  I have not gotten any contact from moving out of my apartment in 2021. Out of the blue, I get a phone call demanding I pay a $7000 debt! The woman on the phone, ******, was beyond rude and aggressive. Multiple times she demanded I had one hour to contact her back and call my mother, as she was a guarantor. They told me I could not make payments and had to pay in full. She repeatedly asked me humiliating questions, all while not allowing me to ask where this debt was coming from and what it was owed for. She refused to email me a receipt for any type of payment and would not email me a breakdown of why I owed this money. She told me because the majority of my rent was paid by covid relief, I should not go against it or challenge her because they will revoke payment. She threatened me saying they would do anything and everything they could to get their money and when I asked if that included garnering wages she said that was above her pay grade. Her and then her manager, were both demanding I call back within an hour to pay my debt. They both yelled at me and told me to "call my mother" to get her to pay. They refused to have a conversation, refused me trying to understand what the debt was for and were so hostile. This company should be shut down! I have never had a debt collection company speak to me this way! And will not again.

  K the supervisors yelled at me and cut me off got rude and hung on me I have time today lol she dont even know I will be contacting everyone I can everyday until she gets in trouble

  This company kept calling my phone and left a voicemail for some ****** person. As a courtesy, I called them back to let them know they had the wrong number, I am not *********************** Rep *************** but called me a liar, and said we just spoke to a ****** at this number 2 days ago.I said that is a miracle because this is my phone only and I dont know who this ****** is. He proceeded to say *****, ,thats not true, And so I told him he was harrassing me, yet he continued **** then said well call back another time and hung up.Very Rude, unprofessional behavior.

  All I can say if now I know why they created the ****** This company violates pretty much all of them while talking to you like you are beneath them. This is a fraudulent account opened up by my father unfortunately and I have filed fraud charges on him for it. I sent over all that information and she still tells me oh well I still have to pay his bill! No way! I would not pay ********* for someone else's debt! I learned today the only way I can resolve this debt is to get an attorney. This is ridiculous.

  I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone who may have the misfortune of dealing with IQ Data International, the debt collection agency that has been harassing me over an alleged outstanding balance from my previous apartment complex.My experience with IQ Data International was absolutely appalling. The agent I spoke with was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely uncooperative. They demanded that I pay the debt immediately without providing any evidence or documentation to support their claims. When I pushed back and asked for proof of the debt, they became even more aggressive and condescending.It's clear that IQ Data International is a shady and unethical agency that preys on vulnerable individuals, using intimidation and bullying tactics to get what they want. Their complete lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and I would not recommend dealing with them under any circumstances.If you're unfortunate enough to receive a call or letter from IQ Data International, be prepared for a nightmare. They will stop at nothing to get your money, even if it means resorting to illegal and unethical practices. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

  Spoke with 2 people from IQ Data. This is all about 2800 owed to my previous apartment complex, which I already have a payment plan set up through them and money already was taken out of our account. The manager *** was one of the rudest individuals I have come across! He referred to my as not a customer but as a "delinquent person " and that they are not a customer service company. He than harassed me for the funds which I was not able to give at the time and kept on badgering for money. "Well it sounds to me like you and your husband need to pull up your boot traps and pay." IQ Data by far are some of the most uneducated, rudest, and meanest individuals I have talked to!

  In March 2023, I received a letter from Data IQ about a collection owed to a previous apartment complex. I had lived at the property and moved out in June ************************************************************************************* September 2022 but did not hear back. The property found out that the former property manager did not send out statements of deposit on 8 tenants including myself, and the new manager was unaware they did not get sent and escalated the account to collections. I have emailed back and forth with the property who had communicated to the collection agency and placed the accounts on hold. Then in May 2024, I find out that the collection is on my credit report and lowered my score by 80 points. I contact the debt collection and speak with *************************** and explain that the account was placed on hold by the property and he says it came off hold on 4/24/23. I explain that I have an email from the property on 5/11/2023 that the account was suspended.**** said I should make a payment on the phone since this is a debt I owe and he will delete it off my credit report. I said I don't even know what the debt is for and I said I will call the property to verify. He said that if I hang up to do that, the offer to remove it from my credit report will be "null and void" and that he will mark my profile as "refused to pay" and put notes that it can't be removed in the future. I ask him why is he not allowing me to verify with the landlord especially that I believe there is an error, and he said "cause you are wasting my time over $400". He said I had 30 seconds to pay or the offer is void, and unfortunately, I succumbed.I then learn that in WA state landlords are required to send out move out statements within 21 days (the limit in 2022) and if they fail to do so, they have to return the security deposit and cannot deduct nor collect after the fact. The debt collection used coercive and aggressive tactics to collect an unlawful debt.

  This business practices predatory behavior by contacting friends, family, colleagues and even former colleagues. They are breaking a ton of laws over measly amounts of money, it's very sad. After being harassed and threatened with legal action today, I have contacted my own attorney to sort it out. Beware of these criminals!

  This place break so many state and federal laws, I did report them to the attorney generals office. They are trying to extort ****** in made up fees lol. I am waiting for them to take me to court so I can show a Judge their illegal action of extortion. Of course I will never pay 4 more year and it c Falls off my credit so they can Fudge right off.Dont forget if you dont need credit dont pay 7 yr and its gone.
