      Ziply fiber is misinforming, they try to get any amount of money out of you, and they dont really care about anything besides the money. I was told my bill would never change from 60 dollars. Then it went to 73 dollars, then went all they way up to to 95 dollars. All to find out it was a promo I was never informed about, managed to get my bill lowered and payed the amount I was TOLD to pay of 73 dollars, just to have a past due amount of 105. They were nice enough to take off 20 dollars but I still had to pay 95 dollars when it was their customer service that made the mess up and I shouldnt Of had to pay 95 dollars for their own companies mistakes. Dont go through ziply fiber its a headache.

      Ziply Fiber has been a great company to work with. There have been few problems and when there were, service was back to normal quickly. Service, reasonable price, nice customer service, keeping up with current technology, what more can a person ask for.This company has only gotten better over the years.

      DON'T Believe the five stars reviews as they must be paid. Ziply should have never been approved to take over the telephone / internet lines in Washington. Their customer service is POOR, they nickel and dime you for everything possible item. They don't have a web site for only line payments. For Retirees on a fixed income like me, who are not in the 21 century doing everything electronic, they make doing business very difficult and are increasing the prices again for non-auto pay and paper bills. It was $6 dollars and now it is $10. A 67% price hike. YIKESSSS! No other regulated company by the state is doing that. Was it approved - nope. They are in it for the $$$$$$. If Washington was smart, they would admit they made a mistake with Ziply and figure out a way to DUMP them.Bottom line, if you can drop them and find another option. For us who need a land line speak UP. Maybe the State will hear you.Poor / Broke and Very Unhappy in ********

      Keep it moving and do not even bother with their deceitful and unprofessional service within the **, I received far better support from their foreign departments.If you are direct, follow instructions, and have a calendar, they are NOT for you. I received confirmations for my installation for today from 8am-12pm, I received a last message at 6am confirming the appointment today and of their communication before arriving. Fast forward to noon, I call to follow up with what happened. The guys that answer your call at the beginning are the least trained, least courteous, poor communication having representatives, they will ask for your information and will immediately transfer you without a word, notification, or reason. I dont understand their purpose when I have to give my information once more, over and over until I have a resolution unless they cowardly do not want to help. My husband took the day off of work because we had our service scheduled, he was going to work on his finals once it was up and running. Ziplys unsophisticated system, US employees, and in general as a service provider have deceived us. No call, no-show, 2+ hours on the phone, and ATTITUDE. We are now out his day of pay, his studies have been jeopardized, and they are just as confused as they were this morning. Save your time, money, energy, and sanity and schedule with someone else. As a person that wants the simple business transaction of paying for an internet service and them provide it, this place will drive you madness with their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability or remorse for the damages their customers incur because of them. After 5 people and 2+ hours I had a new appointment, this was just 2 hours ago. 30 minutes ago I received a voicemail stating my appointment was cancelled. I called once again to see what the NEXT ISSUE was. They state there is no issue and my appointment is set. If they FAIL once more they will be losing three accounts, hope its worth it.

      Ziply is unable/unwilling to resolve an issue with a telephone number for our business. We have a business account with Ziply and our main number that is set up to call forward to our mobile service does not and the caller hears a message, "I'm sorry, the person you have called is not accepting calls". This issue has been going on for weeks. We get disconnected? and the tech doesnt call back. The next tech says there are no/minimal notes in the system and we have to start from the beginning with each tech. Working with them has been highly ineffectively and is hurting our business.

      AVOID!We lost internet connectivity last Tuesday. It took them 4 days (!), until Saturday, to fix the issue, that, as it happens could have been fixed remotely. They just 'didn't have a tech available sooner'. In 21st century, with lots of people working remotely and relying on good internet connection, a 4 day delay to fix an issue that the tech said took 5 minutes, is beyond unacceptable. Very disappointed.

      Judging by the 1-star rating, this isn't going to be news to anyone. I would never recommend Ziply for any product or service. I haven't had phone service since last November, and at least four technicians have viewed the problem. They scheduled a service call for 3-1 and then decided to cancel it on their own without even telling me. I still don't have resolution; I just placed my 6th call into service. What a joke this company is, and I will be canceling my service and telling the world whenever I can to disconnect and go with someone else. If I could have chosen something less than one star I would have because Ziply doesn't deserve one star.

      Fair pricing no hassle or grimey sales tactics...they have a great service and they know it and choose to make it affordable...absolutely destroys the competitors can't keep up with the speed of light commiecast.
