1 starI had my procedure done at the *********** location on 8/10/23 with Dr. ******* I am very unsatisfied with my results and the service I received from both the surgeon and staff after asking for a revision. The day of my 6 month appt I told the nurse how unhappy I was with the upper part of my stomach because there was so much loose skin and I have a muffin top now and the my waist seemed a bit off and my upper bra roll was still pretty noticeable as well as my tiny pieces of skin left near my incisions on my side from the Abbex she then told me she didnt see any of the flaws I seen but maybe if I added a procedure such as my hips Id be happier. She then told me she can set me up for an appt with the surgeon that initially did my surgery but it would be a month out, I asked for a different surgeon but was told I had to see her. Fast forward to my appt on 3/ 14/24 I waited a whole hr in the waiting room and the staff seemed bothered I was asking how much long it was going to be to see the dr. I finally got called to the back the nurse took some pictures and asked what brought me in and I told her the exact same thing I told the nurse at my 6 month appt and she noted it down waited another **************************** Finally Dr. ****** came in and seemed a bit bothered that I was asking for a revision because of how uncomfortable I was with the way I looked and how I could see the muffin top I have now with everything I wear. She seen all the loose skin I was asking about and told me there was nothing she could do, to work out and loose weight and not wear clothes that arent meant for me. I paid a lot of money for This surgery had I of know this was going to be the outcome I would have went a different route then Sonobello. I am disappointed with the customer service I received and how humiliated I feel and ashamed of my body now. I would like a second opinion from a different surgeon.Review fromTara J

I was schedule for an pre surgery evaluation on Jan. 2 ***** for the **** procedure. I explain to the doctor I had an previous procedure done in the past, he apologize and said he could not do this procedure and they will reimburse me my funds. This took place Jan 2, 2024 and today is March 15, ***************************************** my funds. I have called several times and I keep getting the run around. This is unprofessional business being occurred.Sono Bello

From start to finish I have had an excellent experience with the team at Sono Bello. I feel like they know me :-)The Sono Bello office in Woodbrige and ************* ** have had great customer service. I was referred to them from a friend who was obviously very pleased with her experience. Ultimately there were 3 people I know that had surgery in the past 3 years. They looked magnificent and it was my turn. **************** did an amazing job. He made every effort to make me feel comfortable and confident in the procedure - every step of the way. I could have not asked for a better experience and outcome. I love my transformed body. I applaud the entire team! And I am constantly sharing my experience and recommendations to others.Sono Bello

Watching TV and saw the Sono Bello ad. It renewed my desire to complete the transformation initiated when I joined a gym and followed a dietician a few years back. I had reached the best BMI, weight and still having the same issues with the upper and lower abs. I decided to go to the free-consultation offered at the nearest site, ************* in **. ***************, consultant was very understanding and listened to all my ramble about what I have done and what I wanted to achieve. She was very supportive, caring and professional. She took her time to evaluate everything and gave me her recommendation. Including financial options that were really convenient for me. I booked the procedure and in the meantime, she called me again with BETTER financial promotions. What a sweetheart. ************** performed the procedure and was very professional. He told me everything that was going to happen and how would I feel. It's been only a week after, and I am extremely pleased with the results I am seeing. I had the post-op with *********************** and she explained where I am and how the healing process will continue. She answered all my questions and shared a lot of information about surgery day. The reception staff was very nice and helpful too. I will strongly recommend visiting Sono bello in ******.Sono Bello

They didnt follow through after care I told the surgeon I was not happy before my year was up he did nothing I have keloids scar is horrible I put a complaint in and they never respondedSono Bello

I went into the **************** location on Friday, February 23, **** and spoke with **** . I had agreed to sign up to have the medical procedure done and paid down money for it after leaving the office. I went to a doctors appointment and found out that I had blood clots in my legs and had to be on blood thinners. I immediately called **** at the sono Bello *******, ******** location and told her that I would not be able to have the procedure done now because of this and she told me That I would not have to pay any money then because it was a medical condition. After looking at my credit card statement I see that I was charged for it so I contacted **** again on Monday morning, February 26, **** and asked her why I was charged. She told me that I would have to have my doctor send in more information , about this to be able to be refunded I canceled this medical procedure within two hours of signing up for it and I legally have three business days to cancel this and now they will not contact me back or do anything about it. Funny how when they want you in their office they wont stop contacting you and then when you need them to stop payment or refund you they ghost you , I feel like if your life is in danger and youre telling them you cant have this procedure done they should be thankful instead of ghosting you.Sono Bello

Really push sales people, even after I ultimately said no due to reviews and complaints on here and reddit (which I slightly trust more) they still keep harassing, texting calling and emailing nonstop. I even addressed some of my concerns with them, and they ignore them and continued on their sales pitch. I regret ever even looking into themSono Bello

After my pre-op meeting, I decided not to have surgery. I called and was told that a refund goes through Corp and takes 30 days. I asked my non-medical consultant ******************** for a refund. After a text msg and playing phone tag, we finally chatted and she asked that I call an AbeX client to change my mind. I decided against making contact because, personally and medically I should not have the surgery and I don't like the sales tactics being employed and my concerns being dismissed. My concern, my heart stopped during a previous surgery. With every concern and question, the responses from the sales consultant and the doctor were, "You will be fine" and "You will look great" versus listening. I sent another email explaining, that I'm not changing my mind and it has been 10 days since I canceled my surgery and requested a refund. I still have not received a text, call, or email with a response, contrary to the numerous texts and calls that I received asking for my full payment. No one should have to work this hard to get their $13k+ back because they changed their mind. Stay away from this place, it's not worth the hassle.Sono Bello
