    I am a victim of identity theft. There have been several apartment leases and other lines of credit (including 2 ******* accounts) fraudulently taken out in my name. I am navigating this broken system of trying to resolve all of these counts of fraud. I have been a full time resident physician at ********************* in *********** since 2021. I emailed this company (IQ data) supporting documents for my dispute 2 months ago. I called one month ago to follow-up and was told everything is in order but to check back in one month. I just got off the phone with them again after I called and i'm now being told they can't even find the documents I emailed on Jan 30, 2024, 5:29PM. I again forwarded these documents just now but it is clear that I can't sit back and wait for them to do their job. Please help.

It might have been in response to disputes I made on my credit karma. I received a response to my dispute from them via mail on 10/25/23 requesting supporting documentation. I sent supporting documents via email on 1/30/24.

    • The reason why I believe the alleged debt is NOT valid is: I am a victim of identity theft. Several apartment leases were fraudulently taken out in my name. This debt is for an apartment lease I have no knowledge of, have never been to, did not sign for, did not give permission for others to sign for.     I Respond to ******* can the provide proof of a valid  address  of where the sent these letters  because Debt collectors can't send mail to random addresses without the recipient's permission. They can only ask others for your whereabouts to contact you ! Please remove this account

    On October 5, 2022 I gave La Scala Apartments a $400.00 money order for a security deposit. I did not sign a Flex Deposit agreement on October 18, 2022. I attached the money order for your review. La Scala Apartments has not tried to contact me to resolve this inaccuracy. I filed a complaint with the *** Fraud and ************** My report number is *********. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and signed a Identity Theft Affidavit and filed a police report. These are Federal documents that I signed under Penalty or Perjury. I did not sign any Flex Deposit Agreement. In November 2023 is when I found out about the debt when I received a call from I Q Data about Flex Deposit. I had never heard of it before. Flex Deposit forwarded me the bond agreement which lists the email ************************* which is not my email address. I did not give anyone permission at ******** Apts. to use my information to sign anything for me. They already had my $400.00 security deposit. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: la scala apartment complex did not make me aware of the Flex deposit. They signed this agreement without my consent . They already had my 400$ security deposit. Im not legally bound by anything that I didnt sign. I provided my sworn statements under penalty or perjury. They had a duty to inform me of the Flex deposit and they didnt and they signed it. The agreement went to their email address. Im going to continue to report it and report La Scala for their fraudulent activities. They misrepresented when they took my $400 money order. They said they were going to fix my lease and never did. They admitted to the 400$ security deposit on a previous complaint I had against them.

    I have no knowledge of this account. I have called IQ Data International as well as sent a debt verification letter asking for itemized statements, a contract, and any other proof that the debt is valid and owed. They have not responded to my multiple requests. I sent certified mail on 2/6/24 and an agent with IQ Data International signed for the received mail on 2/13/24 but still has not sent requested documentation as of 3/25/24.

    IQ Data is a company of goons intimidating me to payoff a wrong amount charged by the apartment community that I used to live in from Nov-2018 to May-2021.Name of the Apartment : Bridgepointe Apartments Address : *********************************************************************** Apartment : P105 On 17th March 2021, I sent out an email to the ******************** informing them that I would not be renewing the lease and would be vacating the apartment at the end of the lease term i.e. 02-May-2021 and received a confirmation from them which says "They are sorry to see me go and would like me to fill & sign a form before I leave". As you can see from the dates I gave them intent to vacate notice much ahead of the required 30 days' notice.On April 17th, I again wrote the same thing to the Assistant Manager of the property in reply to his email about my lease renewal decision.Also during that time, I visited the ************ to understand how other things work like move-out cleaning and stuff to which I was told, that if I got my apartment professionally cleaned at move-out, Bridgepointe would not charge me anything for that.Once I moved out, I received a statement of approx $3400 stating that I did not gave 30 days notice and hence I will be charged rent. They also charged cleaning fees and some other items which were never told when I personally checked about all these with the apartment management.I called them multiple times to try and fix this but they always said they will fix and send an updated statement which never happened.Later they passed over the debt to IQ Data and every time they called me, I told them the amount is wrong and I am not going to pay. Eventually, they started intimidating me and saying nasty things like I am a fraud and what not to which I stopped receiving their calls altoghether. Its been almost 3 years and this problem is still not solved and when I contact IQ Data they do not listen at all and always intimidate me in paying the wrong amount.

    • The reason why I believe the alleged debt is NOT valid because _______the biggest line item in the due amount is rent which they charged saying I did not give them a 1 month notice to vacate before the lease end (02-may-2021). But as you can see in the attached email dated 17th March, 2021, I told them that I will be vacating at the end of my lease which is more than 30 days notice. Also they charged me for damage and cleaning which I was told personally that will not be there if I get the apartment professionally cleaned before moving out and which I did.

    Hey, I am not sure how can I submit documentation about a phone call that happened in 2022.

    I Recently called the company again on 29th Feb at ************ asking the same thing again and they straight away lied that they sent it and even after telling them repeatedly that I did not received anything they didn't listen and started acting like a goon and said I am not going to get anything and I have to pay the amount. The company should have call recordings and you can verify.

    This debt was not incurred by me, *** never been informed of any debt. I was never notified of any debt from prior creditorsIm unaware of this 3rd party collection agency. There was not a notice of said debt.
