      Ziply sends me a monthly text that my account is overdue. I have never had Ziply. I have called them multiple times over the years and nothing has been fixed. DON'T USE ZIPLY. USE ANYONE ELSE.

      Im surprised by all the reviews, since coming from the ******** our only option was *******. I now have both Ziply and ******* (as redundant backup). My experience with Ziply has been far better than with any other ISP Ive ever dealt with. We did have a rough start initially with installation problems, but this was due to practical issues (i.e. conduit was clogged between our house and the corner where the fiber lives). Im spending nearly the same for Ziply each month ($60) as I am for ******* ********** yet the speed has always been far better (****mbps down / ****mbps up vs 400mbps down / 10mbps up) and lower latency, and I have ******* at a promotional reduced cost right now. Not to mention Ziply doesnt have data caps like *******. Its great not having those data caps, since for example when you have them, the company (******* in our case) would nag us and slow us down in ************ not long after we cut the cable (cancelled our cable service) and had far more streaming online, which takes a lot of data if you watch lots of 4k streams like ******* or ******* and etc. Also, that low latency is important if youre a gamer or if you want faster web browsing. Things are just more immediate and responsive and feels far faster and youre waiting less (and more of your waiting is due to the server on the other end). Bottom line: Its amazing to even have fiber internet access and Im personally happy that its Ziply since the service so far has been outstanding, especially when compared to the monopolistic competitors in the area!

      If i could give no stars I would. We lost power on Tuesday due to the wind. Power restored within two hours but as of Saturday (12/31/2022), we have no wifi. **************** has no clue what's going on and we can't get any ETA re when this issue will be resolved.

      Absolutely, the worst customer service ever. I have had a bad connection for several weeks and multiple tickets. The tech support cancels tickets on their own and doesn't contact the customer to let you know they did that. You take off work to be there and they don't show up. I have had several technicians out and still not fixed after 3 weeks. Every time I call for a tech to fix it, I have to wait 2-3 days before they show up only to repeat this when they don't fix it. Ziply is a monopoly in the area and they treat their customers as such. I wish I had another option, they are terrible.

      Zippity recently purchased ******** Communications in my area and service went downhill quickly. I have had technicians not show up during their scheduled time and they tell you if you are out of service you are not being charged however I was charged the last 2 months even though I have been out of service for 2 months. I have to call them repeatedly and always speak with a customer service representative from a different country. I would not recommend Ziply to anyone.

      Ziply is a quality internet provider...They offer multiple download speed packages with tiered pricing. I would recommend Ziply to anyone looking for fast download and upload speeds.

      Not wild about Ziply, esp after they rammed their fiber optic service down our throats with calls several times a week, people knocking on our door 1-2 times a week, followed by mailers 1-2 times a week; ALL at the same time!! Now our internet cable is knocked down into the neighbor's yard be a tree branch and I'm told I have to make an appt?!! For 2 days out?!! Unbelievable!! I never had cr@ppy svc like this with ******* or Frontier!!
