      With all those negative reviews and the refusal of Sonobello to offer any refunds, I think you all should start a class action and sue them - Or sue them individually. You can go to small claims court if its under $20,000. I was considering looking into this procedure, but after all these negative reviews, no thanks!!!!

      Had 2 procedures with *********** one was on back side and went well. Second procedure 1 week check up, they took the steristrips off and then reapplied. I had reaction to the adhesive remover. They had me remove the strips. went in for 1 month check up. From the beginning i had a 2x3" sore that at the one month check up was very thick scab. They told me to put cream on it and see me in 3 months. The next week a family member (nurse) tell me i needed to get it checked out. I went to my regular doctor and she pulled scab and was deep wound that had 4 bacteria's (staff and 3 others) and required 3 months of wound treatment at hospital. I really felt my 1 month check up they totally blew off my concern of this wound. Imagine what would have happened if i would have not went to my regular doctor. Infection would have had alot of time to get into my blood stream and my out come would have been a lot different. I hate their lack of concern in not following up to see how i was healing. I have my last appointment this week but feel after reading others experience i really dont need them not accepting their lack of care to my case. ***** L

      I was told that the downtime will only take 1 week for the procedure that i chose. they lie just to get your business. During the procedure, the ** gave me the anesthesia but did not wait for it to take affect, not even checking with me, she just started puncturing my belly and i was in a lot of pain,i was telling the ** but she just continued and ignored my cries. After the procedure, i was still unstable on my feet but they rushed to transfer me from the **** table to the wheelchair as the nurse said that i need to leave as they have another patient waiting, i told her, i still feel weak, but she just ignored me and assisted me to the wheelchair, called my ****** and wheeled me out of the building. I felt so disgusted as It was very unsafe! I was not fully recovered until 20 months!!! the soreness and the excruciating pain was unbearable. i had no choice but went back to work after a week from the procedure in a lot of pain, tears and was depressed for 20 months!!! yes, there was a follow up evaluation 2 weeks after the procedure, but the ** *** did the procedure wont see me cause their policy is ONLY an RN will do the evaluation which is so useless cause all the concerns that i have after the procedure were not ad**essed by the nurse. Yes, my tummy lost SOME fats from the liposuction, but it left some ripples that my tummy looks like a skin of a very old person that is sagging. it is a despicable sight, not good to look at, it defeats the purpose of getting liposuction in the first place. i made a very big mistake trusting SONOBELLO.

      I was given the date of 01/13/2025 for my procedure. I filled out my paperwork and went over it with ****. At my pre-op visit, I was asked by the nurse the same questions that were on the forms that I filled out initially, including my allergies. Dr. **** came in and went over my allergies again. I was specific with him about my allergy to hydrocodone and its adverse effects. Upon leaving the exam room, Dr. **** stated that he was about to send my prescriptions to my local pharmacy. When I got home and looked at my prescriptions, there was hydrocodone, which I had on my forms, went over with the nurse, and Dr. ***** I find it disturbing that a mistake like that was made by your physician. It is now 8:21pm CST, and I have yet to receive a call with the time for my procedure. This is frightening to me, and i feel that my health is not being taken seriously. I called customer service three times, and I was told that the office was closed and to call back in the morning. I do not operate at the last minute, especially when I am depending on someone for transportation. I am deathly afraid of not having support or a contact if issues were to arise after a procedure. I am disappointed in the level and lack thereof of service/patient care. Also, when the doctor called and I was attempting to inform him of the mistake, he talked over me and was unapologetic.

      Paid over ******. When I told them I was not happy I was told to go get a tummy tuck or try Pilates, my understanding was this was so you don't have to have a tummy tuck. When I tried to show the ** I could still pitch fat he slapped my hand, I was left with a horrible scar across my whole stomach that they said would go away, well that was a lie as well. I still look pregnant the only thing that got accomplished was the over hanging skin, that's not worth that price.

      I would definitely not recommend Sono Bello. They are selling false promises. I had a procedure done 6/23. I did Lipo suction on upper and lower abs and waist. I also did the Ab EX, I was told if I did the lipo there would be a lot of excess skin. I was told with all this, my stomach would be flat and tight. To this date, that is not the case. I ive been trying to get my revision, but the doctor does not agree that she should remove the excess skin that I still have to make this possible. I also have scarring in multiple areas that still have not healed a year and a half later. I would definitely say save your money and go to a real plastic surgeon.

      I have been trying to work with the surgeon. I had seen her a few times regarding my revision , but to this date, we have not resolved anything. I was sold on the procedure that I would achieve the results I was looking for. I spent over $15k on my procedure and I am left with scars that did not heal, a NOT flat abdomen and loose skin. I am seeking a second opinion to fix my scars and stomach, from an outside source, as I have lost confidence in the Sono Bello surgeons I feel that they keep dismissing my concerns and I left with both physical and emotional distress.

      I went to have three areas taken care of. After three months I went back because it did not work for me. I weighed exactly the same as the day I had surgery. I was told at that time that it was not regular fat that was removed but, deeper viseral fat that I had. Why wasn't I told that before the surgery? Also, why didn't any of the three areas work? I seems to me this would be against the law to treat the viseral fat and not only not tell the patient but, charge for the procedures. I feel as though this is, against the medical boards procedures. Do not waste your money, as I did. I wasted a lot of money and my complaints at the time did not matter. ********* *******

      I had lipo in September. All the warning signs and red flags were there but I ignored them. My complaint is not about my results. This company is dishonest, deceptive and unethical and the *** should investigate them. My consult on 9/6 was with a great salesperson. My procedure was scheduled 3 days later. Pre-op visit same day as consult with the nurse because the doctor was home not feeling well.If they can get you in that fast they are not in demand. If a doctor clears you for this type of procedure without ever meeting or even talking to you, shes not a doctor you should put any trust in.I asked very specific questions about anesthesia and pain management and both saleswoman and RN described it as twilight sleep. IT IS NOTHING LIKE IT! It was 1 ********, 1 ***** and 1 pill for nausea. I felt everything and my body reacted by shaking and convulsing which I couldnt control. The doctor kept telling me to be still. I asked her to give me more meds or wait until it kicked in. Her response was shocking you are maxed out on meds and there are scheduled surgery times, if you dont stop moving Im going to have to stop and you will be lopsided.Before the procedure I asked about recovery time for going back to work and was told it would only be 1 possibly 2 days before being able to return. I had to work from home for 2 weeks. For a full recovery I was told 6 weeks recovery. Because of a planned vacation I was told if I went ahead and scheduled Id be ready. Post procedure you get the real story3 months to see results, compression garment for 6-12 ********* follow up call after as described. No return calls when I had a complication. I only ever saw or spoke to ** during procedure.I researched and other than BBB there are very few negative reviews on any other sites. They obviously engage in robust review suppression and need to be investigated. They are a procedure factory with little regard for patient care after receiving full payment up front.

      I spoke with ******* yesterday. She was very apologetic for my experience and promised to speak with staff about being clearer and providing truth regarding their practices and procedures. I am not hopeful that Sono Bello will change their deceptive ways, and I fear many more people will suffer at their hands. I was offered a $250 gift card if I would remove this review. I declined.

      There is no solution, not for me, it was a terrible experience made so by the deceptive practices of a procedure factory with no regard to patient care. A $250 gift card wont get me to take down this review because hopefully someone will read it and make the decision to run from Sono Bello!
