1 starCostco online return is biggest problem. I returned one item online and followed Costco representative instructions for the return label. The retuned label print with different tracking number other then subject of the email but return address is same. Costco received this item. But still after more than two weeks NOT get my money back. When I called the first time after retuned (Costco received the item) one agent said to me that she is submitting a form for refund but after three days did not get the refund call again then next agent said to me that b/c the first agent filled the refund request so I will get my refund in two days. Again after two days No refund. Then called again then third agent said that there is No one previously filed any refund request. What a Surprise !!!!!!!. Anyhow still not get my refund after 15 daysReview fromYefei Z

1 starI'm writing to share my recent experience with Costco.com, which has left me feeling extremely frustrated. This is actually the second time I've ordered from the site, and unfortunately, both the shopping and return experiences have.I had ordered two bottles of honey. However, what I received instead were two bottles of Tylenol, ibuprofen, and a few bottles of nasal spray. I immediately contacted customer service three times, but unfortunately, none of the representatives were able to provide a satisfactory solution. The third representative I spoke with suggested that I wait for *** to come to my house to pick up the wrong order, and only then would a replacement be sent. Unfortunately, as someone who works during the day, I simply cannot wait for *** to arrive. When I suggested an alternative solution, such as receiving a *** label so that I could drop off the package myself, I was told that this was not possible.I find it incredibly disappointing that Costco's customer service has deteriorated to such a low level. This mistake was made by Costco, and yet they are unwilling to help the customer by creating a *** shipping label. Overall, my experience with Costco.com has been extremely frustrating, and I hope that the company will take steps to improve their customer service going forward.Review fromLori G

1 starI have had the worse experience with the ********************** at the Raileigh Costco. They do not tell me that they are not audiologists until after you buying the hearing aids. I ended up making 4 visits before buying the hearing aid. What they didn't tell me is that if the hearing aid when you receive it is not working e.g it doesn't provide any hearing advantage they will re-do it for 2 years. So I are stuck with a bad hearing aid. They did not tell me this before you buy. They made it seem that they will fix anything before you buy.Review fromJAY M

1 starYesterday I went to Costco in ******************* with my wife's membership card. She could not go due to health problems including allergies. Moreover, because only 3 items worth $20 were to be purchased for cash. I checked in the counter but that lady denied as my wife was not there and called the supervisor. Supervisor took my ID to and went to check something. She returned after 10 minutes and told me that I can't use my wife's card and must sign-up for my own membership which was not worth for me as we hardly shop at Costco. Most items in Costco are in bulk and more expensive than ******* and Kroger. She didn't even allow me to check in at self-check counter where I could pay without someone checking membership and rushed back to me and took back my items forcefully and asked me either to get membership or leave. I told her that if this is the rule, you must stand here to check everybody's membership card at self-check and same way at the Gas station where I know many people use others' cards. But she was very rude and pushing me to leave. I knew that she was discriminating against me as I am Asian and she would have allowed if someone of her community were there. I left and bought same items from Kroger at lower prices. I realized that ***'s club is much better than Costco as they do not discriminate and sell items even in small quantities without checking the membership card as Costco did to me.Review fromMaya M

1 starComing from someone who travels a lot and has used their membership all over This is the worst Costco location in the world! The level of RACISM and unprofessionalism is disgusting and despicable. I literally left the building with loads of anxiety and fear, sick to my stomach-needing to vomit. The worst part is that is starts from the management down to the employees. I was turned away as a paying customer and my card was oddly confiscated even though my membership was verified by the person who went out his way to verify it *****, the night-time manager. I was profiled and accused by *****, he accused me of coming through with my little friends and making a purchase already that day. Which I havent. Totally confused I asked many questions but the important ones were not answered and I got the run around. I told ***** that I wanted to talk to **** and only **** (apparently the other manager on duty) because I didnt feel comfortable dealing with him, I vocalized it many times and he refused but I insisted.. he showed that he really didnt want to go get **** (who I spoke with minutes before about one of the employees being very micro aggressive and trying to intimidate me, this employee followed behind me and called me you people which is a clear indicator). Finally **** was brung out whom I had little interaction with because ***** kept aggressively pursuing me and this situation in the front of the store in front of all the other customers. He degraded and embarrassed me in front of all the shoppers ringing up their stuff. **** was silent & confused. Of course none of them looked like me; a YOUNG black girl who was actually checking out by herself. He brung up that people were fighting earlier that day in the store and the cops had to be called but I dont know why this was brung up.. I was there in the evening and he described the incident being in the morning. I urge everyone who wants to feel safe shopping in this store as a person of color- NEVER DO.Review fromPenelope T

1 starI recently let my Costco membership expire because it was such a bad shopping experience. Low quality food, gimmicky products, and rude employees didn't help. I gave **** Club a try and found it to be way better in every aspect. Scan and Go is a game-changer! Free online shipping for Plus members is something Costco can only dream about. **** also has much better meat and fish selections. Costco's steaks were manipulated by mechanical tenderizing, introducing bacteria to the center of the meat (read the label)Members **** beats ******** in most categories, can't recall how many times I had to return ******** products for low quality or defective merchandise.I tried to order an appliance from Costco to get a good deal, but every time they were "just sold out" and "will get more in next week", yet a year later they are still out of stock. Sure, their gas is top-tier, but you burn 2 gallons waiting in line to fill up! I almost believed their brainwashing but after so many negative experiences and comparing them to ****, I see it about the same as a used-car salesman's prepared line - nothing but rubbish! Shop around and don't fall for their marketing gimmicks! There are much better options.Review fromRick P

1 starIllogical and consumer unfriendly return policy. This is a store that will literally let you return used mattresses, half-eaten food and worth clothing, but not unopened electronics after 91 days. Avoid. Shop elsewhere.Review fromMahesh S

1 starOrdered a dishwasher on Jan 31, 2023. First they shipped a wrong dishwasher. (It was taken back)Second they decided to cancel my order.I called on to make sure that the dishwasher was not cancelled and I will wait for when they can deliver. Finally on Feb 21, 2023, I cancelled the order. Costco is not providing the refund. each and every time I call the customer service they ask for 5-7 business days. Also the customer representatives cannot escalate the issue. Not sure if I will see my refundReview fromBlanca M

1 starMy sister and I, as well as our kids went on Sunday noon for a quick shopping, my daughter wanted a slice of pizza and ice cream since it was past lunch time, and we told them that was ok, they have our membership on their phone and my sister and I went inside the store, there was this huge over 200 pounds lady at the door asking for the membership, I have been reading the reviews and its the same woman I am talking about (your regular *****) I believe her name is *****, not that long after we receive a call from my daughter that they were having an issue at the front. My sister went there and this horrible, racist, woman was yelling at the girls, she stopped them from enter to the store, she said that because they were not members and they were not 18 they needed to get out now! the girls one: tried to show they membership, two: let her know moms were inside, or anything, she continued to yell at them, profiling them and making racist remarks, the people who were walking in got in the same boat of that horrible racist witch and called racist slurs to the kids as well, one will expect people will have a brain if not heart at all.A manager name ****** came when the kids rightfully refused to get out and this man being more reasonable, hear them out, my daughter told him "before anything else happens I need to call my mom and you can talk to her instead since this lady didn't want to hear us out" My sister got there, the monster lady said a bunch of lies to the manager and denied that the girls told her we were inside, the man apologized to my sister and the girls but the horrible woman remained in her post. While my sister was leaving to resume our shopping a man hit her with the shopping car and told her big mean words (starts with F) saying he was trying to get to his wife and she was in the way, during this whole time my sister kept her composure, this was such an unfair situation of racism created by a Costco worker!
