    Rude absolutely rude men that work in this place. Worst customer service in my 24 years existence. I mean the worst. If they were nice and professional instead of the insults they gave me through the phone I would follow up on some payments the fact I dont have the whole amount they want, I dont even plan on going through with it. Rather have another debt collector buy my collection and hope they can work with me given the fact that I have priorities more important than a collection with rude service. Hope this company goes to H|_|_.

    I have NEVER in my life been treating so badly. I called to discuss settlement options and was told I must put a down payment down to even discuss something. I asked how much and she wouldnt give me an answer. (I remind you that I am recording all of this on my other device, just as they do!). I say, ok can I put $5 down? ***, I just want to discuss my options. She said thats comical and said ***** put me on hold while I window shop for a reasonable down payment. The point is Im trying to legit pay off this account and Im asking reasonable questions. If theres a settlement amount why not discuss? I asked under what law or policy does it state that I have to put a down payment down to discuss settlement options. This really ****** her off. Told me she didnt have time for me and hung up. Were not going to talk about how she repeatedly stated that its clear that I cant afford this and this. Like, lady Her name is Kelby (spelling may be wrong). I then called back to ask to speak with a manager, ********. She was even worse. The amount of disrespect there and assumption of me being broke was unreal. I told her I wanted to discuss unfair treatment by Kelby. She said thats fine, but my priority should be paying that bill and finding a roof to go over my head (she used my current living arrangements against me with this low blow). When I stated God will do all of that for me, she became upset. She asked me does God pay bills and does He use USD because thats all she needs from me. At that point, there was an exchange which ultimately ended with her hanging up on me. I want this business shut down. There are way too many complaints for this company to even be running. BBB, do something please. I will take my chances with credit, I will not be giving them a dime. To be continued

    These people re a total scam.. the apartments/rental places that work alongside them should be ashamed.. charged me $8000 for what I have no idea updated my credit score and totaled messed it up. Beware horrible company hopefully soon some justice will come for the people who have been bamboozled by them!

    "You are confusing to talk to and you talk in circles. You talk and talk, and you have no money to make a payment. You have no money, and youre broke." These were the exact words from ******* on 09/27/2024. These people are more than disrespectful, and I dont know why they are in business. They treat you so badly.

    These people should not be allowed to handle anything that has to do with the public. They are rude and very discriminatory. This job must not allow for a person to have a heart or to ever have owed any money because the way they talk to people is horrible. If you owe anything you already feel bad about owing but then they make you feel worse than that. I hope that everyone gives them a bad review so they could be shut down they are a horrible company.

    My son did not receive a call from ******************* apartment as the agreed to and out of the blue, they called demanding I pay a $2019.61 debt! The woman on the phone, *****, was beyond rude and aggressive. Multiple times she demanded that my son had to file a hardship form in order for him to call her back after work. She told him that a payment plan was not an options and had to pay in full. She repeatedly asked him why did he have to call his father for his debt. I asked again about the payment plan and still she said that's not a option, so i told her how is he going to pay if he doesn't have the full amount and throw out about his credit, so i said s**** the credit if she couldn't work with him. Them came the sarcastic f****** attitude that's a good role model about your son's credit. Next i told her to kiss my a** you stupid b**** She a b**** and if she was in front of me i would have punched her a** out. This company should be shut down! I have never had a debt collection company speak to me this way! And will not again.

    ****** you are so unprofessional! You were very rude and do not know how to talk to people. You do not know how to do your job. You talk over people and have to have a sarcastic remark. Then you want to start raising your voice. We kindly asked for you to email us a paper that says how much we owe on the account and she clearly said no Im not going to do that and we asked why and she said cause I dont want to. We then asked if we can speak to someone above her and she said no I am going to transfer you. Very rudely. She said she wasnt going to be playing these kid games. This woman needs to be fired. I will be putting a police report for harassment. I have the calls recorded as well.

    They will try to collect debt on closed dispute even though they lost they are very unprofessional.worse company ever I know they are very unfair and do not look at the evidence needed for a real case .

    The woman everyone is talking about is *******. There is nobody more cruel, dehumanizing, and rude. Life happens, people fall behind. How youre treated during those times will make or break you. Having someone like ******* in this position is a huge mistake. Thank you ******* for reminding me to ALWAYS be kind when working in customer service.

    A representative by the name of ******************************* ( if that is even her real name, we all know they dont give real names at credit bureaus ) works for IQ ********** She needs to be fired immediately and never hired for another job due to her disconnect with how to talk to a client on the phone . She treated me very inhumane and condescending when asking questions regarding fraud on my account. She wouldnt even allow me to finish speaking without blatantly speaking over me and cutting me off knowing that it was fraud on my account . I was asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she told me flat out no and hung up on me . Who put her in this position to abuse her power of authority . Fire her and any other employees that do not know how to communicate in a respectful non condescending non discriminatory manner . I will be filling a harassment police report on her . As well as IQ Data for not taking into account that they did fraud on my account .
