  I received a letter in the mail along with a phone call that ******** has identified as a SPAM call. After reading the letter I was livid, this agency claimed that I was sent notices from a former apartment complex for past due charges. Since I exited the apartment complex the owner never sent me a bill and immediately issued collections notice via this agency. The notice is threatening and states that I have been past due for over a month even though I just moved from ** to **. No documentation was included with the letter. The only option for a resolution was to mail a request for documentation. However, due to my situation, I was told to make a protest payment. Between the collection agency and the owner, I am disappointed that they have threatened me over $66 and I have to beg for documentation to determine what the charges are even for to dispute it.

  Here I thought calling today I would have got a solution, yet I got a ********************* being very emotional about me wanting to understand the originators notes. Saying how the originator of my collection saved my life and how many cases she works with. Very unprofessional, how is this company even standing, having read the rest of these reviews. I actually feel very sorry for Ms.H having to deal with people everyday, shes very not suited and must have taken a toll on her mental health by now.

  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LADY THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH TODAY!!!!   I have been trying to deal with this debt for quite some time and I feel like they are over charging me almost $1,500 for breaking the lease of my apartment, every time I call to try to make payments, they are not helpful, pushy and rude where am I going to fork out $4k to pay that off??? This is the reason homelessness in the ******************* is so high because of the ridiculous amounts they love to charge people. I can't rent anywhere until that is paid off. I called and they told me they couldn't accept payments at first, I had to fight with them and finally was able to get on a payment plan I paid $520 and fast forward to now I tried calling again because they stopped collecting payment and they told me they couldn't help me any longer because I had defaulted and I never received a call. I had to fight with the man to help me get back on a payment plan and he didn't want to help at first and was demanding that I pay the $4k. I am currently pregnant and dealing with people like that just make my stress level rise. I am trying to actively do my part so that I can one day move out and give my kids a better home in a safer neighborhood. Something needs to be done this is not right and it feels illegal for them to overcharge so much interests on an original balance of $3,228. They are charging me $ ***** that's $1,749 extra they are charging me.

  This company is the absolute worst collection agency ive hever dealt with ! ive been dealing with them since 2019 and everytime ive called they ve been agressive rude and unprofessional. demanding you to pay ! i asked about settlement options and updating my phone numbe *** file since i missed the settlement letter that was sent. The supervisor ********************* was very rude and ugly on the phone telling me its ireelevant what phone number thy called or have on file! it is rellevant because if they had the correct number they couldve called me perosnally and offered the settlement and i couldve rectified it . She yealled at me and said Pay your bill! Thes eople have no sympathy,pateience or compassion for these debts. if they offer yo a settlemen, they dont give you a reasonable amount of time to pay it off - they want it in a matter of like 2- 3weeks and its not phesible! **** , i pray to be done with this company this year. I dont ever wanna calll them again.

  I have never been spoken to so rudely by business men and women in my life. And be ready to be continuously put on hold so they can "review your file" which really means I'm going to talk to this other rep here about you and your case. I told the first rep that our Convo was getting really weird and he said "oh, so this is the time you clutch your pearls and hang up the phone." Hilarious. And the lady I spoke to should work the games as a traveling carny, she spoke so fast it was comical. They are beyond aggressive to the point of harassment. Maybe that's why the company has been ***d for harassment. Don't let them scare you. They're going to tell you all sorts of scare tactics such as "taking further action." They're not going to *** you, don't worry. Double check their paperwork; it will likely say they can't *** you in your particular state. That is what my paperwork said. But I want to pay so it is not on my credit, not to appease IQ Data.

  Terrible. The agents play with the information you give them and try to use it against you. Apparently the agent I spoke to has been through everything I have according to him. Didnt sound right and started becoming a social call. When I finally directed it to business at hand he got mad and told me have a nice day! Told me the best they could do was 10% off (which is a lie because Ive seen them offer people 50% off balance). Guess they wont be getting their money until they drop down to 50% lol

  This company is shady and illegal. I paid off my debt besides one payment and then called them to see if I could get an agreement letter from them before I made the final payment to prove that they would wipe the account from my credit after the final payment was made. They said they would send it afterwards and refused to send it beforehand. I told them I didnt feel comfortable paying it if they couldn't provide me with that letter. The agent then said I was calling him a liar and cussed me out. I have since cancelled my debit card and then the next day they put the $900 I had paid them back onto my credit. They essentially stole $900 from me and are currently getting away with it. I highly plan to file a lawsuit and If anyone else has to deal with this company I would recommend hiring a law firm rather than calling them to deal with anything.

  This company is the worst. If you know you have a payment to an apartment complex, just try and pay it as soon as possible so you don't have to deal with I Q Data International. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully before and I do not appreciate being belittled for asking questions and wanting to verify the collection agency. It's not that I was refusing to pay, I genuinely though I was still able to pay the apartment complex. They say their goal is to "assist past residents in resolving their debit in a fair, courteous and understanding manner", however the representatives are by far the most disrespectful human beings you will ever encounter. They are neither fair no courteous. If no stars were allowed, I would have left it blank.

  I have been trying to get a prorated refund for the difference that the leasing office adjusted after I paid the full balance. I emailed disputes TWICE bc the call center said this is the only way to get a refund and nothing. No response. Pls help
