      Best choice in my neighborhood in terms of speed and reliability. Website is easy to use when managing my account and anytime I have called, they respond right away and get ******* done.

      I will say when their service works - its good. It's a shame that they are the only provider I can use to work from home in my area. I used them for a year at my previous address with no issues at all, everything was fast and worked great. Never even had an outage. I moved to a new house literally half a block away from my old house and they have had to come out multiple times because my wifi won't work. They send a tech out who 'fixes' it. It works when the tech is here, then it stops working when they leave. I work from home and this is a HUGE issue for me because they can never come back out same day to fix it. Their customer service is nice but not very helpful at all. If I had other options I would have switched already. Do better. I shouldn't have to move my entire work from home office to someone else's home to work because my wifi provider can't provide me wifi.

      By far they have the best customer service ever. I use to have xfinity and my internet dropped all the time for no reason.. I have not had one problem with ziply.. well i did once but it was my fault modem unpluged.. *******. thanks ziply you guys are great!

      Weve had the internet service with Frontier, then Ziply Fiber. We paid for 500 mbps. We rarely check the speed. About a month ago, we have checked the speed and noticed that it only averaged at 50 mbps.I work 6 days from 7:30 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. The only time I have been able to make the calls are at night and on Sunday, plus 2 hours Saturday morning. And thats the business hours Ziply Fiber has for customer service.After 2 weeks of trying, with a miracle, I found out the tech support phone number that answers phone 24/7. Great, so I provide all the information including our available time and request to schedule the service time on Saturday, 6/3, morning. And the unbelievable happened. First, no message received to confirm the appointment. 2nd, in the morning of 6/3, I had been told that the service request had been cancel due to no access and the date showed as Wednesday, 5/31.I dont want to drag on, anyway, 5 more phone calls, 3 hours spent in total, and I learned 5 different names, ********, *****, ****, unnamed supervisor, and supervisor ****** in 5 days, and I found myself back to ground zero. Supervisor ****** managed to provide me the customer service that only works on 8-5 weekday.I am still using the low speed internet and yet I am still paying for the high speed internet service. Yes, I am still waiting for a tech to come. Yes, I am still hoping the service request scheduled for 6/10 will happened.What can I say, I cant afford to buy new house and move away from the neighborhood. I can cancel the extra pay for the high speed, but I am pretty sure that Ziply Fiber wont care at all..

      I read many poor reviews of Ziply and was was kinda skeptical. But the cost is 1/3 that of Spec****m, so I gave them a try. So far their service has been perfect. The install was fast and easy, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and their network works fine. I stream lots of TV and movies and video chat with friends and family a lot. Even on the lowest cost service it works perfectly. None of the up-sell spam I was bombarded with from Spec****m either. I suppose quality varies from area to area, but I'm very happy with Ziply. Being retired I spend a lot of time online. I would not accept poor service, it's very important to me.

      I had ziply fiber for 2 years, it was poor service and hard to get hold of them. I cancelled it 3 months ago and after I cancelled it they raised their price $10 more a month and charged me for 2 more months until I put a stop on it through my bank account. Within 2 weeks of me disputing it they sent it to collections for when they were fraudulently taking money out of my bank still, very shady company BEWARE!
