      Since the 1st day Ziply ran fiber optic ****************************** modem into my house till now it's has been almost 1& 1/2 years, I still have no ziply service. There were, lost track, at least 9 or 10 appointments with different tech every time. It seems like no one knows what the previous tech ran into and asked for. They came out, the last time is today, 05/23/2023, and tell me the same thing, every time, "oh, i have to ask them to send the guy out to connect you to the system". **************** keeps giving new case number and sugar coat me with empty promises. I was telling them that it's just a waste of company ******** and my time,and my inconveniences. I feel sorry for the company. I am using another company internet, just like to have more option with different technology, but now I lose trust and might as well stick with what I have for internet now. Wish I can give it **** star.

      They have lied, charge for services that some have no control over. It is a disgrace to be with a company who won't help disabled, who charge because of a location that can't get fiber. They charged me when they were supposed to reimburse me. They do not care about their customers only what they can line their pockets with.

      I just got billed double. Ziply said that they did not receive my payment funds in April 2022, so they just decided to put it on May 2023s bill? No notice, they just did it. I have the bank statements to back it up. This company is frustrating to deal with from ALL aspects. Product is meh, customer service meh, but the billing department is just God awful. Do not go with this company, and you'll save yourself a lot of time and headaches.

      They charged me double on 2 occasions. I spoke to their finance people and they were unable to tell me why I was charged more. I have credit card statements proving I didn't miss a payment. They kept ke in the phone for over an hour with no resolution. So I told them I am canceling my service and gave them a shut off date at the end of May, (this month) they decided to take it upon themselves to shut my internet off early, this is after I paid $110 for a month of service when the bill was supposed to be 50. What a joke of a company. Please save yourself the headache and go with another provider.

      Had my share of issues with ******* and Frontier, but Ziply has been nothing but disrespectful and expensive. Having been a FiOS cable and internet customer since it broke ground, we are now told we have to cancel cable to upgrade the internet. My family watches a wide range of shows making streaming services impossible without multiple different subscriptions. Talking to a manager that works at Ziply weeks ago he was confused why they would not let ** upgrade. Internal logistics must be mess at the company.Tried to get a technician out to look at the battery backup and replace an old modem no longer receiving firmware updates, but they cancelled. Not the first time we have been ghosted, the battery backup has not worked since Version owned the network.

      Absolutely the worst billing department I've ever dealt with. Months after closing my father's account, I'm still receiving bills. The fact is, they owe my father $145. I've talked with "customer service" for over 3 hours, there "may be" a resolution. For two months they've told me, "It will be resolved on the next billing cycle" . Yet the bills keep coming. Hours of my life I will never get back. Not only the billing, but the amount they were charging my elderly father was outrageous. Preying on the elderly is not a fair game. I will never recommend Ziply to anyone. If someone is not able to advocate for themselves, be prepared to be completely screwed over by this company.

      We have had Ziply Fiber for a few months now and have totally enjoyed the service. We have 1GB service throughout our home and have never had an issue with customer service. They are a great company and no complaints. Thank you.

      Absolute terrible company have been with since they switched over from frontier. Since the switch we have not had one month with absolutely nothing go wrong. Currently somebody has been able to turn off my phone but it's not me and it's not my phone that has called. According to them service was stopped for non payments. When they go in and look into my file payment is current and they can't understand why that's working that way. It's been this way since January 1st of 2023. If you can go with any other company do because ziply is the absolute worst and their customer service *****

      It happened again today May 25th 2023. Look at that fourth month in a row they call me and say I am behind on my bill and they shut it off. So I go on to the chat mode or a call because the other way neither ***** listens to me and it takes them 45 to 50 minutes to realize hey the account is current why is this shut off. We've had absolutely nothing but issues since we turned on auto pay. My bill is not due until June 9th if somebody can explain to me why on May 25th being current my phone was shut off again for another 45 minutes today. This is becoming absolutely ridiculous never ever ever ever ever ever ever you simply fiber worst company ever allowed in business.
