      This business is NOT service dog friendly. I had my service dog with me when I joined. I provided the paperwork from the school we graduated from. Upon entering the business I went up to the greeter and let her know my dog is a service dog and informed her of the task she is trained to help me with. I was not allowed to enter the store until a manager was called. It took 4 supervisors/managers and a prolonged period before I was allowed to enter the building. They treated me as a criminal trying to enter the building

      Ive been a member for over 30 years. The *************** store has slipped from being great to less than fair. The food court is dismal. Its in unorganised, customers are ignored, there are policys in place the customers know nothing about, its a free for all. For example I order my pizza before I begin shopping. I do this because of the mob of people around the food court trying to get served and I thought it would help with crowd control because I can quickly pick up my pizza and leave. I waited to get someones attention to check on my order for over 20 minutes. When I finally did get someone to check, they sold my pizza to someone else, because I had missed my time limit. DIDNT EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A TIME LIMIT to pick up your pizza, nor is there any notice posted that tells you there is a time limit. Come on COSTCO, get program. Your servers are working their butts off and you havent done a **** thing in all the years Ive gone there to streamline the process. The next time you hear from will be an email from the Springfield store that a customer ordered over 700 pizzas and never picked them up. Yes I have the funds to repeatedly do this until you wake up.

      The customer service at the *********, **********, Costco is always horrendous, and I hate that its the only one in the area. *** lost count of how many rude encounters *** had with their staff. From reps closing lanes in front of you after theyve seen and acknowledged you waiting in line, throwing away personal items instead of putting them in lost and found, or simply letting you know before leaving the story, asking you medical questions about your small service pet, then calling security to chase you down because they dont believe you anyway, Ive had it with this location! I dont know if theyre racist, wannabe cops, think everyone living out here is an unemployed ***, or what, but theyve hired nothing but disgusting people for years. If you go to the Lancaster location, as of May 2023 watch out for service representatives ****** and ****. Not only are they lackeys looking to stir drama due to lack of authority outside of their jobs, but they seem to be contributing nothing more than the evil eye and hostile energy. The management, which seems to be ever changing, should be ashamed. This is more like a jail house shipping center than a super market. Something needs to be done about this.

      Customer beware! One year ago, I bought a refrigerator from Costco. It has twice failed. The initial occurrence happened in the early months. Month 11 marked the second occurrence. I chose Costco because I believed they provided exceptional service and I also bought a 5-year guarantee from them. The refrigerator stopped cooling this time. 23 days have passed, and the problem still persists. They assert that they are looking for the component (a fan motor). Costco declines to provide a refund or exchange, and neither will the manufacturer. Since we have five children, it is tough at best to function without one. For one to two weeks, I can get by, but this is not acceptable.Additionally, we've lost a ton of money as a result of this, which I'm not even asking for. I gave them lots of chances to have this fixed, but now I just want my money back so I can get a new refrigerator. Additionally, I have wasted over 20 hours on pointless phone calls and emails.       Do not buy a refrigerator from Costco, they tell you a date and then 3 weeks later you dont have a fridge and they say they arent even sure when it will arrive.

      I have been a member for 12 years and Ive never been more disappointed in Costco member services. I was offered a promo of $600 to activate phone service through a Costco vendor. They told me it would take 90 days to receive the $600 that was back on December 23, 2022. It is now May 5, 2023 and no money has ever been received. I believe this to be an absolute scam and knowing member services has not made it right has moved me to cancel my membership. Every employee at Costco has told me I am entitled this money, but must go through a series of approvals through corporate nonsense to make it right for the customer. Which almost 5 months later still does not care. So disappointed in Costco. ******** ****

      They do not stand behind their products. DO NOT buy electronics from them. We purchased a computer form Costco for my som for Christmas. A very expensive, 17 inch MSI gaming computer. The screen FELL OFF after a year. Literally separated form the back part of the computer and detached. Luckily, I kept my receipt and sent it in to Costco because they have a 2-year product warranty that extends the manufacturer's warranty. Well, Costco said- Nope, this is a "Normal Defect" and was not covered. Are you kidding me, Costco? Computer screens just fall off where you are? It won't turn on and the screen is detached and it's perfectly fine? I will NEVER buy a product form Costco's electronics department ever again, and neither should you. They are junk products not backed by a lying, junk company. Do better Costco.

      I ******************** from Costco and when I purchased it had 3 years of Hisense and 2 years of Costco warranty that was mentioned time or purhcased. I loved the ** till it got power board got messed up. I called Costo and then Hisense. ******* says It had 1 year warranty and Costco said it had 2 years of warranty. but There were unable to provide evidence and Sent me half screen shot of item which says 2nd year of warranty by costco. But didnt mentioned how many years of warranty on it. I am stil fighting for it and we will take them in court if i need to. Prevously costco been very good about providing support but resently they changed there policy and looks like costco will go down. Good luck and No Thank you for bad service.
