      They updated the routers last night and I woke up to no internet. After ****************************************************************************************************************************** the house which includes 5 ***** devices and 4 security cameras. It's taking my entire day.

      THE WORST company. They are constantly playing tricks on their customers, trying to get them to pay more. I have autopay set up with my bank to deliver my payment over a week before the due date and yet they still seem to process the payment after the due date and then charge me a fee. The also have tried to add fees for various things without notice and so then you get a late fee because your autopayment didn't cover the mysterious new fee. When I call, which is almost monthly because of their ineptitude, I always speak to a very nice person in *************** who apologizes profusely and makes the appropriate correction. But I shouldn't have to make these phone calls and I fear that there are probably lots of people who get overcharged by them regularly. I wish the Atty **** ****** in Washington state would investigate this company.

      Excellent customer service! Installation technician was not on time, but he was early which was nice. The technician was also very courteous and didnt make a mess and took his own garbage when he left I had a small billing issue which was resolved very quickly and I have had no connectivity issues, I highly recommend Zipply.

      I have had zipley fiber hooked up for 4 to 5 months now and from were I'm at the internet is slow. Plus when they were setting up the internet they had to dig to put in the wiring and they hit my water line. I can't get anybody to call me back and I call again and that person will fill out an report and still I haven't heard from no one.

      Terrible company, I highly recommend that you stay far away from them. We consistently got (before we canceled service) our monthly bills a week AFTER the due date. They kept charging us late fees and when I called customer service, they said the only solution was to give them our email and credit card info so we could pay online. Ya think they would then sell that info? **, yeah. Horrible, I'd rate a zero if I could.

      I forgot to set up autopay and my bill wasn't paid for fourth months. My bad, I get it. But Ziply turned off my internet with no warning on a Saturday afternoon. No email, no phone call, nothing. I logged into my account and payed my bill, then called into tech support to get things going again. After being bounced around for a bit, I found out my payment was scheduled for the next day (Sunday) so I had to call a different number to post a payment the same day. So I did that and cancelled my scheduled payment for the next day.Ziply had to start a new account for me because they deleted the delinquent one (without notice). after the new account was set up, Ziply informed me that they would need to activate the new account the next day (Sunday) because no one was available past 7:00PM EST. I get it, I'll just read a book or whatever. So I call back on Sunday and was informed that Ziply could not activate my account until the following Tuesday. Bear in mind, I have all of the equipment installed, I just needed someone to flip the switch to activate the account.I work from home so this was not a viable solution. I still have all of the equipment from the competition hooked up (I had only recently signed up for Ziply) so I was on the phone with them minutes later and had their internet activated 20 minutes later.Once again, I hadn't payed my bill in four months, I get it. That's on me. But the fact that there was no warning email, phone call, or text message before shutting things down is crazy to me and the fact that I couldn't get activated again for three days is absurd in this day and age.

      My experience with Ziply has been great. The monthly cost is half the amount what Xfinity charges , and Xfinity provides inferior service: much slower uploads and a channel menu cluttered with useless garbage. Ziply service up-time is 100%, almost too fast to measure almost all the time. I notice there is a lot of whining going on around here. If you read this, keep in mind that happy people do not usually go to the BBB to post. This is just a place to vent frustration. Venting makes you feel better for a moment, but does not fix anything. You have to work through problems. I hope some of these folks come to realize that giving up at the first sign of a problem is lame, and does not help anybody including them. Ziply is growing rapidly, training people, and addressing those problems that do arise; if you have had problems, that's a shame, but for your own sake, stop griping, keep trying to work them out, and give them a fair chance to get it all right. For most people in the *** the only real alternative is Xfinity, and they are nothing but a monopoly. Most of you do not remember what **** was like back in the 70's; ******************** monopolies are a bad thing for everyone except their stockholders. Do us all a favor: think before you type, and be patient with Ziply. For the cynics, NO, no one paid me to write this, and I don't work for Ziply, or own stock in the company, or have relatives that do.

      This will be weird as a review since I don't have Ziply, but they deserve a zero. I started getting texts that they were coming to install my service on the 28th. A couple of problems. I don't have Ziply, I didn't order Ziply, I never contacted Ziply. The texts have no response option, and I tried to get through their online nonsense and gave up. All I wanted to do was cancel an appointment I never asked for and didn't need. I called their support number, and though confused, the woman said that she had cancelled the appointment. Except that I got a call at 9 today, the 28th, saying they were on their way. I called back, got a machine, said I cancelling since I never contacted them in the first place. I got a message some time later that they had finished with their repair (?). Good luck if you have to deal with them.
