      Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I ordered and returned package since December I call every week about the same thing. They confirm delivery of the package yet refuse to refund. Every customer service rep I have spoken with says the same thing that the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days and I keep calling back because they dont refund. No supervisor to talk to and the stores and online are separate entities. I dont know how long they have to drag this when their system shows item has been returned.

      When you order online they package and ship everything in one box. Household cleaners are carelessly thrown on top of food items. Everytime I have ordered the cleaners are busted open and have contaminated the food items. I have filed complaints and it continues to happen. They do nothing to fox the issue. They say I have to bring the damaged products into the store but that is over an hour away. Customer service is awful.

      Purchased 4 new tires. I WAS NOT told or recommended to get an alignment. Due to the lack of recommendation, I had major issues, had to purchase a new wheel base and another tire. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE!

      Buyer Beware of the Costco *********** Pharmacy department. No integrity at this facility! These people filled a prescription with one that I ordered and one that I did not order and put it in the bag without me seeing it and hand it to the pharmacist without me seeing it and then won't fiox their mistake or even admit it! The only reason I gave then 2 starts is so that my review doesn't get filtered out!

      We ordered a washer and dryer around 2/20/23 to be delivered on Saturday, 2/25. At the delivery, the delivery people had to be convinced to install it, even though it was clearly part of the purchase agreement. They said it was not their job. I made calls back and forth, and they finally agreed after the costco warehouse called them directly. They installed the washer, but said they could not install the dryer, but that I would have to call Costco again. Well, I did and the next day we learn they dropped off the wrong dryer. After talking with costco staff, I reordered, and the person on the phone said I should expect by 3/1/23 to have the replacement brought. Well, the dryer arrived by 2/28/23 to the warehouse, but they said they can not deliver until 3/7/23. I begged and pleaded, reminded them what they have put me through, but they woudn't change it. I am in the process of looking for another option to buy a washer and dryer, and will call them to pick them both up. I wasted hours of my time, a weekend, and was left for weeks unable to do wash. Unless they fix it I'll never purchase an appliance from them again, and would not recommend it.

      Going to Costco has to be the worst experience ever of any supermarket. It is always and I mean always extremely busy since there is only one of them in the whole city. Also their app is horrible when ordering anything. Super difficult to use and not user friendly at all. If there was an option to give zero stars I would.

      I got an empty UPS pouch after I paid over $500.
      I purchased earrings for my wife birthday gift at costco.com and they sent the item via UPS. However, I just found an empty UPS pouch in front of my door. I do have a Blink door bell camera and there was not anyone tried to take the item inside the UPS pouch. The real problem is the UPS pouch itself. One end of the pouch has not sealed properly. I mean the pouch made wrongfully. However, Costco.com shipping process team has used the defected pouch for my wife gift and I got nothing.
      I reported this problem to the customer service immediately but they denied my case because the item has some value. So, I am waiting for the decision after disputing this case at my credit card bank.
      I do not understand how they put the item with value into a crappy pouch. If they put this item into a box, I might have the earrings and made my wife happy.
      I still do have the crappy pouch for the evidence and would like to share images but there is no option to upload images. So I uploaded those images at ******** and the link is below.

      Anyway, do not buy any small item with value at costco.com. You might receive an empty pouch.

      I had purchased numerous boxes of honey bunches of oats. I started seeing maggots and flies in my pantry and didnt know where they were coming from until my son opened the box of honey bunches of oats. The bags were sealed and you can see maggots and flies in the sealed bag. I have taken pictures and videos. I went to Costco to and showed the boxes to the manager and she said she would file and incident report. Never heard from anyone from Costco. Since then I had found maggots in all of the food that was stored in the pantry and had to throw all of it away because the maggots had burrowed through other boxes of cereal and grains, flour and other dry goods in the pantry. I went back to Costco and spoke with an another manager and filed another incident report at the end of November and still have not heard from anyone. Costco says that they value your opinion. I feel not valued since they never responded to my two incident report.

      Beware: Paid for a Costco travel trip which was advertised for 3 nights in ******, 3 **************, and 3 night in ********, and there was a small print box at top of the search page that said if you select the box you allow an overnight flight and lose one night in a hotel- however further down on the page, it shows drop down menus with 3 nights in each which we selected. It was extremely misleading and deceptive. The trip is also advertised upon search as 9 NIGHTS IN HOTELS. We felt completely deceived when in the receipt of our payment we realized we were given only 2 nights in ****** because of an overnight flight. We did not actively choose this, and were deceived by very small print, which must happen all the time. Multiple calls to customer support and managers, and ********************** travel will not compensate us in any way, not paying for an extra night , as we believed we were getting, or even giving us a discount if any kind. Very sneaky and deceptive, well trained customer service workers who have been told exactly what to say. This is clearly intentional on the part of costco travel to deceive buyers into unknowingly selecting the overnight flight so there are less nights in hotels. This has been a very upsetting experience so far and they have done nothing to admit their problem or compensate us for the way we were deceived.

      This review is for Costco Travel. I attempted to book a cruise through their website. I made it to the end of the booking and attempted to submit payment however the website timed out. It gave an error message that said payment was not completed and to call their service support #. Rather than attempt the process again on a buggy website, I instead booked through another travel agent. The following day I found that Costco had in fact charged me. I have several thousand dollars more than expected on my credit card. I called Costco Travel to get the charge reversed. They eventually said I would get a full refund but that it would take a month, possibly a little longer. I was essentially at the mercy of Royal Caribbean. About 3 weeks into this mess, I have only received a partial refund. It turns out that there was some confusion and Royal Caribbean imposed a non-refundable penalty. Another call to Costco ************ was finally able to get the penalty issue resolved but Im still waiting for the remainder of my refund. Please be careful using Costco Travels website. You might find yourself being forced to loan thousands of dollars to a cruise line.
