      for the customer service being out of country the representative ZARI sounded just like an American great speech normally I don't get that it's hard to communicate with each other and get my point across anyway she was very good

      My auto payment didn't get credited by Zipply for Oct. I called and sent in proof of payment and it was corrected within a few days. They were very responsive and offered me a $20 per month discount for 3 months for the inconvenience. Errors happen. I judge by how a company handles it as to whether I stay. If it becomes a hassle I am gone. I have been with Zipply over a year with no problems until this occurred and pleased with how they took care of it. They haven't lost me as a customer.

      I have had Ziply for 3 years, have only had to call customer service a handful of times but have always been impressed with their employees and ability to address my issues.

      Ziply has done nothing to resolve no landline and no internet service at our home for 5 days and counting. 10/30/2024 we had a trouble ticket for a tech to arrive on site from 8-12. When the tech didn't show, we called in to be told there was an outage affecting more than one customer, no tech would be dispatched as the outage was being worked on. That work was complete as of 2:30 pm 10/30, but still no landline or internet service at our home address. 10/31, we again have a tech coming between 8-12 PST and again a no show. Calling the # ****** recommends is not much help as the tech support service agents are limited in information provided to them to relay to the customer. For instance I called on 10/31 at 11:45 a.m. for an update and was told I would have to call back at 12 pm PST, the earliest tech support could reach out to dispatch via phone or text to determine where the tech is and why the tech hadn't arrived in the window of 8-12 on 10/31. Now the story is the **** is working offsite somewhere trying to remedy whatever is the cause of 5 days without a landline and internet service. Prior to Ziply this infrastructure was owned and serviced by ********. A handful of years back it took Frontier 2 weeks to restore landline service to our service address. Now I will be reaching out to the State Attorney General and also the City of ******** which has a Franchise Agreement with Ziply. Enough is Enough. This level of service is unacceptable for any customer and I have to believe we are not the only customer going without service, and without restored service.
