      very unprofessional Scheduled for time window to delivery tread mill. Heard multiple excuses from delivery person to not to delivery inside and do the setup (all part of purchase)(1) my foot got injured (2) treadmill is **** lbs, how can two guys unload it (3) it is very late (4) I can leave it outside (5) setup you did not pay, it is free, why am I cribbing for something which is free (6) I can only schedule 5 days out, and I need time window between 7 am to 9 pm Most unprofessional, uncourteous and horrible delivery experience. Costco.com get your act together.

      Costco sells furniture online and has it delivered by a company called FragilePak. While Costco generally has good products it should not contract with FragilePak for delivery of its items. They are notoriously bad at delivering and customer service. ******************** should end its relationship with this company as it reflects very badly on Costco. I would not recommend anyone buy any furniture online from Costco if they are going to subcontract to such a terrible company.

      Costco.com used to be a good place to shop not anymore we just purchased many items to furnish our new home and we been having so much difficulty with getting the items delivered on time as they schedule it & many Items been delivers damage & have to go through the headache of exchange. No more Costco for sure

      I purchased a washer and drier combo, not even the one we wanted but that one was on backorder. So we purchased this one. I stated delivery date of December 10th, today is that day and nothing so I called after a few minutes they came bac and said sorry backed ordered it will be ready for delivery January 30th. I explained all above to them and never reseived an email or call telling me of the delay so i'm at home waiting for my washer and drier. They said it can be cancelled but I explained about the black friday specials and this does nothing for the situation unless they are willing to honor the same discount but they said no. I order plenty from costco and usually all is good but now on an item that is needed they dropped the ball. Cautionary tale, don't trust anything, call on everything specially Costco as they show to have poor follow through or followup.

      Costco ************* extended warranty program is a bad joke ! I filed a claim for a lemon of a Whirlpool washer which has leaked from day one until present ( 1 + year old) and the company which underwrites this sham program wants more and more unreasonable and meaningless documentation at each turn. Their sole objective is to wear you down by back and forth communication, with the hope and expectation that you will just give up and float away !! My washer has been deemed and documented by an appliance repair professional as non- repairable and this fact has been submitted to no avail.Its no wonder that this extended warranty sham is being discontinued as of January 2023. Im surprised that Costco allows this BS to be associated with their name.This is program is laughable , but Im in no mood to laugh. *******************

      I purchased a high ticket item on October 18, 2022 and qualified for the Costco promotion of $500.00 credit off of $3000.00 in Costco purchases. It is over 1 month and I have yet to receive my Costco Shopper Card. It has been extremely frustrating the lack of accountability that this large chain has to it's customers. I have contacted Costco multiple times via phone and chat and keep getting the response that I should be getting something soon. Well, soon is really quite a while as I still see nothing coming my way and I already have this large bill that I have to pay up on. Maybe I should refuse to pay, just like Costco refuses to pay up just because they are a large conglomerate that can take advantage of their statistically inconsequential customers. Last response I received was on November 22 claiming that some shoppers cards were sent out. Once again, I asked customer service how long before my Shopper Card would be emailed to me, and the lady could not give me any really timeline. With the holiday season upon us, it would really be great if I could get this Shoppers card so I can use it to purchase gifts and such. Anyway, to all the other Costco customers out there, if you see one of their deals where they send you a shoppers card for purchasing a certain amount, be wary. They take their time and don't really care about you as long as they get your money. In the end, we are just pieces of dirt that they can step on and use or hard earned cash to increase their profit margins.

      I bought tires in Costco due to believing a good place to buy and have it installed properly plus rebate. My say, DO NOT buy/change your tire at Costco, they do not do tire alignment which resulting my 4 car tires - earlier thread balding by 10k mileage, so I only use my new tires for 80% of its life. Go to your car dealer instead - no discount as offered by Costco but doing installation properly. Again Costco is doing good but not for my place to to change tire from now on ever!!!

      Made an online purchase that delivered today. I'd like to partially blame Fed Ex as I'm sure they dropped the box (bent box corners). However, when I called Costco to have the items replaced (Prego Pasta Sauce had opened and covered the entire box of items and was leaking out of the box onto my floors), I was granted a replacement order but told I needed to keep all damaged items up to 48 hours until Costco decides if they want them back. This is absolutely insane. Leave out opened prego pasta sauce covered items for 2 days until they decide if they want them back? This is a nightmare waiting to happen. We have ants on occasion and I explained this which was then met with the threat I would be charged twice if I did not keep all the items until I received further direction. I'm appalled Costco.
