      The service is the worst. We pay for high speed fiber and don't have service more than we have it. Just had a tech out last week to install everything new. Hoping that would help. No such luck. It's even worse than it was before. Didn't think that was possible. Their costume service is the worst too!! One of them yelled at my husband, gave him the run around and lied to him. 3 phone calls later with BS run around we finally got a tech to come out. Not that that did any good, my husband had to run most of it and uninstall and install things and then when the guy left we still had no service. Why am I wasting my money, we have been with them for so many years it's ridiculous. We should have switched already! We are moving on to anyone else. Do not bother trying to use their services, you'll be highly disappointed!!

      A garbage company. Horrible customer service (which must be a deliberate decision, nobody can be this bad by chance). Overpriced too. The last time I had a tech visit for a recurring issue - the tech admitted Ziply is deliberately abandoning customer service for cable customers in order to force customers to choose their streaming. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!

      Terrible quality. They shut my service too early and resulted in so much stress. They opened a new account because they messed up on shutting down on the correct date and then they never activated the new service. I have tried at least 10 times over the last 40 days to close that new account and cancel the bill but none of the customer service representatives were able to address it. They also kept saying the issue was addressed, but no I am still getting bills for no service. I ended up paying a bill for an account that never activated and was requested to be closed for 10 times. They are losers and I am doing everything to stop friends and family from using their services.

      Worst customer service iver ever had to deal with. Most people I spoke with cannot help you. Don't waste your time or money. Go with wave broadband. Not to mention it was constantly dropping signal

      From ordering to the tech to the reliability of service, Ziply has been great! Wayyyyy better than the cable service we had before. I recommend fiber over cable to anyone.

      Internet Speeds are FAST and prices are much better than the "Cable Guy". Installation can be a painfull experience but expect it especially if they have to get the fiber from the street to your house. Installers, techs, contractors, utility company, etc etc - they are are lot of moving pieces all dependent on each other and it usually takes longer than you think. But don't give up - the service is worth it but don't cancel your old plan until Ziply is up and running.

      Ziply internet went down in our neighborhood. Took 7 days of repeat calls and hours on the phone and on-line with various levels of tech support by multiple customers before someone finally fixed the issue. By day 7 we gave up; bought a cable modem, signed up on-line and had it working in a few minutes. Ziply came up shortly after. By then our nextdoor neighbor cancelled and signed up for cable internet. At this point I'm paying for two ISP for redundancy.

      **************** has been stellar!! So any of the other reviews you may see are probably due to individual personalities involved. I have been nothing but pleased with Ziply service and quality. I might have to agree a bit with ****** since in this day and age we really should have all underground lines with up to date troubleshooting technology. But all in all, Ziply has been great here.
