      I bought a Macbook Air at costco.com and had it shipped to the warehouse to pick up in a locker to avoid having a $800 computer sitting on my doorstep. When I picked it up from the locker, the computer had been shipped in a plastic bag instead of a box. The Apple box was smashed in on the corners and generally really beat up. The bag itself was filthy. This computer was purchased as a birthday gift. I can't be giving a beat up computer for a gift. I called Costco's toll free number twice and waited on hold for over 40 minutes each time before hanging up. I contacted them via their website and did receive an email response from someone named ************** two days later, asking me if I preferred to be contacted via email or phone. I responded immediately and 3 more subsequent times with no response from ***** or Costco. It's now been over a week since I contacted Costco to initiate a replacement for this Macbook Air. I went to the local warehouse yesterday and they were absolutely unable to do anything for me. They offered to take the return and refund my money but they wouldn't be able to replace the computer for the sale price that I purchased it for. ($150 off).This is by far the worst customer service that I have experienced in recent memory. No response. No solutions. Just apologies and radio silence.The warehouse is probably ok, but I can't stress enough to stay away from costco.com Awful customer service and a HUGE waste of time.AVOID AVOID AVOID F-

      I have a disability in the way of fragrance sensitivity. I talked to a supervisor about how it affects me and was told that they can't require their employees to tone down the fragrance, which I know isn't true because many companies that deal with the public require their employees to at least be moderate about toxic fragrances. The same person at the ******** store always reeks of fragrance. When I asked her about it, she said it was her lotion. Maybe I should just ask her to stay away from me when I go through the self check out line, but I think it's just common, human courtesy to not invade others with strong smells.Otherwise, I like shopping at Costco, especially the organic foods, except I did hear that Costco is allowing Apeel or Organipeel to be used on organic produce. I especially dont like not being told that it's on the produce. I should have the right to not buy something I believe is not healthy for humans!

      Hello to whom it may concern,I recently purchased a fridge online. I seen online that the price had changed and I was having difficulty with a price adjustment on the app. (The fridge was in stock at the time of me calling into customer service.) I was on hold for 45 minutes and waited patiently. When I finally reached a customer service representative she was instantly having an attitude and talked over me any question I may have had. I understand customer service can be frustrating, and I was trying to ask simple questions regarding a purchase adjustment. Before I made the call I made sure that the item was still in stock. I wanted to do the right thing and not order a new fridge and then return the other saving everyone time and money. While I was on old, I guess the fridge went out of stock. The customer service representative was very rude and just kept saying they are not able to help me and didn't understand what I was getting at. I am very dissatisfied with Costco the past few years. I believe the customer service is no longer here. I believe the customer I grew to love and cherish is gone. I believe you no longer care about any of your customers and are only in it for the greed like all box stores. Costco used to mean something. There is no respect in the store or online and it shows.

      I ordered two apple watches of 45mm size. but costco online sent me two 41mm watches. I returned them and asked to reorder. Struggling with them for this for a month now. Still they didnt reorder. they took time from giving the shipping label, process my refund items, check the items, approval for reorder.. Oh my god. They are not refunding or reordering. Its not my fault. still they are irresponsible. Costco purchse in warehouse and customer service are good. But never buy anything costco online. Especially returns with online. They are killing your time and patience. for the past one month I am struggling with them, still they didnt give the resolution. Everytime they says that they will do the re-order but no date.

      Costco Employee **** mistakenly scanned item twice and had a very bad attitude on us when we pointed out her mistake! She said because we did not put items on table and then ask us to walk away to customer ********************** to do the refund. We reported this problem to her manager and manager was trying find ****, but she disappeared!Later, my wife and kid went to the restroom, I was waiting for them to come out, another Costco manager ********* started to talk to me. I was so surprised that ********* said in this situation what we need to do is just walk away. Also, he said they wont let us know how they gonna deal with this case and he wont force his employee to do something she does not want to do to the customer (which means if **** does not want to apologize, they cant force her to apologize), and then he also asked what do we want? Any compensation something about that? I was so upset! What we need is just an apology!Ive been a Costco member for more than 10 years, and normally we went to Union City or ******* site Costco, never been to Sunnyvales Costco and today is the first time and will be the last time!

      I wrote this to the Costco Store Manager for the ********* Location but it wasn't available to select.Dear Store Manager,I visited the ******* Costco at ************************************************************** on Friday, June 16th, at approximately 4pm. I used the self-checkout as I normally do when I need to pick up a few items in a hurry.I am writing because I was approached by a young lady who asked me to see my membership, which has never happened to me in the past. She promptly pointed to a sign on top of the self checkout station and said that it was a "coming from corporate." The reason I am upset and writing you this email is because this felt discriminatory because she did not approach the other customers next to me and asked them to show proof of their membership. I was specifically singled out to be asked to see my membership, which felt invasive and I felt belittled and devalued as a Costco member. Had she asked the other customers next to me who were also using the station, I would have had no issue with her approach but this felt targeted. I am greatly offended at the approach and attitude given by this employee and if this is how Costco wants to conduct themselves, I will cancel my membership.I understand Costco is having an issue with people using other customer's cards but this is not the way to go about it in my opinion. This approach will most likely lead to Costco to a discrimination lawsuit or class action lawsuit in the near future if Costco continues treating their loyal members this way.I would like to leave feedback for Costco "Corporate": If they want to inspect their members' validity, they should do so at the door or don't do it at all. Yes, the line going into the store will be backed up, Costco may lose memberships, people will complain, but that is the only fair method that will work for all members and members such as myself can shop in peace without being harassed to show my membership as if I am committing a crime.

      Costco.com is not a trustworthy or reputable source to purchase expensive appliances from. Buyer beware. **************** advised to cancel the entire kitchen order just to change one microwave choice of color. Needless to say they needed to be hounded weekly for the refunds on the appliances warranties. Along with failing to uphold the original sales offer for all 5 appliances. Shop elsewhere, save yourself the hassle and headaches. Its unfortunate we can give negative stars or this would be ( - 5) star review.

      Got screwed over by Costco. Ordered a dishwasher online and it didnt work. Then I requested a return and got a new dishwasher, but they won't return the original even though it was in the review window. What a scam. It was online, which I regret because I like to be able to get it resolved IN PERSON.
