      They are completely rude, and as much as I dont like to nor believe in the racist card for myself at least. Ive noticed it this past weekend, and I am extremely appalled. Do better Costco yall ****.

      About 3 weeks ago , we decided to upgrade our washer and dryer. Once the third party delivery company came, they had damaged one of our machines, left it out in the pouring rain standing staring at it around like buffoons. We had asked them to me taken back and exchanged as they were damaged from delivery and from the rain. When they left, they also took our current washer and dryer with them. We had called and asked for them back, we never saw them again. They also were supposed to be delivery our new washer and dryer tomorrow, we were GUARANTEED by the supervisor this would happen, and now were getting a notification that its not coming, and now its set to come on a date we will be out of town. This is unreal. So not only have we not had a washer and dryer for weeks (with a potty training toddler) , the delivery company STOLE my working washer and dryer I could be using in the mean time. The customer service rep basically told us too bad. Unreal.

      I ordered a ****** computer last week and my order was cancelled on April 18, 2023, the day before I was waiting to receive my product. I contacted COSTCO online customer service, and I was told your order cancelled because your financial institution did not authorize your charge as your name and billing address did not match with your name and delivery address. I contacted my credit card customer service; the customer service said it is not true. ********************** online charged your credit card, and we approved the payment, two days after they refunded me. I placed the order again; I called my credit card customer service to let know I made this charge, and I asked them to make sure the charge for my computer do not bounce back. My credit card company assured me on my order price approval. I was informed by my credit card regarding the order approval and charge I made for my ****** computer. I was informed by COSTCO online that I will receive my computer on Monday April 24, 2023. Surprisingly, I receive another e-mail from COSTCO notifying me that my order cancelled again for the same reason as they did last time. I could Costco customer service, they blame my credit card for not honoring my charge, I called my credit card, they told me Costco lying to you, and the bank authorized the charge I mad as they promised me before and this is COSTCO again refunded back my credit card for the second time. I called again COSTCO online customer service, and I talked a gentleman asking to fix the problem I offered both customer service representative that I can give you another credit card and they said you have to place a new order and you have to pay $500 more for the computer as the rebate is not exist and they might refund me the $500 later.       I purchased the ** Styler WiFi Enabled ******************* System, Chrome from costco online on August 22, 2021 and delivered it as a gift to my daughter in ********.As of now, this is unusable as it is leaking and flooding the apartment floor, which is costing a lot of money.I contacted Costco, but they said 90 days had passed, so go to ** to resolve it, and ** seems unwilling to resolve it.As a long-time Costco customer, I had the idea that the products sold at Costco were carefully selected and good products.In the future, this idea will have to be abandoned.Costco does not take responsibility, so you should be very careful and think carefully when you buy something.

      My mom sold Her house A while ago And not having power of attorney I did not see the closing statement until now. There was a $13000 hero program charged through We Care, an air conditioning she did not need as her home was fairly new and she never used her AC. She was 88 years old, did not know anything about computers and knew nothing about emails. Apparently to use the Hero Program you need to have a email which she did not. So they must have made a email for her and fraudulently used it to complete the process telling her it was Free. At 88 you think if they did care, as their name implies, they would have asked for a family member to be present, which was not the case. This was elder abuse. As some of the reviews state this is their MO. This will go further then this review as it seems that they got her at costco, so we will start with them and work our way up, and please don't think I'm going to stop when you have a token fix that is your standard BS that I have seen in other reviews. I will be the guy in front of the ******** costco with the banner and bullhorn passing out flyers.

      I have called multiple time with costco and everytime i hear that someone going to call you from logitistic team. But no one reach me out as of now. Ticket number for the esclation team is SR**20466 and another open SR**1010952 with claim number ****** It's today 14/04/2023 and still the issue not fixed. Please advise if someone can.

      I went to Costco as I normally would to do my groceries. Once I got to the self check out an employee asked to see my membership card, I asked him why? He said we just began checking I said okay.. I showed him my card and I went on. I noticed he did not ask anyone else in line. I WAS THE ONLY HISPANIC in line everyone else was white! I approached the manager and she just scanned my receipt. Nothing was done at all after that. This is disgusting that Hispanics get racially profiled! I will contacting the news to cover this and letting everyone know how Costco treats minorities!

      I bought GE dishwasher from Costco direct which includes installation also . When they deliver our dishwasher they simply refuse to install instead they take the old one out and put new in its place,THEY JUST TAKE ALL CONNECTIONS AND LEAVE PUPES AS IT IS NOT EVEN COVER THEM AND KEFT WITHOUT TAKING ANY SIGNATURE. As a result the water was leaking and damaged the basement under kitschy and our kitchen cabinets and when we call them they said ask fire department to fix it , we will send our handyman after 4 days . So we call our handyman pay him and he secures our leakage but damage is still there . We took photos of everything. After 4 days they send someone to fix it again but again he just plug in without any water connection and also break side clips and leave without taking signature. We immediately lodge complaint at Costco they said call ***** call them **** ask them to send someone who take a look of our damages but till now no one come to check and on top the clips cost me another 48 $ . Dont knyhow to proceed further

      On 03/17/23, I placed an order for a washer and dryer to be delivered on Tuesday, 03/21/23. However, when the delivery arrived, they gave me the wrong order - a black one instead of the white one I had ordered. I had to make several calls back and forth to exchange it and reschedule the delivery for Friday, 03/24/2023, which they said they would confirm by email. But I didn't receive any confirmation, so I called again and was told that the delivery was not possible on Friday because they had no record of it. After spending a couple of hours explaining the situation again, I was able to reschedule the delivery for 03/31/23 and finally received a confirmation email and text message. However, when the delivery arrived on Friday, it was a damaged order, so I had to make more calls to exchange it and reschedule the delivery, which took more time and effort. This time, the delivery was scheduled for 04/10/23, and I received confirmation by email and text message. But when I called today, they told me they didn't have anyone available for my delivery, and there was no record of it on their end, despite the confirmation messages I received. Now, I'm spending more time trying to reschedule for tomorrow. I hope to get this resolved soon, as this has been a frustrating experience with my purchase.

      We had a replacement sent to us for a defected item. We then returned the defected one to Costco in person. Then they still charged us for the second one even tho it was a replacement and we returned the defected. We had one product and two charges. I spoke to them a week ago and they still have no returned the money. *** had to call them three times and call the store I turned into over the span of a week and after they told me someone would reach back out in email and never did. They still have my money and its gathering interest on my credit card now. Its like they just got a loan from me, I wonder who else they do this to.
