      Ziply has been a godsend compared to my previous provider. I do my work online and so I need a reliable fast high-speed internet and my old provider was constantly crashing. Ziply has not crashed one time and the only time I've ever had a technical error, it was on me LOL I accidentally unplugged it haha. Their customer service is extremely helpful and their technicians are amazing. I would give it 100%

      This company is trash. Auto pay doesnt work correctly, my internet gets shut off without warning, I log in and pay, but I still have no internet and no customer service to fix anything

      I originally signed up for the 50/50 internet speed, but they recently upped it to 100/100 for no additional cost. How great is that? So for, Ziply fiber has exceeded my expectations.

      I tried for 4 days to get a installer to come and move my box. Probably spent 4 hrs on hold, call was dropped, no one wanted to get me a work order. Kept getting told someone would call me back and no one did. Was told they couldn't find my ,account. Hopefully they are coming in a week. **************** *****. Doesn't deserve any star.

      I was highly satisfied with the customer service, sales, and installation process. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The only complaint I have is that the connection is frequently disrupted once or twice per day for just a very short period of time. Normally, this wouldnt be that big of a deal. But I work remotely and its imperative that I have a solid internet connection. So, when the internet blinks out, even for just the usual ***** seconds, its enough to cause a significant interruption in my workflow because I have to log back into all the various online applications I use to do my work. It also results in customer service calls getting dropped if I happen to be on a call when it happens.

      Don't fall for anything they have to say, it's a lie. Ziply is a criminal business and their sales tactics are high pressure and bait and switch. I'm in the family of a long time customer who went through Frontier first, we've had the same service for years and have paid on time. Since their new fiber in the area they've hammered on us so badly (and daily!) with phone calls, mail, email and anything else they can find, to the point of severe harassment. We've told them to leave us alone with good reason, we told them we can't have a line installed due to the layout of our property. And we don't want our property torn up! We've seen the really crappy installation methods from neighboring properties. Their construction guys leave c*** and garbage all over the frontage.Anyway, insisting that they leave us alone wasn't good enough for them. They've now issued a huge increase now for the same service with little to no notice for the increase~ because they can (and even though there's laws in place against business practices like these, the *********** consumer protection services won't help you). It's 2023 and customers are still being treated this way??? We should be able, as a consumer base, to leave this company together and shut them down. Oh, and their general connectivity really ***** too, it's slow and drops connection all the time now, but it's occurred to me that they're purposely messing with our connection to force us to switch. The only thing they're ensuring is that we switch carriers!!

      Very satisfied with contractor representative / installer. Prompt and returned to install a different fiber hub that I purchased on the internet.
