      Ordered a PopYourself figure as a gift for a friend and it arrived damaged. I have been requesting a replacement figure and all they would offer is to replace the head and shorts or a 50% refund. This is terrible customer service! They should be embarrassed that they are asking the customer to repair their product! Or a 50% refund for a crappy product?! Absurd! They make MILLIONS of Funkos and they can't afford to replace their product?? UNACCEPTABLE!

      Love the products but WARNING - DO NOT ORDER FROM THE ONLINE FUNKO SHOP- products will arrive damaged and if you request return youll get charged for the return on the damaged product they sent YOU!

      Been 2 weeks since I ordered, been sitting in a warehouse in ** for 10 of those days. Reached out to them 3 times and have received no answer. Better off buying them second hand. Terrible company.

      I ordered 4 Funko Pops and a wallet from Loungefly. The items were all part of one order and had one tracking number but I did not receive the wallet. I reached out to support and havent heard anything after almost 2 full days. I only placed the order because of the wallet and I will now never order from Funko or Loungefly ever again.

      I pre-ordered a limited edition Funko Pop back in February - with an expected arrival date sometime in July. In the four months between ordering the item and receiving notification that it was being prepared to be shipped, I have moved. I contacted customer service to see if I could change the shipping address since I no longer lived at the address on the order. I was told a flat no. I was told to contact the shipping partner once the item shipped to see if I could change the delivery address. As soon as a shipping label was created, I contacted DHL to see if I could change the address. They told me that it was impossible to change the address on their end, but that I should contact the seller. An endless loop where I would receive absolutely no help. The customer service e-mails also decided to remind me that all preorder items were final sale - meaning there would be no refund for an item that was likely never going to be delivered to me. I also couldn't request a replacement. And they also wanted me to know that if I could have gotten the address changed for shipping, I would have been responsible for any extra charges. A completely horrible experience with a company I had previously really liked.

      Horrible customer service. The price of an item dropped just a couple hours after I placed the order. They would not adjust it and told me I could return the item but would have to pay for return shipping plus the cost of original shipping would be deducted from the refund. They messages were rude and no effort was made to do anything for the customer such as offer a coupon etc. I will never use loungefly etc again. Worst customer service and it's not like the ******************** items are cheap

      Like several others on here, my experience has been terrible with customer service - after not receiving a confirmation email, but having my credit card charge go through.I recently placed an order, with my 2 young sons, for a Pop Yourself as a gift for Father's *** for my husband. They were so excited - spending their own savings. I received the pop up screen confirmation, but never received confirmation email. And we still haven't received the package - 2 days before Father's ***. Methods I have used to try contacting:--customer service pop up screen (text) - just kept trying to send me to their FAQ articles.--leaving a message via their customer service request (5-7 days is the wait time for a response!!! Unacceptable.)--calling the phone number listed here on BBB site. The automated voice through the phone number lists several options of numbers to press, but it does nothing when you press the number. It just goes through the entire automated message and repeats it all over again.--I also attempted to log-in to account, password did not work so clicked the "forgot password/reset" button to reset password. 3 times. Never received an email to reset. (I know they have my email, because I continue to get all their marketing.)I wish I had read all of these BBB reviews before ordering. My boys will be crushed if their gift for Dad does not come in, but it's been a week now - and it said it would arrive 2 days ago. What a scam. FUNKO, ***** this is shocking. My kids both have been collectors. I plan to share on social platforms as well.

      Their customer service is absolutely useless. I had a pre-ordered item that shipped June 4, 2024 via *** SurePost and as of June 10, ***************************************************************************** their possession. The **** tracking number for handoff from *** also indicates they are awaiting the item. The only way to get ahold of Funko is via email and they keep advising it's normal to have a full 10 business day window with zero tracking updates. I have items shipped via *** SurePost fairly consistently and have never heard this and keep advising they have either lost the package or Funko has not provided the item to ***. They are refusing to look into the tracking delay or potential missing item which is now a late birthday gift for my daughter and keep telling me I have to wait until June 14, 2024 to notify them if there are still no tracking updates. I am completely disappointed in this company and will no longer be ordering any products from them. I am fairly confident I will not receive this gift and have to wait to get a refund to purchase a replacement for who knows how long since their customer service won't even research a potential lost package issue.

      False advertising: The jumbo pop is advertised as 18" whereas the actual height is 16.5". When sent this to the support team, got a very general response and no resolution
