      Not happy at all! After my procedure my thighs were still big they were supposed to scope them and make them make my inner thighs smaller which they didn't. My pelvic area is still swollen after 9 months, and I have lumps on my uperpper abdomen which won't go away not even with lymphatic massaging. I had two garments that I wore in the day and at bedtime. During my first follow up appointment I was told that I don't need to wear it anymore. I'm very unhappy with the procedure as Sono Bello.

      I dont understand all these bad reviews!!! I just had The stomach, laser, liposuction, and inner thigh liposuction and also skin removal done yesterday! The staff there was beyond exceptional as where the doctors. They were helpful in every way possible and treated me I was the only patient there! Yes, of course theres gonna be a little pain. I mean its cosmetic surgery for God sake. like I said the procedure was yesterday afternoon and literally 24 hours later I have minimal pain and yes, I have some soreness but themedication and painkillers they gave me take 80% of that away! I feel like most of these customers who have gotten the procedure maybe not followed all the doctors orders before and after the procedure was done. So Im giving this a five star rating because I think they are exceptional and we have to remember that this is a surgery and of coursetheres gonna be pain so **** it up buttercup pain is beauty.

      Not sure how to start this. i'm 5"2 140lb. Went to sono bello in *******. I came in for a consultation and discussed what I would like to have done and also discuss what I don't want to look like. I was told I would be a good candidate for the procedure. I paid for 3 procedures. When it was time for the doctor to evaluate me he told me I would need a tummy tuck because my skin would hang I told him I was not interested in this procedure. A couple of days after my procedure i needed to go back and have an area drained. At this time I mention that I don't look right.And they told me give it some time because I was still healing. Went back for my follow-up visits and let them know my concern that I am not happy with the procedure and that i looked botched and that they had took to much fat out on my sides and I now looked like a box. I was told if I still feel this way.On my next appointment I can talk to the doctor. After I completely healed.I scheduled that appointment to talk to the doctor. On my appointment date I waited for two hours and when i went to check why I'm waiting so long i see the doctor was just sitting around. i think to avoid me. When the Doctor finally came in to see me, he told me that it was my body type and that's why i looked like that. I told him I never had this problem when I was thinner. He suggested that I could have another procedure to remove fat in a different area. This is when I knew they wanted more money from me. I didn't even needed a tummy tuck that he suggested. The doctor didn't contour my body just removed fat and perform unnecessary procedures and then turns around and gaslights you. I feel and look disgusting. Please be warned.

      HOW IS THIS BBB certified! Is it because customers get a response? How is this accredited? What the actual heck? I ALMOST went in for a consultation. Thank God for the BBB reviews. So, they destroy a belly button which sits in another direction, and the responder says "beauty is in the eye of the beholder "What? Oh my gawd! These reviews are horrific! Ladies why wouldn't you look at reviews everywhere before doing this? No guarantee means no guarantee! I'm sorry, but something this serious, should of been researched, After you pay all this, you could of had a cosmetic surgeon do your work. Wow! The pain issue too! What the actual heck? Oh my God, I'm so glad I've went to like four sites to see reviews. I'll be visiting a plastic surgeon for my ********, I'm astounded by this butchery. Thank you BBB for helping quality consumers. No way!

      OK, you did a copy paste. Every single complaint is a copy paste. You tell people to contact you? Did you read what I wrote? Why would I contact you? Not everyone will always be happy. That's a given. However the sheer number of complaints, as opposed to the positive reviews are one to one. Perhaps not even one to one. Which is why you received the low BBB rating here. If I want to see positive reviews, I could go to your ridiculous commercials. Your copy paste only validates your true lack of concern for these people and their horrific experience. Please do not insult my intelligence, by pasting another response. I can't believe you people and how audacious you are. I am also considering closing this account. How in Gods name is this institution giving you accredited ratings? You reply with copy paste. Consumers should check reviews prior to visiting you, not after. They do bear some responsibility here.       First the procedure was not of the agreed consultation and then to find out the consultant doesn't work there anymore. As the procedure went on I could feel the burning and cutting as I were told he's almost finished. Everytime I would call the recipient would say it's an answering service, says they would leave a message, and no one would call me back. The nurse wouldn't address all my concerns and my follow-up I asked for a revision because my stomach is so much swollen and my original naval is visible with the new naval. They say maybe the doctor can pop his head in as he's the one to make the decision. The manager called to address my issue, seems so concerned, says I would deal with him going forward, he would call in a weeks time but he never did and that's what leads to me writing this review. We spend so much money to have this work done to the best it could be because perfection can't be achieved yet they just take our money and push us to the back. If they keep getting bad reviews and business slows down maybe they would act on it and not just hear our cry.

      I went for my free consultation in the **********, ***** office. Jasmine called me just about every day or every other day to try to getme to go ahead on with the procedure. I ended up paying the money and when I went to my preop, I was told I was a candidate for the procedure so Ive been trying over a month to get my refund back $8200 and I was told it would take up to 14 business days. I am now going into 30 business days and I cannot get anyone to help me to get my refund. Jasmine has no sense of urgency trying to help me get my refund back. I wish she had the same urgency she had with getting my money from me. I had read some of the reviews prior and it stated how hard it was to get a refund back from them, but I didnt thinkI would have that problem because my intention was to have the procedure, but I should never have been referred.

      I had a terrible Consultation with them. I am a thin 56 year old that wanted my saggy **** taken care of. She told me to do Pilates to take care of it. I have been trying to tone for many years at this point and was taken back by that! Then when in talking I said my parents have saggy butts and she said since its in my genes that they cant do anything for me. Just to work ****** the way I am 110 pounds and wanted just get rid of the saggy butt! I have had a baby and lost the weight and have been working out to tone up. The commercials just **** me off1 these women that are way bigger than me get waaayyyy more attention than someone that just need a little pick me up..soooooooooo disappointed! Never will recommend! Thanks for trying to get some confidence. No work out will tone what I needed done

      Worst experience ever! I went in for my procedure after paying **********. I was told that my stomach would come out flat however I have yet to see anything flat on my stomach. He gave me 2 pain pills and started procedure right away. I begged him to stop, yelling crying please give me a break, I'm in pain. It hurts, please stop, he never said a word. I felt and saw the entire procedure!! I was told I'd heal in a week, it's been over 5.months and I still hurt badly. I was left with a horrible scar that feels like I have a rope inside of my stomach. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction and skin removal the same day, I see NO change other than a little skin gone. This is by far illegal and horrific. It's dangerous and definitely not worth the money! Please do not do this surgery, it does not work without strenuous exercise, you will not go home skinny or looking any different!!!! I'm definitely in touch with an attorney!

      AVOID, AVOID AVOID -- A+ rating only because they will respond NOT because they are a quality business!! Do NOT do business with this facility I went in for a consultation with *****. To say the HIGH PRESSURE Salesperson role she has down **** I fell for it and I am going after them legally - my fault of course; however, this is a warning to all!!Your "free consultation" is with a salesperson not a license practitioner. She will go over what she thinks you need, provide you with a quote, examine your body and charge you accordingly. You will get a pre-op appointment with your surgeon and a surgery date before you leave. The cancellation policy is cancel BEFORE pre-opt get most of your money back, cancel AFTER pre-op you get no refund. I cancelled less than24-hrs after appointment, WAY BEFORE pre-opt date. When I finally made contact, I was told no refund and they have not answered any other attempts to contact them. If you look nationwide this franchise has thousands of complaints against them. What they did to me is a common theme around the country. If you have fell for this practice, as well, please contact the ********* to lodge a complaint.
