      I do not recommend this company. I closed our account in July and received a zero balance statement, meaning we did not owe anything. I also deleted our account on the ********************** website, along with our auto-pay information. Today, 10/25, I got notified through email that there is a scheduled auto-pay for $60 being pulled on 11/11.When I reached out by phone, the agent who is not local, she is located in the ***********, informed me that the charge was for a "balance forward" of $60. I'm not sure how it's possible that we owe anything after all the closing activities on the account and receiving a zero-balance bill.This screams fraud to me. Do not trust this company with your payment information. Even if you delete it from their website, they still retain it and will use it to pull money from your account. I've spent too much time trying to sort this out. It was not worth this pain for merely adequate services.

      A Ziply *** came through my apartment complex stating that he was working with the apartment office to upgrade to fiber optics and offer the service to anyone interested, but that the apartment office wanted all units upgraded in case the next occupant wanted the service. He was very believable and the price was good. Unfortunately, when I called the office to see what they had to say about it, they said that there is no partnership with Ziply, they had no idea anyone from Ziply was going through the neighborhood and then sent out a complex-wide email warning residents this was ************, fraudulent practices to get you to sign up for their service. The one star in this review goes to the customer service agent I spoke with over the phone to get the order/install cancelled. She was wonderful - apologized for the agent who used fraudulent means to gain new customers; immediately cancelled the order and install appointment; told me that if I ever was interested in using Ziply in the future to call in and they would be happy to give me accurate information on service and billing.Overall - I do not recommend.

      We are terribly sorry to hear about this experience, *****. This is not a practice that Ziply would condone if it were truly fradulent, but we totally understand why you would have that impression, given what you described. It sounds like our representative was trying to encourage the whole complex to sign up for the service in order to make it more sensible for us to bring fiber to that location, and maybe we fell short of the **** needed by the apartment office. We'd still like to look into this further, and coach that **** in order to avoid having this happen again. Can you please send us some additional details (like address info) to **********************************************************************************************************;

      Ziply Agent Alex started his message with: "I understand, I'm here to listen, and I can help."
      I was upset about an online billing issue. The system wouldn't allow me to update my information because the visa number hadn't changed, but the security codes had.
      Alex was patient and made me feel important. He was determined to help my wrongful late pay status. That was the atmosphere conveyed by this customer care agent.
      This Agent also noticed my long term as a Ziply Fiber customer, when I told him I was now age eighty and dealing with funding staying in my home, he reviewed my service costs and gave me a current bill discount. This helps me pay October property taxes.
