      Dont go with this company if you value service expectations or your money well spent. The dont follow protocol on install nor refund if you cancel. They keep telling they will but they keep increasing the time frame each time. They charge you a month service upon install, then charge again at the end if the month as a balance due, then if youre signed up for auto pay theyll take 2 more payments; the balance due you never had plus a month forward. After that theyll charge you monthly so when you cancel theyll never refund the 2 payments you shill never have been charged. Dont do it man! Youll be sorry one way or the other!!!

      I've had nothing but great service with zero glitches. And I'm paying exactly 1/2 of what cable internet costs! I checked with all my neighbors who signed up for Ziply before I did and they all said it was doing the job nicely.

      Install went smoothly and on time. I was allowed to choose the plan and speed I wanted. I am aware that this was an introductory price and that it will go up after a year.

      Thank goodness Ziply came along. We were on Xfinity before and could never be sure we would have internet connection from not only day-to-day but from hour-to-hour during the day. Ziply is 99% efficient and on the web for us.

      Ziply Fiber service has been flawless for us.The installation process, which involved digging a trench from the street to our house and laying cable, was very confused and took about 6 weeks when it was promised to be up in a few days. We already had internet service with another provider so it didn't matter to us. If it had been a new install and we were without service all that time, it would have been an issue. Free install. Ziply customer service was friendly and helpful throughout.We've had service for about 1.5 years now. No outages. Always get the advertised speed. Fast upload speeds as well as download. Low latency. No dropped packets. No data caps. No price hikes (so far). Can't ask for more.Recommended. Would not switch back to our previous provider.

      This is worse phone company unfortunately in our shopping center has to do with this company last month I didnt have phone for week and they give me ticket to come and fix it 5 days later even they know is business and this week from Friday I dont have phone they are damage my business they dont care and keep call no one has answer they are awful if I can take them to court I will do that

      Watch out they will tell you one price and then raise your bill saying you were on just a promotion. When someone talks you into switching providers for a price savings you should honor the price quoted. This is classic bait and switch. Shady buisness practices.

      9 months later still trying to get reimbursement for a broken sprinkler line. While I had no problems with the internet connection, the service person broke my sprinkler line when it was set up. I paid out of pocket to get it fixed. I have called multiple times asking for reimbursement or credit to my account. They kept telling me "We will expedite your issue to the local office and someone will call you back about the reimbursement." Guess what no one calls me back and only the local manager can give me the credit. If I ask for the local manager's contact information because there is no longer an office where I live I am told "We can't send you the phone number, or email address local manager, However, I will call you as soon as I hear back from the local manager." It appears Ziply is hiding under "local management in order to avoid taking responsibility for the damages they caused.

      Absolutely horrible company. Was forced to upgrade my service and pay more service took 2 weeks to upgrade because somehow the information the put into their customers accounts does not transfer between their departments. Way less flexibility with bill pay after upgrade. Would honestly prefer to downgrade back to my original service plan.

      After a disappointing install, they took responsibility and made it right. (600 ft of trenched lime)Might I add it was done for free.So how can you complain about that even if it took some time.The internet service is as expected or more Their recent roll out of fiber left them unprepared but the issue was resolved and I am very happy.Started with 2 gig service and upgraded to 5 To be honest the two gig service is probably a better deal as you can reliably achieve two gigs consistently 5 gig is questionable but still a good value.I've had the two gig service for 4 months with no issues moving up to the 5 gig this month we will see if it can live up to expectations.I appreciate their services that has brought ultra fast gigabyte internet to the ****** coast without the hassles of the cable company.My bill is $175 less than it was with spectrum and no more stupid add-on fees or required land line, four times faster internet and I cut the cord got and I'm using ********** and extremely happy.My only suggestion would be that they partner with a company like ********** and offer a package.But really not a big deal.Congratulations Ziply !!!
