1 starI paid for an installment service for the tv I purchased at Costco. After two days and hours of being transferred no one could help me. I highly suggest you dont purchase electronics at Costco. You will never be able to talk to a live person. All you get are numbers to help and again that is recorded. Horrible service at Costco. Dont put your faith in a company that refuses to help you after you already have paid for the service!!!Review fromXiaoyan H

1 star28th Dec. 2022 i ordered items(total is $85.89) in costco.com , but i never get it, so i check the tracking number show me the package unable delieve. so i contacted customer service the agent said they will reshipping to me, but i still dont get it so i contacted again the agent told me my order still not ship yet, so i told him i want to cancel it. he said ok he help me cancel and he told me i will get full refund after couples days, then untill 11th Jan.2023 i just get part refund $28.63. another refund $57.26 not refund, so today i contact agent again, he told me i will get after 2 days but not guarantee it, so i dont understand why you dont guarantee to refund to me, i never get package the you still charge my money. i already contact customer service 6 times, but never get fix my problem.i cant believe costco customer service such bad.Review fromSimanta D.

1 starSo in late 2022, Costco online started an offer of $500 gift card for $3000 purchase. I purchased a Macbook pro ($2600) and a speaker ($450) and availed the gift card. I spent the gift card, and then a problem started with my speaker. I couldn't get it's firmware updated leaving it unusable. I called Klipsch customer support and they suggested it could be a defective piece and it's just easier for me to exchange or return/rebuy as I was still within the return period. I took it to my Costco warehouse and they said they dont have it in stock so can't do an exchange and they could just take a return and I can purchase it again. So I returned and refunded it. The next day I got an email and a charge on my CC for the $500 gift card Costco had issued me, as I supposedly returned it which lowered my purchase to less than $3000. Since then I called Costco customer service and chat about 5-8 times (after I repurchased that same speaker), made an appeal to see if they could refund my $500 credit card charge as I didn't return the speaker for convenience, but because I had a technical issue and then I rebought the speaker... but nothing worked! So effectively, if you have any issues with the item you purchase using that gift card offer, you are out of luck.. it's not really a customer service focused policy.Review fromJerry P

1 starI drive a ********************************************************* the **. I am having extreme difficulty in getting Costco to honor their warranty. If I want my tire actually installed by them as is indicated in the warrenty they want me to wait a month and a half for an appointment. I took the tire off and will have to put it on myself as I obviously can't wait a that long. The whole reason I went to Costco in the first place was to avoid such a thing. I have also had to make multiple trips to another Costco (in ********). It's an hour plus drive each way. After ********* Costco called ******** Costco (it took 45 min on hold to get thru) they said they could replace the "loose" in about an hour. After driving all the way out there I was told they wouldn't have it done until tomorrow. So now I have to drive out to ******** tomorrow and then put the tire on myself. The two things I hate most are being stuck in traffic and auto maintenance. Ultimately I am out about six hours of my time and I have to do most of the work myself. 1 starI'm an Executive member who pays $120 a year. I'm supposed to get a 2% rewards certificate mailed to me at the beginning of each November. I did NOT receive mine in my mailbox in November, so I called three times--in November and December 2022 and again on January 10, 2023--and each time I've been told to "wait another 4 weeks." The rewards cheque was issued Nov 7th (I was told), then re-issued Dec. 23rd.... But still I DO NOT have it, and it's been more than 60 days. Obviously something is NOT working right, so instead Costco should send those rewards to my local store's customer service so I can redeem and use them!! Whatever the reason for these delays, that is of no concern to me. Whether it wasn't printed; or didn't get mailed; was mailed but then lost or mis-delivered by **** (it's happened before); or stolen from my mailbox (which is under lock and key), none of these are in my control, so I should NOT be made to keep waiting month after month for who knows how long. 1 starBought an oven before Thanksgiving. After 3 scheduled delivery dates came and went, it finally was delivered on Dec 19th. Due to an issue, the old oven could not be hauled away at that time so I was told to call and they could probably get it done the following day. When I called, they said the first available day was January 6th which I accepted. I was told to call the night before to get a pickup time window. I called on the 5th and was told that there wasn't a record of any scheduled pickup for my returned refrigerator (so many things wrong with that). As of now, the old oven is still sitting in the middle of my living room.Review fromGerardo D

1 starI bought a tire from this location and is under warrantee for 80K miles. *** last Oil changed I had ****** dealership measured my tires at 4/32. I brought it to this location and the Supervisor said, 4/32 still good and safe to drive. He also added and said, the next oil change it should be ready to be change. I had my oil change again at ****** Dealership on 12/2/22, rotated the tire at the same time & every oil change as required. ****** said tire measurements is at 3/32 in RED and they recommend to have a tire change for safety reason. I had to sign a Waiver to drive the vehicle with the condition of the tire. I took it to this Costco location and the two Supervisor's was telling me this tire has plenty of thread. It's still 4/32. I said to them, wait a minute, 6 months ago you measured it in front of me at it was indeed 3/32 just like ******'s measurements. This time, after accumulating more mileage, you are telling me that it is 4/32. Something doesn't add up here. How could possibly the measurements go up instead of going down after accumulating more mileage??? So, I asked both of the Supervisor to provide me a note where they both have to sign saying that with 3/32 in RED is still ok and safe to drive. ***y both said, we cannot provide you with that note! This is really a bad and terrible Company. It seems to me they don't wanna honor the warrantee of these tires. I personally would not recommend getting a tire change at Costco after having this bad experience with them. 1 star12/28/22 We made a jewelry return to Costco (Shoreline) for substantial amount over 7 weeks ago and have been given the run around multiple times about our refund and have still yet to receive it. After being told they would send out the jewelry for verification that all stones are authentic then our check would be mailed out to us. At that point we verified our home address with the customer service associate. After a couple of weeks we received notification the ring was approved for return and our refund check would be mailed to us the next day. After a few more weeks we had not received the check so I called the Shoreline store and was told it was sent to our PO Box (even after verifying our home mailing address at the time of the return). Another week or so went by and again no check was sent to our PO Box. I then went into the Costco and stopped by the customer service desk and a very nice associate helped us out, called management and said she would kindly follow up on this matter. We were told this would be elevated with management due to the on going issues. Then we receive an email from a manager explaining the check now had been mailed out to our old address (we hadn't lived there in 4 years). At this point we are beyond frustrated, being told a different story every time we spoke with a Costco representative. They then tell us they have to find the check and they haven't decide if they will try to reroute it or cancel and send a new one. Here we are today, a week and a half later I once again reach out only to be told they plan on sending our check out in the next two days. This has been a complete nightmare and disaster. Costco refuses to take any accountability for their mistake and have done nothing in attempt to resolve this matter. Needless to say, this is completely disappointing and truly not the Costco standard. I believe they could have handled this so differently but unfortunately they continue to make excuses. I
