** Location. I had U/L Abex and Front Bra Roll in June 2023. The results were amazing. So I went back again for another procedure, inner thighs, arms, BBR, Again, amazing results. I have had positive experiences from the first day I stepped into this VA Location. The Lobby front desk personnel ***** and *******, very friendly, always smiling and welcoming, bottles of water at desk for clients. My Consultant *********** is just wonderful, she answered all questions, explained all. My surgeon *****************, sat down with me, easy to talk to, explained ,answered and addressed all. My results are AMAZING, much more than I had expected. I also received Follow up phone call from ***************** checking if all was well and if I had any questions. My OR Nurse ******** patiently explained what to expect before the procedure, the medications and effects. PostOp nurses **** and ********* follow up with me with phone calls, texts and follow appointments. Roysla MA friendly and respectful. I am acknowledging all the above names because they all played a major role in my transformation and made my SB experience a very positive one. My advice to anyone who wants to go this journey, is: go to a consultation and have your own personal experience.Sono Bello

I had my surgery about a week ago at the cranberry site. *********** did my surgery and he was amazing! He eased my fears and was very compassionate. *** was my nurse and he was just as amazing! They both made the surgery stress free. I would do it again! I actually wanted to cancel once or twice due to my fears and some of the bad reviews but my best friends talked me back into it. Boy am I glad they did! There's already a huge difference in my body and my self esteem has skyrocketed! I would highly recommend the cranberry site to anyone thinking about this procedure. And I would recommend asking for *********** and nurse *** to be your team. No regrets here! Thank you *********** and ***! You did what u said and made me feel gorgeous again!Sono Bello
